WOW...I am so happy that Kyle got his own story...Ever since he saved Maggie, I have been a fan of his.
Kyle is a man who is dedicated to his job, but might have had to sacrifice a bit of his humanity in order to do so. Kyle is determined to start a fresh life for himself once all the craziness of his past if finally behind him. Little does he know when the sweet, quirky, non-baking, Jane trots into his life that nothing will ever be the same.
Jane is from a small town, she has the girl next door vibe, quirky personality, but she is quick on her feet and does't take any mess from anyone...least of all Kyle. She worms her way into his life to the point that he does't even know what hit him once he realizes how much he cares for her.
I loved the drama of this story and how much Kyle fought himself not to fall for Jane...he just wanted something better for her...he just never realized that he WAS better for her and that she was better for HIM.
This is a must read if you are a fan of Sawyer Bennett...she does write one hell of a story!

Sawyer Bennett’s done it again!

She gave me a book with characters I fell in love and adoration with and a romance filled with the perfect balance of heart and heat that made it damn hard to put down.

I have to be absolutely honest and say that it took me a lot longer than it should have to realize that I’d met Kyle before, twice actually in Shaken, Not Stirred & Wicked Bond, and that he was one of those side characters that had peaked my curiosity but for obvious reasons it didn’t even dawn on me that the man would get a book. So when it finally hit me it was like “No shit!. Sweet!”, and since I was already in love with the grumpy and surly man it just made it that much sweeter.

Kyle’s carrying around a lot of guilt over the horrible things he’s done, but as with most everything in life he had a reason for it all and is trying to come to terms with it all. It was hard not to love Kyle because his heart is a good one despite the darkness that surrounded it for so long. He’s as honest as he can be and is all kinds of protective alpha male.

As much as I loved Kyle I freakin’ ADORED Jane and swear that a good portion of my love of this book is because of her. She’s quirky, tenacious, genuine and just an all around good person. I loved how comfortable she was in her own skin and is truly happy with where she’s at in her life. She’s soft but has a backbone of steel and...yeah, you get it, she’s just pretty damn amazing.

I loved the way their relationship progressed. Both were determined to get their way but I loved how Jane’s sincerity and quirkiness stripped Kyle of all his good intentions to keep her at arm’s length. Their dance was a fun one and I loved seeing how they got to know each other despite Kyle’s secrets. She got to see who he was through his actions, quite a few of them unintentional, and saw the heart he was trying to hide. Now, if you’ve read anything by Sawyer Bennett you KNOW the woman can write a panty melting grab your BOB smexy as hell scene, but the one that goes down in the art studio may just be my all time favorite (I’ve re-read it a few times). FREAKIN’ HOT! And that pretty much describes the heat between them the entire time. HOT! I loved their bantering and just how they communicated, even with the secrets and though you can guess what the huge pothole in their road will be, I liked how it all worked out in the end for them.

As always the writing was engaging and no one can deny how well Ms. Bennett does dual 1st POV’s, she makes you want to be in the character’s heads and know exactly what they are thinking. My one issue is that I wish we’d had more of the whole Kyle’s past catching up with him/them. It is always simmering just beneath the surface, but I just feel like I needed a little more of it and the aftermath of the the big pothole in the road. But other than that, Finding Kyle is a wonderful read and I’m thrilled that Kyle got his much deserved HEA.

This was a bit different than I am used to from Sawyer.. But it still had the great storyline and interaction between characters

Started a bit darker than I expected but in the end Kyle is amazing :)

Confession: I have never given a Sawyer Bennett book a clean 5 star review. There was always something keeping me from doing it. This time however, I can wholeheartedly say it was perfect for me.

We have met Kyle previously. He was the undercover agent who saved Maggie in Wicked Bond. He was also mentioned and had cameos in other Wicked Horse books. So we know that Mayhem Mission, the one percenter MC, was brought down by him and mostly by him. He went deep undercover and to be convincing he had to do heinous things for the greater good.

But in order to do it, I had to let go of every bit of my humanity, and I had to embrace a life bankrupt of any morals, decency, or kindness

As the FBI is waiting for the trial, which would also put a senator behind bars and expose his role in the downfall of the motorcycle club, Kyle is hiding away in Maine - everybody thinks he is dead. He isn't made for a life of leisure though so soon the walls start to close in on him and he stars feeling restless. He also keeps to himself, he can't afford attachment and after all the devastation that was caused with his help he doesn't easily connect with people.

Jane's new neighbor is hot. She can't help but ogle him but somehow that's not enough. She keeps trying to get to know him, yet the grumpy guy resists. It takes a busted pipe and a jerk of an ex-boyfriend for him to open up a bit but once he does he is utterly charmed by this art teacher who cites movie quotes with a mischievous smile on her face.

“Pipe,” I gasp out, realizing how out of breath I am not only from the adrenaline coursing through me, but also from the mad dash over here. “Burst. Water everywhere.” His eyes snap back up to mine. “What?” And then, complete lunacy bursts forth from my lips as I hold out the red valve for him to see. “Help me, Obi-Wan Kenobi. You’re my only hope. Star Wars, 1977.”

Jane was such a wonderful surprise. She was quirky, sweet and refreshingly artless, bright and real. I loved how she quoted movies at the oddest times (one time in front of a mirror...you can take an educated guess what they were doing in front of a mirror). Jane doesn't give up, she pursues Kyle relentlessly with so much charm and wit that I'm in awe that it took him so long to give in. She was a dork, cute and adorable, yet understanding and she didn't push Kyle knowing he'd only clam up.

I see a man who wants something for himself but is too afraid to take it. He’s afraid of failure. So I throw my shoulders back, determination forging my spine into steel, and I vow to myself I’m going to get through those walls he just put up around himself, no matter what it takes.

Kyle keeps Jane at arms length for her own good and because his self hatred and shame for the things he did goes deep. It was amazing to see how this sweet woman cracked his veneer, one day at time. I totally understood their connection. Kyle was mysterious in the beginning, really grumpy and dark but with Jane his resolution to keep his distance soon crumbles and turns to dust. He soaks up Jane's light and almost feels normal.

I couldn’t imagine doing something like this… all normal and romantic. It’s a completely foreign concept, and yet I’m drawn even harder to these things with Jane. My curiosity about this laid-back, normal way of life is piquing, and perhaps I’m even remembering a bit how to live this way.

Finding Kyle has Sawyer Bennett's reliable low angst formula and little drama. With this book we also get an adorable heroine and a troubled hero and together they create something magical and electric. And holy moly, the steamy scenes were out of this world.
I loved the main characters' connection. The way Jane sneaked under Kyle's skin was hilarious. This is my favorite Sawyer Bennett book. I loved every minute I got to spend with these two. And I'll never look at paintbrushes the same way again.

Finding Kyle can be read as a standalone!

Kyle Sommerville....he's alive!!!!???? In Wicked Bond we all thought Kyle was killed in the line of duty....little did we know the way Sawyer Bennett's mind works! ;)

Surprise! Kyle is alive and living in Misty Harbor, Maine as Kyle Harding. He is trying to live a quiet, reclusive life as the lighthouse operator. Unfortunately, his neighbor, Jane Cresson has other ideas. Jane is intrigued by her sexy, new neighbor and would love to get to know him. I love how she keeps at him and keeps at him until he slowly starts to let his walls down. I loved Jane's personality. She was such a warm ray of sunshine, and just seemed like a really sweet person. I also really enjoyed Kyle's dark personality. He has been through something very traumatic and it was fun watching him slowly get some light back.

Their journey was filled with some great sweet and sexy moments. These two just worked so well together. When Kyle's true identity does come out, all hell breaks loose! This part sure had some tough emotions during it. When Kyle goes to see his sister who thought he was dead....have tissues ready! Thanks goodness their feelings for each other were able to draw them back together and they end up with such a great happy ending!

REally hard book for me to read. Very gut wrenching book.

Kyle Sommerville has been a quiet background character of Ms. Bennett's and now he has his very own standalone. In Finding Kyle we catch up with Kyle, an ATF agent, while he's in hiding, waiting to testify against the biker gang he was undercover with for years. His handler sends him to Maine where he now has way too much time on his hands and can't escape the thoughts of what he did as part of the gang. Kyle now thinks of himself as tainted by what he was forced to do in order to keep his cover, but his new neighbor may be the one person that can show him different.

Jane is a quirky and outgoing artist that doesn't like to let life get her down. She's the complete opposite of Kyle but that's what intrigues her about him. Even though Kyle is throwing up stay-away signals left and right, she's determined to get her new neighbor to open up. Then maybe she'll finally get him to ask her on date.

I was very intrigued by Kyle when I first met him in Wicked Bond and I just knew his book would be good. I felt so many emotions for this broken man and he sucked me right into his story.I loved that his emotions were so raw and open to where I felt them along with him. My heart was breaking every time he was beating himself up for things in his past. And I loved Jane for being able to give him some much needed goodness in his life.

It's been awhile since I've read about a genuinely happy heroine so Jane was a breath of fresh air. She had this peculiar habit of throwing out random movie quotes in the middle of a conversation, and while it was something that could become very annoying, it wasn't. I thought it was actually kind of cute and suited her character perfectly.

Kyle and Jane together were the perfect couple. They say opposite attract for a reason and it's because they suit each other so well and these characters were the epitome of that. If you're looking for an adorable, yet sexy, read than this is the one for you. Jane will have you grinning from ear to ear and Kyle will have you flinging your panties across the room.

This is a brand spanking new series by this author and I am in love!

I was first introduced to Kyle in this author's Wicked Horse series and the brief glimpse I was given of him definitely left me wanting more. I'm so glad that this author chose to tell Kyle's story since there's so much to this mysterious man that needed to be shared! He presents himself as this loner who doesn't play well with others, but that's only the mask he wears in order to keep others from entering the dangerous world he lives in.

This man has been through so much in such a short period of time that I just knew it would take a special kind of person to bring him out of his shell. Little miss ray of sunshine Jane is his new neighbor and I love the fact that she is as stubborn as she is optimistic.

This is yet another huge success of a story written by an author that I've quickly become addicted to. I highly recommend anything written by this author to everyone to read.

What a fantastic addition to Sawyer Bennetts books, this is a standalone but this is book about a character we have meet a few times before first in Shaken, not Stirred (Last Call Series) and then in Wicked Bond (Wicked Horse Series) and looking back Kyle Somerville always had a story to tell.
Kyle had to become a criminal to protect his identity whilst working undercover for the ATF in a violent MC Club called Mayhem's Mission. He is now living a solitary life whilst waiting to give evidence against some of the members of Mayhem's Mission.
Jane is quirky funny school teacher who ends up as Kyles neighbor, she has never been interested in tattooed bad boys well not until she spotted Kyle. She can't stop watching him and the more he pushes her away the more she pushes to get to know him. What Jane doesn't know is that by pushing him she is not only risking her heart she is risking her own safety.
Will Kyle tell Jane all of his secrets and will she accept his past.....can they find a way to make it all work, you need to read the book to find out.
I loved Kyle's story and Jane is the perfect match for him. He is Dark she is Light. Its a well written book that kept me intrigued from the first chapter. As always looking forward to the next book from Sawyer Bennett.

Finding Kyle is a true departure from Sawyer Bennett’s other books, which I have read.

The story starts out very dark as we get a glimpse into Kyle’s past life as an undercover agent and why he refuses to go into the Witness Protection Program.

Jane is his neighbor, who has a firecracker personality and doesn’t take no for an answer when she first meets Kyle. She is attracted to his tattooed body and begins to break down his defenses.
She is funny, quirky and sweet, but when she learns of Kyle’s deception is heartbroken.

They both fight for want they want with a wonderful epilogue. As always Sawyer Bennett’s books are unique and you become engrossed in her stories from the first page.

I look forward to Sawyer’s next release.

I was provided with an advanced copy of this book from the author via NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

Finding Kyle is an amazing read! I read about Kyle in Wicked Bond and now he has his own book an so well deserved!

Kyle Sommerville is an ATF an undercover agent who is in the hide until the trial of the motorcycle gang he infiltrated five years ago. He is hiding in the small town of Misty Harbor, Maine. Kyle tends to the Gray Birch Lighthouse. After witnessing everything he did and became one more gang member he feels dead inside. Life has nothing to offer him and he doesn't deserve anything from life.

Jane is his next door neighbor. She is a happy, sparkly, quirky person. She is an art teacher and she is also an artist. She feels attracted to Kyle since the moment she saw him.

These two personalities can't be more different but maybe Jane is exactly what Kyle needs...if he just lets her...

Entertaining, funny, sweet. I had all those feelings while reading it. I couldn't put it down and I loved it from the very first page! Great read! Highly recommended!

I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book

I looooved this book. It's so different than what Sawyer usually writes! Instead of the hero doing the saving, the heroine takes the leading role!

I just love Sawyer Bennett's books, I always know when I pick one up I'm in for a good time. Like all her books, this one is hard to put down and is a very enjoyable read!
Kyle Sommerville (Harding) undercover ATF agent is dark and brooding, from past things he's done feels he doesn't deserve anything good. Jane Cresson is an artist and art teacher at the local schools, she's quirky, cute, light and good everything Kyle is not. He doesn't think he deserves anyone like her, and he's not going to be around long. Kyle tries to resist the quirky artist/art teacher, but even he isn't that strong.
Kyle has small parts in other books Sawyer Bennett has written, most recently in Wicked Bond, and before that in Shaken Not Stirred. I was really glad to see him get his HEA. That's another thing I enjoy about the author's books is you frequently see previous couples reappearing, so you get those little snippets of how they are doing (you don't see any in this book, but you do in most of her books). While there are some dark themes suggested, they don't go into any detail for those that are squeamish about anything like that. I really enjoyed this book, and can't wait for her next book! Another homerun by Sawyer Bennett!!

From the start of Finding Kyle, I had that awful feeling in my stomach, you know, when you know something is wrong? Just kind of waiting for that bad thing to happen... that, coupled with the tension and sexual chemistry between Kyle and his neighbor, Jane, made for a very good read!

Finding Kyle had a lot of suspense, but it was a very quiet sort of suspense that came with the aftermath of Kyle having been an undercover cop in a very bad motorcycle gang. And where he, himself, had done a lot of very ugly things in order to be accepted into the inner sanctuary of the club in order to bring them all down.

4.5 stars
Another hit from Ms. Sawyer! This was my final read for 2016 and what a way to end the year with a great book. Finding Kyle is suspenseful, hot and of course steamy!

Kyle Sommerville has been deep undercover as an ATF agent and now is in protective hiding and ends up in a small town just trying to survive waiting for the bad guys to be behind bars forever. Kyle is ready to live life again as best he can. But for now, he needs to stay low. But he's having a hard time staying away from his quirky neighbor, Jane Cresson.

I adored Jane's character. She is funny, quirky and was just full of life! And I loved the random movie quotes! So when she starts spying on her mysterious and very hot neighbor, Jane can't help herself to get to know him and try to break down his walls.

Kyle has been through a lot. He's seen and done some very illegal activities while undercover. His life is tainted and letting someone good and pure into his life, like Jane, just doesn't feel right. So no matter how funny, sweet and Jane is, Kyle can't let her in.

But Jane is persistent and everyday they spend time together, she breaks down his walls. But when his past and undercover life catches up with him, it puts Jane in danger.

Finding Kyle is a fantastic read by my go-to-author!

Sawyer Bennett is a genius with words. She has this wonderful flow and pace. You find yourself reading her whole book in hours just because you can’t stop the amazingness that is her people. I’m not going to go into the storyline. You don’t need me to redo Bennett’s synopsis and let out a bunch of secrets.

If you like Bennett’s stories, this one isn’t any different. She’ll suck you in and you won’t be able to walk away. Kyle is friggin…. well I floved him… hard!! I’m serious; this story had everything in it. You’ve got the bad boy, sexy heart throb, sweet, innocent Jane, love, hot sex scenes, heart ache, lies, deceit, secrets, bad guys with guns, and… finally a HEA.

I’m hoping we get a Miranda story!

I received an ARC of this book with the hope that I will leave an Unbiased Opinion. I was not required to leave a review, positive or otherwise, and my opinions are just that... my opinions.

Wow! First off, I love Sawyer Bennett books so it is always a one click purchase for me. Having said that, I didn't really read the synopsis before grabbing this one. What a nice surprise! Fans of the Wicked Horse series will be most excited to see that Kyle, the mysterious biker who rescued Maggie and took her to Bridger, is getting his own story!

Kyle has been so deep undercover for so long, he has forgotten what it's like to be himself. He has done terrible things as a 1% biker and feels unworthy of anyone, especially a curious, flirty neighbor. Add in a quirky New England town and a light house cottage. Just a perfect setting to get to know the main characters of this story.

Such a lovely HEA for Kyle. Loved the dynamic between the Jane and Kyle. Loved seeing Kyle's walls break down. So happy to see love win in the end!

I loved reading Kyle's story. I think it wraps up the end of Wicked Bond series, but also ties in the Last Call series by Sawyer Bennett. I thought Jane was really cute and the perfect match for Kyle. The plot build up was perfect for these two characters. You always got the sense of danger lurking, but also wanted Kyle to find a way to move on from his past.

If there's any downside, I'd say it was how short of an altercation there was with the bad guys. I would have thought there would be a more sinister plot to get revenge on Kyle. I understand the story is about Kyle and Jane, but Kyle spent 3 years undercover with some of the worst people.

Either way, the story was great, the characters were wonderful, and the ending was perfect. Another great addition by Sawyer Bennett!!

I first met the character of Kyle in Ms. Bennett's Wicked Horse series. I didn't know a lot about him, but it was enough that when this book came up, I was intrigued.
Finding Kyle give us a glimpse of what happens after someone has had to do horrible things for the greater good - what happens after the undercover job is over?
Taciturn Kyle meets his match with the fun, spunky Jane while hiding out to testify against the bad guys. Ms. Bennett gave us a well written and enjoyable story that lets us see Kyle's character evolve and a romance blossom.
As much I liked Kyle and his character development, I love Jane. She was sweet, funny, and went after what she wanted. The two of them together are a treat.
This story had just the right balance of romance, friendship, and intrigue. Definitely a good book, but not too heavy of a read.

Complete girl crush on Jane! She is my favorite heroine! I love her quirky humor and her movie quotes! I love her determination and her ability to see beyond the physical into the soul. Especially when Kyle was determined to keep her out of his life 100%.

Kyle's life wasn't his own...yet. Just a few more months of hiding out and pretending to be someone he wasn't and he would get to go back to his life that he left behind years ago and start to make amends for and start clearing out all the horrors in his head. His life wasn't his and hadn't been for more years then just his hiding ones. He had done unspeakable things in the name of bringing down an MC and those scars would never heal on his soul.

Jane has lusted over her gorgeous tattooed neighbor for months from afar. Staring at him from her windows while he worked on the lighthouse across the street from her. Just biding her time until she pushed her way into his life and got to know him better. Stubborn doesn't even begin to describe Jane and Kyle will give her a run for her money because hes just as determined to keep her OUT of his heart and she is to get IN to it.
