I thoroughly enjoyed this exploration of marriage advice collected from around the world. As someone who’s been married for over ten years, I found it valuable and helpful, interesting and amusing in those particular ways the joys and heartaches of being bound to another person can be.

How to Be Married:
What I Learned from Real Women on Five Continents About Surviving My First (Really Hard) Year of Marriage is a very entertaining book. As a travel editor, Jo Piazza has an interesting style of writing which I enjoyed and she wrote this book very well. A very thought-provoking book that I'm glad I read.

There were a lot of things I liked about this book and could relate to but I was honestly more interested in the authors life than the marriage advice from African tribeswomen or French underwear saleswomen. It seemed like it was mostly just postcards about asking people from all over the world awkward questions about marriage.

Thought this was very thought-provoking. A book about authors marriage, but a book about other marriages around the world. Fun and very entertaining! If you are a newlywed or someone that has been married a long time, this book is a great way of looking at life. I loved it.
