This book detailed the gender issue at the workplace (i.e. Shortage of women in top positions);and provides practical solutions to resolve these gender imbalance issues. I really felt that Melissa was not taking a defeatist, blame it on others outlook. Rather, she provided opportunities for industry leaders to see how women in leadership positions can bring much more to the table...including increasing a company's bottomline.
