Hey, surprisingly I liked this a lot. There are many books available in this genre and really, very few of them seem to have any credibility. This one is different. Has some neww sensible (!) ideas and it's fun to read. I read it twice because it contains info and attitudes that I'm not that familiar with. Go ahead and give it a shot if you have curiosity about this subject.

I thought the author was attempting a bit too much for this short book. The detail of the cycles of sleep at the beginning were a little tedious and the book was chocked full of short passages about lots of paranormal phenomenon--too many. The middle of the book featured many anecdotal stories about dreams which seemed to predict the future, intriguing but disjointed. The title of the book implies that Psychic Dreaming is its focus. The book, while it covers some fascinating topics, would have done well to spend more time on that focus. Full Disclosure--Net Gallery and the publisher provided me with a digital ARC of this book. This is my honest review.

Psychic Dreaming Dreamworking, Reincarnation, Out-of-Body Experiences and Clairvoyance By Loyd Auerbach is an interesting read that discusses the different stages of the sleep cycle. Auerbach goes into very detailed explanation of all four of the sleep cycles, several sleep disorders, and the outside effects in daily activities or stress. I find this a really informative read that shares many new insists on dreams and the psychic abilities. If you are looking for something to help you learn how to recall dreams and learn to interpretation, then this is the book for you. I really feel like I learned a lot from reading this book!
