But as these two draw closer together, will the secrets that come to light break everything apart?

I love a good enemies to lovers romance! James thinks he knows everything about Sienna from the one sided tale told to him by his frankly mentally unstable brother and has his plan in motion almost right away. When his brother initially left the family fold to become an artist, no one supported his choice, and it's the guilt he feels about that, and his brother's subsequent suicide that make James believe he must do something to atone for it. Ruining the woman who destroyed his brother seems the best choice. Of course it's not long before he realizes that he's made a mistake and Sienna is nothing at all like he thought.

Sienna is a great female character – compassionate and patient with her teenaged half brother who has been thrown into her custody, competent and talented as an artist and a fiery and passionate woman. She'd rather have nothing to do with James, a man who pushes all her buttons but who is off-limits because of the awful circumstances surrounding his brother's death. She still feels the pain of that, her one-time friend having much stronger feelings for her than she realized and her rejection of him leading him on a destructive path. But the chemistry between her and James is too strong, and it's not long before neither of them can resist diving headlong into an affair.

Some of the story is predictable. Obviously Sienna is going to find out about James's plan at some point and the consequences of that are going to affect them both (and that's going to lead to grovelling on the part of James, the best part!). But even knowing where the plot is heading, the story is a very enjoyable read. I liked the interaction of Sienna and her brother (who came across as a very realistic teenager). James's character, despite all his bluster has a gentler and protective side too, so while he's mostly got the alpha male thing going on, there are some scenes that belie that and make him all the more attractive to Sienna (and the reader). All in all, it's a great story for the Indulgence line with some super sexy scenes, an entertaining plot, and interested and conflicted characters that find their way to a happy ending.

Ms. Couper pulled a fast one. I went into this story knowing that I was going to dislike James and I came out even more intrigued by him. That are various layers to both James and Sienna that are hard to endure but kept me enraptured all the same. What neither understands is there is no black and white when it comes to the heart. That gray area almost always wins. The Stubborn Billionaire is a complex story that begins with revenge and ends with love.

OH WOW! Talk about a book!! WOW! I loved it! I Love billionaire books and I love revenge books (Most of the time). This book has it all! This book had me feeling all kinds of crazy! This book is very well written and I could not have asked for anything better!
Seeing James' plan backfire on him is something you don't want to miss. I don't want to ruin anything so all I am going to say is this is a MUST READ!!

The Stubborn Billionaire does have your usual plot line of billionaire plus damsel in distress. However, the male lead in this book starts out as a really diabolical villain which doesn't really stop our female lead getting a bad case of the lust for him. They did have a light flirtation in the past that could have developed further if the plot device aka the possessive brother, did not sabotage it. It can be a bit melodramatic but funny enough it was more on Jamison's side rather than Sienna's. In fact Sienna was kick ass. She was honest, down to earth and basically just trying to paint! The strong point of the book, kick ass down to earth heroine (it wasn't her fault people around her were really into drama) who is honest enough about her feelings plus it was really more erotica with a bit of romance.

Couldn't put this down! I know it is kinda cheesy, but it was sweet sexy and just a good story. I have to say I loved all the characters, even the supporting ones. Everyone had depth and just came alive. I was laughing out loud at some of their comments and dialogue.

Sienna, wow she was just a really great character. She had spunk and just lit the pages on fire when she was on them. She knew who and what she was and was so in touch with herself...I am so jealous! Sexy as hell too, I guess I am in a sista-romance!

James, what a f@ckwit, as Zach so elegantly calls him! He was really a jerk but, the author let us see inside him so we just didn't take him at face value. He grew into a wonderful person over the course of the story. You couldn't help but love him. He too is sexy as heck!

The other characters were wonderful and I would love to hear their stories! Even James' sister was interesting. Zach and Thomas stole the show though.

Great read! You will smile after you are done!

James and Sienna have such an interesting HEA. A vague past turned to plans for revenge was a fascination storyline. James has one thing on his mind and that is to destroy the woman who he believes destroyed his brother. Sienna cared for James’ brother as a friend but when he doesn’t take rejection well and commits suicide it hurts her deeply. Especially when she knows the Dyson family and namely James hold her responsible. James shows up at Sienna’s doorsteps in the name of revenge but he doesn’t count on the explosive chemistry and to begin to care for her himself. She is nothing like his brother made her out to be after being rejected. I really enjoyed the storyline and all the character in this novel. I’m hoping there will be more to come from some of the secondary characters. I would give this novel 4.5 Stars.

Okay, I have to admit to you all that I'm not ordinarily a fan of the billionaire/millionaire romance genre as a whole. I just typically can't get into them for some reason, but I do occasionally read them and find a gem worthy enough to note to you all. So I'm happy to report that The Stubborn Billionaire was definitely one of them!

I thoroughly enjoyed this book more than I expected, guys. But then again, I should have anticipated that given the fact that Lexxie is one of my favorite authors who never ever disappoints me. Trust me when I say that this enemies to lovers book was perfectly witty, downright sexy, and it had just the right amount of romance to make me believe that Sienna and Dyson fell hard and fast for one another. The situation between them is a complex one given the secrets and deception going on, but the chemistry is undeniable and these two opposites definitely attract.

Overall, The Stubborn Billionaire has made me rethink my stance on the billionaire romance genre as a whole, and I find myself looking forward to more of her books in this Muse series. So bring it on Lex, because I'm eagerly anticipating that next book and I do so hope it will be with the delicious Thomas St. Claire!

Sienna is an artist that is plagued with being the guardian of her half brother due to her father's sudden imprisonment for embezzlement. James Dyson, known as Australia's most eligible bachelor, is seeking revenge on Sienna due to her involvement with his brother's suicide. I find the premise of the story interesting, and intriguing. I feel that the story is missing more dialogue between Sienna and James to foster more of a romance to the reader. There is plenty of steamy scenes and exchanges among the characters, I feel that the author skipped over the small talk when that would have been more beneficial to the story than the internal dialogue that is rampant throughout the story. I loved the following quote in the story: "Be my knight in Hugo Boss."

What started out as a plan for revenge quickly changes as James Dyson really gets to know the woman he blames for his brother's death. Sienna Roberts is nothing like the woman Clinton described to him as a gold digger and a user. In fact she seems to be the complete opposite. Now he's really intrigued by her and won't stop until he finds out exactly who the real Sienna Roberts is.

This was a great read with fantastic writing and characters. I would absolutely recommend this book to everyone.

A sizzling read !

James has made a mastermind plan to destroy Sienna, a talented but struggling artist, whom he blames for his brothers death. But as he starts spending time with her, getting to know her he starts doubting his plan. Is it possible that he falls in love with the woman he's sworn to destroy ?
The stubborn billionaire is very well written book and you can't he'll but get caught up in this steamy read. Some twists and turns keep you hooked. I enjoyed this book and would definitely recommend especially if you like sizzling chemistry. My only regret - there was no epilogue :)

I am a sucker for a good millionaire/billionaire story and Lexxie Couper did not disappoint with this one. I have to say that I love when a great mastermind plan tends to backfire. Lol. That is exactly what happens in this story with James and his plan to ruin Sienna. Sometimes it pays to get to know people before you assume you know them.

James is a very arrogant and stubborn billionaire. He is one of those guys that all the women see coming and swoon over. James is determined to get back at Sienna for what she did to his brother. James has the perfect plan to ruin Sienna in all ways possible. The only problem with James's plan is that he never expected that he would fall for the same woman that his brother had as well.

Sienna is an artist that is one of a kind. She paints people having sex or making love. I did not think I would like the match up of a struggling artist and a billionaire, but I quickly fell in love with both of these main characters. Sienna also takes care of her 15 year old step-brother, Zach. When Zach catches James and Sienna, he believes that his sister is just out to get with James for his money. When Sienna explains to him that it is more complicated than what he thinks, they actually end up becoming closer in their relationship.

When Sienna is given a job to paint James Dyson, she doesn't know if she is going to be able to finish the project because of who he is. Every time Sienna and James get together, sparks fly! When James helps get Zach back in school after he had been expelled, Sienna knows that there is something special about this guy. Will Sienna and James be able to get past all of their stereotypes of each other and have a relationship? You have to read this one for yourself. You will not be upset that you did!

Lexxie Couper has done a great job with this one and makes you feel like you are a part of the story and friends with James and Sienna. I love her writing and enjoy her stories so much!
