This is a great book filled with essays on one of Russia's greatest writers, Vladimir Nabokov. I loved the essays contained within and the light they shed on the author and his writings.

A series of fascinating essays, over seen by the Nabokovian Grand Dame himself, Mr Boyd. Whilst it doesn't reach the dizzy heights of his Pale Fire critique, it was very insightful and enjoyable.
