Rose and Steele are living their lives with their biker family. Rose is going to school for accounting so she can help the club.but is having trouble concentrating on college. Steele is handling business for the club. There are three biker clubs in the area The Beasts, The Chrome Lords and The Fallen Paladins. There is another biker club-The Beasts- that are trying to get the Fallen Paladins in prison and the longer the better no matter what it takes this gang is willing to do as the want the Paladins turf as their own. The Beasts get a hold of Rose and use her to deliver a message to the Paladins and Steele. But then a stranger named Oz comes to help Rose and he also has a gun. Then as time goes on O z seems to show up where Rose is whenever she has trouble and he knows where she is. Steele is all of a sudden having dreams of his father who is in prison. Steele’s father is trying to warn him but because of the way his father shows up and its hazy so Steele doesn’t believe what his father is trying to say. Rose and Steele pray to Eloa but don’t get any response or answers. I war is being fought between the two clubs.
I had mixed feelings about this book. I enjoyed it for the most part i always like biker club books for the most part but I was looking for more about and to do with angels. You do see the tensions between the clubs and who the enemy is and why the war is being fought but as I said wanted more paranormal aspects. I also feel the ending was rushed. THEN TO TOP IT OFF it’s a cliffhanger which I absolutely hate. But I did enjoy the book for the most part. I did enjoy the plot. I advise you to read the first book in this series first so nothing is lost. I did love Rose and Steele together. But as I said I had mixed feelings for this book.

Let me start of by saying that before I started this book, I purchased book 1 of the series. I felt like I really needed to start at the beginning before reading book 2. And I am so glad I did. You must read book 1 first. Otherwise you are not going to have a complete understanding of what is going on.

Now review of Book 2, WTH!!! That ending!!!!!! And Az!!! And all the characters lost??? So much occurs in book two but we're also left hanging. HUGE cliff hanger that has left me wanting the next in the series now!!!!!

Definitely a series to pick up and read if you are a fan of JR Ward or Sherilyn Kenyon!!!
