I enjoyed book 1, 2 and 3. Now, this one felt heavy and long. I appreciate the humor used otherwise I don’t think I would be able to finish it.

A gun slinging magic man? What else is needed for a story? Maybe one where this is a wizard on the run from the guild?

A mad affair but a very enjoyable book with including a character with attitude. Much enjoyment had with this book.

I think I love this series! Yancy, and all his crazy peeps kick butt, and often get theirs handed to them on a platter. It all gets a bit bloody gruesome, but everyone's in full smartass mode, so it all evens out. Looking forward to the next book. Thanks to Shadow Alley Press, and Netgalley for this e-copy.
