I did so enjoy this quick read...it has a backstory, it has romance, lust, mystery, sexiness and love. Overall, it kept me interested all the way through, characters are so likeable, and the electricity between them is palpable.

GOOD, BAD & SEXY by Jennifer Lyon is a stand alone, erotic, romantic suspense story line focusing on event planner and part-time writer Lexie Rollins, and bounty hunter Nick Vardolous. GOOD, BAD & SEXY is the re-release of a novella originally found in the Sun, Sand, Sex Anthology.

Told from dual third person points of view (Nick and Lexie) GOOD, BAD, & SEXY follows Lexie Rollins-a good girl whose life has fallen apart following charges of assault against a former client. When her family refuses to believe her side of the story regarding a would-be stalker who has taken control of her life, Lexie takes off on a much needed vacation away from family and the person who is trying to destroy her life. Enter Nick Vardolous, the man sent to ‘retrieve’ Lexie for an upcoming court appearance, and the man who has called to her heart. What ensues is the building relationship between Nick and Lexie, and the ongoing hunt for the stalker whose access to Lexie continues to grow.

The relationship between Lexie and Nick is one of immediate attraction. Months before Nick and Lexie met through Nick’s sister’s wedding and our hero offers Lexie one night of passion without strings or hard feelings. Nick is not the kind of man to enter into a long term relationship, and Lexie is a good girl; a woman who wants more than a quick jump in the back seat of a car. Meeting at the exclusive resort finds Lexie letting go of her good-girl persona, looking for something more than Nick has to offer but Nick is a man whose jealousy comes between Lexie and her fun. The $ex scenes are intimate and seductive.

We are introduced to Nick’s former partner and best friend Mac Koontz and his wife Shelly, as well as a myriad of phone exchanges between Lexie’s family and our story line heroine.

GOOD, BAD & SEXY is a quick read; a captivating story of suspense and romance; of one woman’s struggles to break free of her controlling family; and one man’s desire to let go of the past. The premise is playful and energetic; the characters are colorful and impulsive; the romance is passionate and hot. The stalker scenario is straightforward and the identity easily deduced. GOOD, BAD & SEXY is an exciting and fated story of love and second chances.

Big laughs in a tiny package would be the best way to describe Good, Bad & Sexy. What stands out is that Lexie and Nick are a wonderful blend of fire, ice and heart. I loved Lexie's fiery spirit and Nick's tortured soul. As the layers were peeled back, Ms Lyon exposed the similarities between people who exuded strength but wallowed in insecurities. What a piece of art. Through the complicated, amusing and heated moments the power of love guides it all.

Lexie meets Nick while she is the wedding planner at his sisters wedding, while the two are attracted to each other, they part with only a kiss shared between them. Four months later Lexie's life has drastically changed. She has disappeared from her job and where she lives due to not only some trouble with the law, but more importantly she is afraid she has a stalker.

Lexie and Nick can only deny their attraction for so long before their close quarters and Lexie's problems bring them closer together.

I liked this story, it went very quickly due to it being a novella, but still managed to give a good background and story line for both characters. Add in a little mystery and some sexual tension, it was a nice quick read. I received this book for free for my unbiased review.

I must say this author is a long time favourite, whether she’s writing as Jennifer Lyon or Jennifer Apodaca, readers are guaranteed a intelligent, fast-paced and thoroughly sizzling read!

The chemistry between the lead characters was never in doubt, but I did get a laugh from Lexie’s tendency (innocent or not) to push Nick’s buttons and get his jealousy juices flowing to the max.

With just enough danger, sass and sexual heat to ensure an attention-grabbing read!

Jennifer Lyon is an author who I've yet to read something of hers that I didn't thoroughly enjoy. I read this strait through because I just couldn't put it down! I loved everything about it and will definitely be rereading this again!

Jennifer Lyon (Apodaca) never disappoints. I fell in love with this poor tortured hero, Nick the gorgeous Italian. I could only wish to be as smart and together as Lexie. She is such a good girl, trying to please her demanding and selfish family. She runs into trouble and they never stop to think that she's in over her head and need their support. She always deals with the problems and is self-sufficient. Not so this time. When she takes action to keep herself safe Nick comes to her rescue. I love rescue stories, especially ones where the heroine is part of a team and refuses to be a victim. Favorite quote: "No man, no person, had ever made Lexie feel strong and self-confident, and yet safe, like Nick did." ... just LOVE that quote.

I read Good, Bad & Sexy in a single sitting! It was fun, and as the title suggests, sexy. Jennifer Lyon's characters were well developed. Lexie is tired of being the good girl. Because, you know it's the family rule she's always fine. She is desperate to be impulsive and for someone to "see" her. Nick, on the other hand, prefers when no one really sees him. He would rather love than lose, so he goes with "only for the night" attitude. Both have been shaped by events in their past that are influencing their present.

Add in an exclusive resort, a skip trace, missed court appearance, a meddling, match making soon to be partner and his wife and a family of leeches, and you still only have half the story! The plot was well developed and characters deliciously complex. Nick has the worst timing in the world, but somehow figures it out! I loved Lyon's characters So worth staying up past my bedtime!

Very sexy novella! Lexie has run off to a beach hotel after first being accused of assaulting a groom and then trying to avoid a stalker. Nick is a bounty hunter who is tasked with assuring Lexie will be on time for her next court date after she missed one by accident. They met before... and are still attracted.

Hot story. The stalker bit was not too complicated, but I enjoyed the chemistry between Lexie and Nick.
