I enjoyed reading Guilty Pleasure: Part 2 just as I liked part 1. Lora Leigh never disappoints. There's romance and the characters are well developed. I recommend this book

I read an advanced copy of this book and it started right where book 1 left off. It is getting more into action and how to protect each other. Can't wait to read book 3.

After years of fighting their attraction to one another, Khalid and Marty are finally getting their chance. Khalid has been a figure in several of these Bound Hearts book and I've been waiting to see if/when he was going to meet his match in the woman he always wanted but felt he could never have. Marty can hold her own. As an FBI agent, she's got a curious streak a mile long that's only matched by her stubborn streak. I also loved that she was the child of two club members...it gives a glimpse of what's to come for her/Khalid/Shayne.

There were a few things missing from this book that I really wished Leigh had added - more about Marty's family and their make up, more about Deerfield and his issues with Marty, and more after the final scene. This one felt like it ended VERY abruptly...which made me sad after all the build up.

Once again Ms. Leigh leaves me perched on the edge of my seat! I LOVE this growing triad between Marty, Khalid and Shane! Can't wait for the culmination with part 3!

Continuing to watch the story unfold with this sizzling hot sexy trio! The back story keeps you turning the pages as well as the hot hot (and plentiful) sex!

In this part of the three part story we find out a bit more about Marty and Khalid and why he has stayed away from anyone for so long.

Shayne is a bit of a mystery to me but he is definitely someone that I want to get to know better.

The Club still remains a mystery but we do find out more about it and some of it's members.

I enjoyed this second book a little more than the first because it dove into things more and not everything was such a mystery.

Guilty Pleasure: Part 2 was the second installment of the Guilty Pleasure trilogy. As I stated in my review of Part 1, I'm not a big fan of serials, but these have been split at just the right spots to make you want to read the next Part as quickly as possible!!

This installment begins with Marty having run away from Khalid and Shayne, making it so they can't protect her from his evil terrorist brothers. The first thing, someone starts shooting at her when she tries to go to her parents' for some time to think. Of course, getting shot at kind of brings everyone out of the woodwork; Shayne, Khalid and both her fathers.

Marty makes sure that the men in her life don't keep any secrets from her, by sticking her nose in anything that seems to have their secretive stink on it. Marty considers this part of being a good investigator, something Zach made sure she learned as she was being trained at the FBI Academy. He's wishing he'd forgotten a couple lessons. But Khalid is the one that is her main target, to learn everything about him and why he thinks his brothers would want to harm her.

You definitely want to have read Guilty Pleasure: Part 1 before you start Part 2. You'll be pretty lost without the knowledge that book gives you. I'm definitely hooked on this story and bought the last book before I was halfway done with this one!!! There's no way I could go one to a different book without knowing the outcome of this one!!

Agent Marty Mathews has had it bad for Khalid El Hamid--Mustafa since she was 15 and didn’t know what that even meant. For the past 2 years she’s been tailing Khalid as an FBI agent. Now that she’s off the case, she can finally work out her plan to seduce him!
Anyone whose read any of Lora Leigh’s first Bound Hearts books has already met Khalid and has anxiously wanted to read his book. I was very happy that it didn’t disappoint. Although I typically don’t like reading books (or series as the case is here) where one of the main characters was in sexual situations with someone other than their HEA, the scorching series is written in such a way that I have no problem with it. The author has a way of writing strong females with good moral who are a perfect match to the strong males they fall for. I loved reading about Khalid and Marty. I’m glad that the series was re-released giving me a chance to read this. I highly recommend.

So many secrets and questions but I couldn't put this one down. I can't wait to see what's going to happen in the last part of this series!

Marty has been saving herself for Khalid for 27 years. She knew she couldn’t be with anyone else other than Khalid and she knew what kind of life style he was leading. Marty knew all about the club and she knew what entails and she knew Khalid was part of the “Club". That club has been around for longer than centuries and Her father, Godfather are the member of the club. Marty knew she would be inviting a third as well.
Marty wanted to have Khalid and she knew Khalid will be inviting third to their relationship. She was expecting.
As their relationship progresses, Khalid dark past catches up and he had to reveal his past to Marty soon. He wanted to come clean but he wanted to solve all the accidents that’s been happening between Marty before he reveals about his life in middle east.
Marty wants to know about Khalid and she senses Khalid is hiding secrets from her and that is preventing her to trust Khalid. They are becoming more than lovers but Khalid’s secrets keep getting in the way and his stepbrothers are on the move.
What will happen to both??
Can’t wait until the end...

This was the second instalment of three parts and it had a really good continuation from the first book. I thought that it had strong characters and the story was flowing really well. I'm looking forward to reading the final part and loving the story so far!

Exciting second installment of a three part book, this is a sexy fast read.

Khalid and Shayne are trying to protect Marty from Khalid's brothers. But because of what Marty's job is, how headstrong she is, and who her parents are, she's not letting them. She knows that something is up, but can't figure it out without revealing that she's been snooping where she shouldn't be.

Khalid is scared of the truth and doesn't believe that Marty would stay with him if she knew. I'm not sure if the truth will really be revealed, I feel like we're watching this story without all of the facts and sometimes it's frustrating.

Shayne is doing his best to show Khalid that it's going to be okay for him to tell Marty the truth. I feel like he's the third wheel more so in this story because, despite his best efforts, neither Khalid or Marty really listen to him.

This is a good continuation from book one, but there are still a lot of unanswered questions.

The story continues and it is great. As Marty and Khalid move further into their relationship you start seeing the some of the reasons behind what has happened. Great story.

Another erotic thriller from Leigh. Although the story was rather long (I read this as a three part book series) it was full of action. While knowledge of the other books in this series is not required, it does help to know the characters of the series and how they intertwine.

Guilty Pleasure Part Two
Khalid wants to keep Marty at arms length to keep her safe but can't stay away from her. Marty's investigation of Khalid has turned up with nothing, but the danger from his past still surrounds them.
Love the direction the characters are moving in. The intensity is growing with every page.
Passion, passion, passion.

Guilty Pleasure Part Two takes us deeper into the story of Khalid and Marty. As a third we have Shayne.

Not only are the men trying to protect Marty but Khalid is also keeping secrets from her.

We don't get any answers yet, but it does give us a little more insight into the characters.

This is book 2 in the Guilty Pleasure 3 part novel and things are really getting hot.
Overall a great book. I may have gotten this book as an ARC but I have purchased the full book in the past and enjoyed every second of it!

Marty Mathews has followed Khalid for a very long time and she knows that something is up. While Khalid may think that he can hide the truth from Marty he will learn that she will not stand by and be kept in the dark.

And so the story continues...Marty has asked for the truth and been shut down. Unfortunately for Khalid she refuses to give up on her hunt for the truth. There real question is can everyone handle just how Marty responds when the truth is revealed? Read and find out!

The story continues in this part and I think Marty's character has grown. She appears stronger in this part. The plot has a few twists that left me wanting more. I can not wait to see where this series goes next.
