This was a very easy read.
The interaction between the characters made the story fly past.

The Marine is my first read by Cheryl Reavis and what a refreshing read. I was pulled in with the honesty and genuine characters and the well written storyline, staying there and experiencing their journey. I very much look forward to reading more by this author.

A wonderfully written novel by Cheryl Reavis. The Marine is a moving story about what constitutes a family and all it entails. Grace is the heroine of the story, but I must say, I loved Allison's character the most!

Cheryl writes with so much emotion and insight that I couldn't put it down. I look forward to reading more of her works.
