Scott Wintripp provides a good framework for one of the hardest jobs in the world - finding and recruiting good talent.
The author's passion for the subject shows with terms like 'candidate gravity'. When people find words to describe their ideas aptly, it shows their conviction and owning of the idea. The book has a lot of dos and donts for the recruiting process. How to make your hire right profile and when to use it and when not to overlook it.
