Kyle is living and working in Maine, hiding out until he must testify at trial. He keeps to himself, trying to come to terms with the sordid life he led as an undercover agent for the ATF (if you’ve read Wicked Bond and Shaken, Not Stirred, Kyle may be familiar).
Jane is his neighbor, she is artistic, quirky, and persistent; not deterred by Kyle’s aloof and gruff personality. Gradually she gets under his skin until he finds himself spending time with her in and out of the bedroom. They have great chemistry and Kyle begins to remember how to laugh and enjoy life again until his past catches up with him, impacting Jane as well.
This book is vintage Sawyer, steamy, sexy, funny, intriguing and a compulsive read.
REVIEW: 4 GRUMPY STARS!
"The tug-of-war this man plays on my emotions from second to second is disorienting to say the least."
I don't know how else to explain Kyle....but grumpy!!! Ok, probably not grumpy, but surly for sure. He had a two foot thick wall between his heart and his head and he was stubborn AF!! I mean, I completely understand he dealt with pure hell when he was undercover messing with Mayhem's Mission and all the stuff he had to do to infiltrate them, but...wooh!! He was dealing with some stuff. He had nightmares and he was constantly looking over his shoulder. He lost his moral compass at one point and he had a very bad self-image because of the horrors he saw and crimes he committed. I cannot imagine the demons he wrestles with on a daily basis.
But, little does he know Jane is there and she's going to break into his heart and mind and make him smile more than he wants. And let me tell ya, I loved Jane!! Jane was a quirky and fun introverted extrovert. What? Yes, sounds funny, I know, but I don't know how else to explain her. She was very secure in who she was and put herself out there with quiet confidence, and I loved the way she made Kyle shake his head. I laughed quite a bit during this book because of her quirkiness and her determination. She had a certain innocent naïveté to her and I know that scared Kyle away....but she was undeterred and the fact that she kept on wiggling herself right on into his life was too funny!
I want to point out that the buildup of these two characters was pure.
She's so happy
He's so gruff
They meshed really well!!!
I honestly questioned Jane's reactions when all hell broke loose, but I had to make myself stop and think from her point of view. Was it hard? Yes. Very much so, but again....that wasn't my reaction, it was hers. I wish she was a little more understanding of him and the reason he was so secretive. Clearly it worked out in the end. Overall, the story was a great story and I loved the epilogue. It gave me the chills and a goofy grin.
Finding Kyle was classic Sawyer Bennett. A guaranteed good read with a story that will make you fall in love with the characters and allow you the quick escape you are accustomed to. Once again, I got caught up in the world of Sawyer's men and their walled off hearts. I love it!
The quirky heroine, Jane really made the story came alive. I'm not sure whether is she your cup of tea because she seems very forward and can't take a hint no matter how hard the hero, Kyle tried to rebuff her advances... or rather her friendship. She loves to sprout out movie quotes all the time and I find myself trying to guess some of the movie titles.
Jane is a very refreshing and special kind of heroine. As someone who actually woo her own husband, I can totally appreciate her guts in going after what attracts her. With such a hot neighbor, I don't blame her. She is such a spirited and care free character and she loves her small town community very much.
Kyle is ready to embark on a new chapter of his life, once everything is settle and done with. He only meant to spend a few month in Maine and the last thing he needs is to start something with his lovely neighbor, Jane and taint her beautiful soul with his ugliness. But there is only so much a man can resist and with Jane keep popping up in his daily life, Kyle finally succumb to temptation.
When I read the blurb, I was expecting this to be a romantic suspense because apparently Kyle is a criminal in hiding. But the story didn't delve much on the suspense because from the start the reader was told who Kyle was and why was he hiding himself. There is so much more to him than the surface and he is a man who was tainted with a corrupted life that he didn't expect to find happiness for himself. The story is mainly about how Kyle's sweet and naive neighbor, Jane tried to coax him out of his shell with her tenacity in engaging him no matter how much he tried to avoid her.
The fascinating part of the story besides witnessing Jane's quirkiness is watching Kyle's blossom from an isolated man filled with dark thoughts and nightmares into someone who can enjoy the simplicity of a life in a small town with a woman who accept him for who he is.
Kyle Summerville is hiding in Maine, acting as the small town lighthouse keeper. Living under an alias, he is supposed to keep a low profile, but in a small town, a low profile is harder to keep than it seems. His family thinks him dead, his enemies are looking for him.
Jane Cresson lives next door to the lighthouse in the tiny town she grew up in. She teaches art at the local schools. Her quirky personality drives her to try to get to know the reclusive new lighthouse keeper, but her quiet nature means she isn’t always smooth about hiding her attraction to him. Her personality shot so much humor and light into this story -- a necessity to counter Kyle’s gruff seriousness.
Jane had to work hard to get Kyle to give her a chance. He was hard, closed off, and actively avoided contact with everyone. But he also has a protective nature, as his actions in Wicked Bond proved, and he can’t help but slowly warm up to his persistent neighbor. Starting things with an expiration date looming isn’t Jane’s normal style, but the chemistry between them is beyond anything she’s ever known before.
While readers familiar with Sawyer Bennett’s books will recognize Kyle as a side character from Shaken Not Stirred and Wicked Bond, this story stands alone easily. This is what happens after the events that Kyle inserted himself into during Wicked Bond, but all the background information needed to understand who he is and why he is in this tiny, Maine town are provided within these pages.
This was thoroughly entertaining from start to finish. Kyle’s secrets kept the tension high and the pages flowing. The redemption Kyle needs to clear his conscience of the horrific deeds he had participated in is hard to find and he spends much of the time thinking himself not good enough for Jane.
I was gifted a copy in exchange for an honest review.
This was an utterly charming standalone read and I really enjoyed it!
From the get go, we are sent to an idyllic small town and introduced to two very different neighbours. Kyle is the mysterious handsome guy that has recently moved into town and Jane is the quirky, bright and wonderfully joyous girl. Jane is such a refreshing character and watching her chip away at Kyle and break him down just brought such a smile to my face.
Finding Kyle was sweet and charming but it was also wonderfully sexy and had a nice dose of suspense and drama to mix it up. This book is just one of those that will leave a smile on your face.
I was provided with a copy of this book from the Publisher via NetGalley but there was no inducement or obligation.
Finding Kyle was So. Dang. Good! My jaw dropped a bit when I realized that Kyle was getting his own story after the way things ended in Bridger's book in the Wicked Horse series but I was definitely happy to be wrong about his fate.
Kyle now finds himself living in a small Maine town trying to keep a low profile while playing keeper of a lighthouse. Getting to know the neighbors is not part of the plan, but the beautiful woman living next door has other ideas.
Jane is quirky artist and a teacher, loves to throw out movie quotes, and has a stubborn streak which makes her a bit of a handful with a good heart. She can't deny her amazingly hot new neighbor has caught her eye although she usually goes for the clean cut good guy rather than the tattooed bad boy. She has an air of innocence to her and when she decides to try to befriend the loner who is living in the lighthouse, she has no idea what she is getting herself into.
Kyle is the Beast to her Beauty. He is dwelling in a dark place emotionally and mentally after living his life on the wrong side of the law for years and doing things that have stripped away his humanity. He has no human connections and tries his best to hide out far away from anyone who may recognize him or connect him to his past. Powerful people are looking for him though, and odds are high they will find him to make him pay for his betrayal. Staying away from his sexy and adorable neighbor Jane is the best course of action to protect them both, but Jane insists on pushing her way into his life little by little, intent upon learning his secrets with no idea how dangerous it could be.
He is drawn to her light like anyone who comes into contact with her, and he slowly starts to let down his guard around her despite his best intentions. They both like what they find when they start getting to know each other which only serves to complicate things even more.
Jane may be a little innocent but she is adventurous which leads to some of the author's signature sizzle on the pages! They agree to make the most of the limited time they have together because Kyle's stay in Maine has an expiration date. Jane makes the age old mistake of saying one thing while her idealistic mind believes she can convince him to stay though and ultimately sets herself up for a broken heart. It isn't long until his past catches up with him and it's go time. Jane reacts badly to being blindsided by the truth of his past but he can't stick around to make it right for the sake of their safety. Fortunately her best friend Miranda is solidly Team Kyle so she supports her bestie but also helps her see the light and the big picture of why Kyle has to keep his secrets.
This story was a great mix of hot, funny, action and sweet with a few poignant moments along the way too. Jane's constant movie references made me chuckle, and despite appearing to be polar opposites, they were actually a great match. The ending and epilogue were perfect too. Although there are ties to some of the author's other books, you can easily read this story as a standalone. I highly recommend 1-clicking Finding Kyle and enjoying the ride!
Sawyer Bennett does it again - she made me fall in love with Jane and Kyle so much so I didn't want the book to end!
Kyle Sommerville has been through hell the last 5 yrs. An ATF agent working undercover with a notorious bike gang in Wyoming he has seen and done some of the most horrific things imaginable all in the name of bringing this group to an end. Now that the work is done Kyle is in hiding before he has to testify which brings him to Maine and a next door neighbor to the sweet and very beautiful Jane Cresson.
Jane is not only beautiful she is quirky, talented and has an open personality that Kyle doesn't want to engage with. Jane is also persistent and wants to learn all she can about her mysterious neighbor. Kyle is so different than anyone else she has dated with all his tattoos and his brooding personality Jane wants to break him out of his shell. The more time they spend together the more Kyle finds he can't resist her but he knows that he can't stay - then when the danger finds Jane they both need to decide if they can live with Kyle's past.
When I heard that Kyle was going to finally have his own story I was excited. After meeting him in The Wicked Horse series I found him closed off and not very friendly. Then meeting him again in Finding Kyle I found out that was just a cover - Ms Bennett writes Kyle with a caring hand and she has made him complex and in a lot of pain over what he had to do. The journey Kyle goes on felt authentic and that's to me is a testament to the writer. Jane is so much fun - I fell for her as soon as she started to quote movie lines, being a huge movie person myself I could totally relate to her. Who Jane is could have been over the top but Ms Bennett also makes her feel real. Jane and Kyle together is a perfect combination. I really hope there will be another book because Jane's best friend Miranda is a great character who has a hard time finding the right guy and I hope she finds him.
If you look for a great standalone romance than dont look any further then Finding Sawyer - its as close to perfect as they come.
Amazing!! Another incredible story by Sawyer Bennett that will carry you away, holding you mesmerized by her words and the scenes she is so skillfully able to create that you are lost to the real world, and the only thing that matters is reading the next page. I couldn't get enough, until it was over and all I wanted to do is read it all over again. An emotionally charged and wickedly heated story about finding love and redemption when you least expect it. Watching Kyle and Jane fall in love was mesmerizing and oh so Swoon worthy.
Jane is everything Kyle didn't want until he could no longer say no to his pesky, obnoxiously quirky, drop dead gorgeous, way to good to be mixed up with the likes of him neighbor. Jane can't believe her good fortune when she sees her new neighbor. He is sinfully sexy, intriguing, and will make a great summer diversion for her.
Don't miss this Intoxicating Intense and Deeply Seductive story! Enough heat to melt an iceberg! Do yourself a favor and start this one now! Another winner for Sawyer Bennett! Highly Recommended!
I voluntarily agreed to read an ARC and post a honest review.
Sawyer Bennett is one of the only authors who I will drop everything for. She has such a phenomenal ability to seamlessly jump from genre to genre and make me fall in love with all of her characters without missing a beat. When I first read the blurb for Finding Kyle it appealed to the dark lover in me who *squeed* up and down because Ms. Bennett was releasing a darker and grittier read for a change. Boy did she deliver.
Without giving away ANY spoilers we meet Kyle. He lived his life as a criminal and has done unspeakable things to people in his past. As a result, he now feels he deserves to live his life in hiding. He embraces a life of grief, darkness and despair that he feels he deserves since his soul "has become dark and stained." Enter Jane Cresson: sweet tempered and beautiful girl next door. She is all sunshine and kindness and a "life is best looked at with a smile on your face and bounce in your step" kind of girl. The true opposite of this man. Well we all know what they say about opposites!
What I loved about this book was that this beautiful, quirky, free-spirited woman was everything that Kyle wasn't, but her indomitable will and unique combination of sweetness and sass was able to bully past this reclusive man's defenses and thick shell. Just by being herself, she proved time and time again to Kyle that he deserved good things in life. She was the catalyst that he needed to see that there was a difference between existing and living and that he had to reach for it.
I thoroughly enjoyed this novel and I can't wait for Ms. Bennett to blow my mind once again! 4.5 Glorious stars!!
Finding Kyle really surprised me. I thought he was dead. Very well played with bringing Kyle from more.than one book to his own HEA. I could feel Kyle's tortured soul. He did not feel he was worthy of something good. Jane.didn't know.his past but she saw.the good in him. When things went wild it was more.than Jane could handle.and Kyle couldn't blame her. I loved it and you will.too!
Well color me surprised that this was THE Kyle. Kyle from Bridger's book. Kyle who broke cover to save a girl from the dangerous MC. Kyle who has been "dead" while waiting on a trial to come to fruition.
So, Kyle.....he was DEEP undercover for years. And he had to do things he's was not happy about however, these thing's were necessary to be a believable MC member. Unfortunately, some of these things have ingrained themselves in his head and he is unaware how to NOT be the rough guy.
Until he meet's Jane. His cute, quirky neighbor who quotes movie lines and is persistent as hell when it comes to being able to spend time with him. He want's to resist her, and he tries...but she makes her way under his skin and these two, in almost a cute way, develop a friendship/relationship.
This relationship was a perfect mix of sweet and hot, all packaged up in another awesome read by Sawyer Bennett. I was always curious about Kyle, and I am glad that we got his story.
And....in honor of Jane's quirky movie quoting, here are a few I think fit this little love story.....
"You make me want to be a better man." As Good as It Gets, 1997
“Me? I’m scared of everything. I’m scared of what I saw, I’m scared of what I did, of who I am, and most of all I’m scared of walking out of this room and never feeling the rest of my whole life the way I feel when I’m with you.” Dirty Dancing , 1987
"You said you couldn't be with someone who didn't believe in you. Well I believed in you. I just didn't believe in me. I love you." Pretty in Pink, 1986
I have been seeing comments on Ms. Bennett's Facebook page for awhile now about Kyle and the new book boyfriend. Well, I have just finished reading it and boy, do I agree. One of the BEST book boyfriend's I've read in awhile. If you read my reviews, you know that I love all of Sawyer Bennett's books and her writing just gets better and better. She manages to engage her audience with her characters in such a way that while there will be faults and flaws, her stories ring so true. I loved this entire story. Jane was a wonderful heroine who was smart, naive and wonderfully quirky. Kyle was a brooder, a bad boy, and yet you knew he had good in him too, just waiting for the right girl. This is a wonderfully told story and I think everyone should stop whatever they are doing and read it now. 5 stars for a fun read, with great characters and a enjoyable story. My wish is that Miranda gets her story soon too! Thanks as always to Netgalley, and the publisher for allowing me to read and review this wonderful book.
5 stars
Finding Kyle was such a good read, I didn't want it to end.
The storyline was sweet, hot and very entertaining.
I found Kyle and Jane amusing, endearing and watching them fall in love kept me turning the pages late into the night.
At first I wasn't too sure what to think of Kyle, I found him rude and not very likable. But as I kept reading I found myself starting to like him. The more I saw him with Jane the more he won me over, before I knew it I was in love with this grumpy man lol
Under that hard front there was a man who was suffering deeply from the choices he had to make while undercover.
From the moment Jane was introduced in the book I knew this was going to be one very special lady.
Jane was kind, sweet, witty, sensitive and stubborn. She was drawn to Kyle from the first time she sees him. He intrigued her and she just couldn't stay away.
These two were perfect for each other, they had a strong attraction/connection and their chemistry was off the charts!!!
Overall, Finding Kyle was a great read, the storyline and characters will capture your mind and heart, take you on an emotional roller coaster and leave you with a huge smile on your face.
Another awesome read by the talented Sawyer Bennett and I highly recommend it.

Finding Kyle by Sawyer Bennett
4 stars!!!
“Kyle, you deserve something good. She’s the thing you deserve. But you’re going to have to go after it.”
Finding Kyle is the story of Kyle and Jane. Kyle has appeared in Wicked Bond and Shaken, Not Stirred so the readers of those books will have a little knowledge of the man behind the name, but this can be read as a total standalone.
Kyle was a man in hiding for his own protection. Now living in some small town in Maine, beachside, as a lighthouse manager, his only goal is to keep himself to himself until the dust settles and it is safe for him to come out of hiding. Being inconspicuous when you are covered in tattoos and have “bad boy” written all over you is hard, but Kyle keeps his head down. “I want to be alone ~ Grand Hotel ~ 1932.”
Jane is a school teacher and an artist, and she lives across the road from Kyle. Jane is fascinated by her new neighbour and in an attempt to get to know him she delivers a basket of muffins to welcome him to the neighbourhood. Well, I use the term “muffins” loosely, missiles would be a better description, but the thought was there, “Well nobody’s perfect ~ Some Like It Hot ~ 1959”. But what Jane lacks in baking skills she more than makes up for in personality. Jane is a person hard not to fall in love with. Jane is adorable, she is the typical good, honest, reliable woman. Normally shy, yet Kyle seems to give her the brave juice to do what she wouldn’t normally. Never one to pursue a man she cannot seem to hold herself back from Kyle despite getting the cold shoulder every, single, time. Jane’s penchant for answering questions with movie line quotes was hilarious at times and only added another facet to this adorable woman, even Kyle finds it hard to stay away, “Of all the gin joints in all the world, she walks into mine. ~ Casablanca ~ 1942.”
“But now…now that I know this…I think I might be ruined for anyone else…”
Kyle in the first instance was very mysterious, but as his past is slowly eked out, you finally understand the man, nothing is at it seems. From the very start you know that Kyle is a good guy, despite his outward appearance but most importantly Kyle needs to realise that too. Kyle has trouble dealing with his past, he aches with his past actions and nightmares are a constant, “I don’t want to survive. I want to live. ~ 12 Years a Slave ~ 2013”. He is stuck in limbo, he has lost his identity, has lost his normalcy and just doesn’t know which way is up. You cannot help but hurt for this man.
“I have so much blood on my hands that it won’t ever come off.”
Sawyer Bennett delivers an unputdownable read as Jane does her best to break the walls of Kyle. I will give Jane credit, she does not give up and I admired her tenacity in going for what she wanted, “Mrs Robinson, you’re trying to seduce me. Aren’t you? ~ The Graduate 1967.” The mysterious bad boy always seems to attracts women like moths to a flame, but you always knew that Jane was different. Kyle wasn’t her type, yet for Jane, he called to her, “You had me at hello. ~ Jerry Maguire ~ 1996.”
Jane and Kyle together brought each other to life, Jane giving Kyle solace and a sense of normalcy, “You make me want to be a better man. ~ As Good as It Gets ~ 1997,” and Kyle showing Jane the woman she could be, not plain Jane by any stretch of the imagination. Sawyer Bennett does make you wait as Jane takes time in breaking through to Kyle but once these two get together all bets are off, “I’m also just a girl, standing in front of a boy, asking him to love her. ~ Notting Hill ~ 1999.” As with any Sawyer Bennett read she totally burns up the pages with an intense connection between these two and you will find yourself rooting for them from the very start.
Finding Kyle is a book of letting go of the past and looking forward to the future. A lesson in finding yourself, your true self and not the version that circumstances have made you. Believing in yourself, liking yourself, loving yourself as well as others and believing that you are deserving of that love. Love comes when you least expect it, it is up to you to grab it with both hands and embrace it. This was definitely a case of “You can’t handle the truth. ~ A Few Good Men ~ 1992,” but giving people the chance to draw their own conclusions. Totally loved this book, as ever, Sawyer Bennett delivered and Kyle and Jane are a couple that will stick with you. “To infinity and beyond! ~ Toy Story ~ 1995”

Kyle finally gets his own story! We were introduced to Kyle in previous series and learned he was undercover with the ATF. He is now in hiding and waiting to testify against the MC he worked to bring down. He settles in a small town in Maine and his neighbor is a quirky, sexy art teacher who just will not take no for an answer. I think I actually love Jane too or at least her spirit :) She is such a dork at times with her movie references but she is so sweet it is contagious. Kyle and Jane are perfect and this story takes them on a roller coaster of a ride that was well worth the ride.
Can I just say I really hope Miranda get her own HEA?
**Received an ARC copy for review from the publisher via NetGalley**
Kyle is the bad boy you simply cannot get enough of. He's done heinous things for the greater good and he deserves to find some of that good. Who would think he'd find Jane at the worst possible time and she'd be his perfect fit. Timing isn't everything when you are meant to be.
Sawyer Bennett is one of my favorite authors so I jumped at the chance to read this book. I skimmed the description and it sounded fantastic.
Jane made me laugh. She said what she wanted to and didn't take no for an answer. Her movie references have been smiling the whole way through. I really loved her relationship with Miranda. You can tell that they are truly best friends and a perfect match even though they are so different.
Oh Kyle. How to talk about him with out spoilers..... he was great. Did what he had too and kept his distance at the same time. He was a good guy deep down and I could feel his struggle to do what was right. I was so glad when he finally gave in.
I loved the flow of this story. Yes it was a lot of fast forward, but the pace seemed to work really well for the plot and the story. Kyle had to go into hiding and while there he met the amazing Jane, the story mainly evolved around them coming together and keyed us in on what was happening in Kyles "Real" life also,
Overall this was another amazing book by Sawyer! She never ceases to amaze me with her writing ability and how fresh her story's are! I kind of hope Miranda gets a book! She's crazy and I would love to see more about her and see her find love! 5 stars #2OCCJD
A gorgeous story about a guy, who’s committed heinous crimes for the greater good, and the sweet woman who is like warm, bright summer to the bleak, cold winter that is his life.
“No matter how much I’m attracted to her – no matter how intrigued I am by the very light that radiates from her personality – I cannot go there.”
Kyle has been damaged by his experiences of a life living with the inhumane dregs of society, for the past few years. He is hiding in plain sight, trying to acclimatise to normal living, and trying to shed his hard-earned brutality and savageness. However, his stunning but forward neighbour makes it difficult to keep to himself, as she amuses him against his volition with her quirkiness, and he finds her brightness irresistibly hard to fight. She’s a balm to his tortured soul but he doesn’t want to taint her with his darkness.
“I vow to myself I’m going to get through those walls he just put up around himself, no matter what it takes.”
Jane is funny, quirky, and almost indomitable. She is full of life and light, and completely happy and content with her life in a small town. She thinks her hot but taciturn neighbour is a puzzle that she has the compulsion to solve, and is not put off by the fact that he is “crude, withdrawn, gruff, and anti-social”. Her attraction and her belief that beneath his tough, dangerous exterior is a gentler soul, keeps her pushing her way into his life.
This story was a mixture of adorable (just like the heroine), humorous, with a smattering of darkness, as we learn little pieces of Kyle’s recent past, and plenty of hot! I loved how Kyle couldn’t keep away from Jane – his passion and lust for her was swoony. I loved Jane’s goodness, her trusting nature, and her willingness to step out of her comfort zone to be with Kyle. Her best friend, Miranda, was a fab, sassy character and I’d love to read a story about her.
Overall, a really great read, in a beautiful setting, about two innately good people finding one another. One bringing love, comfort and brightness to the life of the other, who has seen the worst of what the world has to offer
Five Stars is not enough. I am so thankful to Sawyer for writing Kyle's story. Jane is delightful as well. I had to limit my reading time because I just wanted to stay in their world a little longer. Absolutely amazing!
Note, I did request and receive an advanced copy of this book in exchange for my honest review.
4.5 - "I'll take my chances." Stars!
Sawyer Bennett has a lot of skill when it comes to writing her heroes with a little bit of darkness in them. Kyle was no exception to this, add in that he is a bit of a grump too, and I fell for him pretty much from the first chapter.
IMAGE.
The ease of the writing and the way the story flows in this book made it one that I didn’t put down until I had finished it.
She has the ability to make me feel okay in this strange world.
Kitty-corner to Kyles dirty-mind, grumpiness and general anti-social personality, was Jane’s positive, friendly, happy-go-lucky character, and it was just a really enjoyable read, watching these two opposite characters gradually coming together as a whole, whilst discovering more about themselves and each other as the story progressed.
Kyle Harding presents more than just excitement and intrigue into my ordered world. He is an absolute puzzle, and I’m enjoying the process of figuring him out.
Another thing the author excels at is writing diverse and plentiful sexy times, and this couple was no exception, once Kyle decides it’s on with Jane, the girl doesn’t stand a chance, and I loved the vulnerability that Kyle displayed in this area in that although he knows his way around a woman and in more ways than your average guy, he is not used to navigating a woman as sweet and amenable as Jane, although it was down and dirty at times, he was also sweet and sincere in the same breath.
"This isn’t like you..."
“What’s that?"
"Being vulnerable."
It doesn’t take long for the secrets of Kyle’s past to come to the fore, and I think the fact that the author didn’t wrap the final stages up of the book in a big bow of immediate "I forgive you’s", and gave both characters a chance to work through everything, made the outstanding epilogue even better, because their happily ever after takes a little while to come, but it’s so much better because of it.
Great start to my 2017 Sawyer Bennett reads, I have high expectations for the rest of the year and her releases from it, if the standard is as high as Finding Kyle is, it’s going to be a great twelve months.
"I can’t get enough of you."
