I have to start by saying I am obsessed with the house flipping shows on tv, so I was thrilled to get a chance to read this book. I was not disappointed. There is so much more (of course) that goes into it. Anyone with the desire to flip a home needs to read this book first Definitely an A+++ I will probably read a few more times just to make sure I have absorbed everything.
