What a fascinating book. I was impressed by the storyline and the characters were all well written and complex. Where there are complex storylines combined with intriguing characters the reader experience is magnified tremendously. To have a book that is well written as well as entertaining is a delight. Reading is about escaping your world and entering another one. The word building was phenomenal in this book. Here I forgot about my own life and was immersed in the world created by the author. I would recommend this book.

Another nice, sweet, steamy story in this series. I didn’t quite feel a deep connection between Ellie and Collin, but their connection does get a bit better by the end. The premise didn’t really draw me in. Both Ellie and Collin have just ended engagements, so both are gun shy about love. Collin thinks he needs to just have one night stands, and Ellie thinks she’s just not ready for anything. There’s also some storyline about a mine possibly leaking; Collin is only in town for a little bit while he checks out what’s going on at the mine, since he works for the EPA. Ellie and Collin want each other, but with him leaving soon and other problems, these two have some issues they need to solve. I liked that Ellie is an artist; her pictures and her process sound cool. There is some good steamy moments between Ellie and Collin. I also liked that some of the other characters from the previous books show up in this story. I gave the last 2 books in this series a 4 star rating and liked those a bit more than this one, so I went with a 3 star rating for this book. It’s a high 3 though and rated against the other books in this series. Overall, good writing and an entertaining story.

Another great story in the Thistle Bend series.
Collin and Ellie’s story was sweet with a bit of heat. Both hurt from past relationships, neither one was looking for love. They were supposed to be a temporary thing. When the end comes, neither of them wants to let go.

Tracy March doesn't know how to write a bad story. This budding relationship between Ellie and Collin was sweet and passionate. I can't wait for the next book from March.

An unlikely pair who both are overcoming heartbreaks, find a connection in each other. Colin and Ellie are an unlikely pair, but have a wonderful dynamic that carries throughout the story.

I enjoyed the story and all the cast of characters in a small but caring town that looked out for its own.

This advanced reader copy has been provided by the Publisher and Netgally, I am voluntarily providing my honest review.

First things first... Thank you to Random House Loveswept and Netgalley for providing us with a copy of this book so that we could bring you this review.

This was a great story to show two people who were afraid of love that its ok to fall in love again. That not everyone is like the fiancé's they left behind. Not everyone is out to either cheat on you or make you into something that you aren't. If you have read my reviews on the other two books in Thistle Bend you know how much I actually love this fictional place in Colorado and the people in it. I would have really liked a bit more of the twins, but know they aren't what this series is about. I just wish we weren't saying good bye to it so soon.

I have to give this book 4 trusting kisses...

Happy Reading... Adri

I like my heroines smart, sassy and just a bit vulnerable. My heroes I like strong, but with a chink, handsome, and just a little leery of the opposite sex. Couldn’t Said Yes gives me both.

In this small-town setting, it’s the perfect place not to be lost in a crowd and to make a difference. Thistle Bend has been the home to Ellie London, until she went off the deep end for a guy who didn’t deserve her. Recently, returned to her home town, she is adopted by two little old ladies who are a force in their own right.

Ellie starts a gallery in town; works as a photographer for the local paper; and works with one of her two brothers, developing shots of river rafters as they fly the rapids. Her dreams are to be recognized by her talent as a local artist. She loves to be home.again, although her dreams don’t include meeting a guy she respects, admires, and who's physically sizzling hot – she can’t resist taking another chance.

Collin enjoys nature, and biking. He happy to be working in Thistle Bend with the EPA response team. Its Big Star Mine is leaking contaminated water and he’s part of the team to find its cause. Ellie catches his eye. Breaking his rule, he longs for more than a night stand with her.

He also happens to be in the wrong place at the wrong time, or looking at it from another side, the right place at the right time. Collin makes a choice – quick as it is, he feels it’s the right one. His actions and the aftermath are not what he anticipates. Will his chance of happiness with the woman who feels right in his arms be destroyed?

Ellie has problems with people who lie. She’s been down this path before. When Collin is caught in a lie, lying to her, Ellie quickly reacts. She shuts down and wants nothing to do with him.

In this story the author explores how people who love each other lose trust when a lie comes between and how lies can eat away at a good person’s soul.

If you are reader who enjoys small-town romances and sweet endings, you’ll love Thistle Bend, a town of magical opportunities for love.

I have loved every book in Tracy March's Thistle Bend series!! I'm really sad that this is the last one because I love this little town and these people more with each installment! Ellie and Collin were just a great couple and I enjoyed their story a lot. This is the story of whether or not two people that love has been less than kind to can find a forever together. Especially when forever hasn't been their reality. Well find out because it was soooo worth the ride! Tracy March delivers in every aspect of her storytelling for me, from good character development to plot twists to heart and a little bit of love magic thrown in for effect. It's all there in Could've Said Yes.

When I think of this author, I think of sweetness. After breaking things off with her cheating fiancé, Ellie returns home to Thistle Bend. She is glad to be back with her family and friends. To help pay for supplies for her art studio, she is a freelance photographer for the local paper. While taking pictures one day, she notices a man sitting on his motorcycle. She is drawn to him. The way he is just sitting there, staring out at the scenery. She can’t help but take some shots of him. Collin is with the EPA and is on temporary assignment in Thistle Bend. They are immediately attracted to each other but are reluctant to act on it. Both have recently broken up with their respective fiancés. But as they spend more time with each other they can’t help to act on it. They are well suited to each other. Both make mistakes but they admit it and are able to move on quickly. Overall good sweet friendship that builds into love. Review posted on Goodreads, Amazon, Barnes and Noble, Google Play and Ibooks.

I enjoyed the story and chemistry of both Collin and Ellie. I loved the small town charm and closeness of the town and people in Thistle Bend. I always enjoy small town romances and this book did not disappoint. Collin is a hot motorcycle riding guy in town working for the EPA. And Ellie is very pretty and talented small town artist. and when the two cross paths the excitment of the story never stops until the happy everafter ending. This book was a very enjoyable read.

I am really hoping that this isn't the last we haven't seen of this adorable little town of Thistle Bend, the people are just as charming as the town itself.

Ellie has recently returned to her hometown of Thistle Bend, Colorado, after a broken engagement but that doesn't keep her down, she is now doing what she loves and has a store in town to display her art.

Collin is new to Thistle Bend, he is working for the EPA as an Inspector on the old town mine, Collin is also recently single and it's as if the stars have aligned that Ellie & Collin would be in the same place at the same time for their chance encounter.

I really enjoyed this story and getting to know Ellie and Collin, this is slated to be the last book in the series but I am holding out hope that Tracy March will gift us with more stories from this adorable little town of Thistle Bend, Colorado.

This was such a sweet, well-developed, small town romance. The chemistry between these characters was fantastic. This is the perfect romance! I can't wait to read more by this author.

A much more smoothly written story than the previous two in the series.
The characters and their story is as endearing as the little town they are in.
When disaster strikes, love, loyalty and friendship is tested and wins in the end.
A lovely, feel good trilogy.

Collin and Ellie had a great romance, up until the big reveal at the end. The way she immediately kicked him out and wouldn't listen seemed quite out of character and took me out of the story. Otherwise, I greatly enjoyed this fun and flirty story.

This being the last book in the Thistle Bend series, it was okay. I enjoyed the small town atmosphere and the characters. To me the story was a little unrealistic. This will make a good beach read for the summer.

Could've Said Yes is the 3rd and final book in the Thistle Bend series from Tracy March. I've enjoyed each visit to Thistle Bend and am sad to see the series end.

I really enjoyed Ellie and Collin's book. Since both had just ended long term relationships, yet were both completely attracted to one another, I knew their story would be a fun one. I really liked both Ellie and Collin as individuals and thought they made a great couple. As they were both coming out of long-term relationships, I didn't think they moved too fast and liked they were both upfront with an arrangement only while Collin's job was in town.

I thought the connection and the chemistry between Collin and Ellie was strong from the very beginning and loved watching them fall in love. My only issue was the secret that Collin was keeping seemed to be way bigger to Ellie than I thought it should have been. I felt like she was coloring Collin with the mistakes her ex had made in the past and honestly felt like she completely over reacted. I do think Collin should have shared the truth with her sooner, but still think Ellie was unfair in the situation.

Overall, I really enjoyed Could've Said Yes and think it was a great addition to the Thistle Bend series. I loved that we got to spend more time with characters from the other books and will miss visiting Thistle Bend. Tracy March gives her readers another emotional, funny, and sexy story with Could've Said Yes.
