I found this book extremely useful. A wholesome approach to managing a very common problem; acid reflux and heartburn. Dr. Aviv's book is a manual for each step of overcoming the symptoms of too much dietary acid.
Being a sufferer myself I'm looking forward to getting off the chalky acid neutralising tablets and managing it with my diet - less looking forward to ditching he coffee and alcohol! The book gives the reader enough information to decide how committed they will be - they won't get the results but understanding the effects of what these foods low in PH can do to our innards and embrace the diet when we are ready.

An array of information, 'good' and 'bad' PH foods and menus to assist those sufferers. Whilst I have not started the 28 day initial diet I feel that the information offered is well grounded and argued.
