Received an ARC from NetGalley for an honest review.
Oh I liked this one....While I would have liked a little more about Fallon the guys before her transformation, I really enjoyed watching them come together (no pun intended). This one seemed to flow a little better than the first one I read and I found myself more interested in the outcome of their relationship.
Two Billionaire Devon and Morgan are best friend and business partner for a long time until two years ago, they had a falling out when they had unforgettable night with a women. They have been living on opposite coast ever since then. Now Devon is back at Bayfront when selling their Bayfront club where everything started. When they saw childhood friend Fallon, things could change
When Fallon was back in Bayfront working as hostess and hope Morgan would recognize her. But when she faced Devon and Morgan, nothing really happened until Devon showed up at her door step.
Fallon knew Devon and Morgan's reputation and she known sometimes they share a women.. Now will she become just one of those flings or it will become more.
It is short novella and easy read. Pretty steamy...
Thanks to Netgalley and Swerve for my ARC in exchange for honest review.
Steamy book. Ugly duckling to swan analogy.
It's a quick read if you want something steamy and not taxing.
Best not to analyse it.
Loved loved this book! I had a hard time putting it down! This is my first book that I have read by this author and it definitely won’t be my last! I loved it from the first page to the last!

Devon felt like it was the perfect day to boat out. But he wasn’t in town for pleasure. He was there for business. Serious business he needed to conduct with his best friend Morgan. They were also business partners. They hadn’t seen much of each other in the past year or really spoken to each other. Not since the night they had hooked up with a woman in a red mini dress. He also remembered the line he and Morgan had almost crossed. Less than a week later they went their separate ways. But now there was an unexpected and highly lucrative business offer on the Bayfront club about to bring them back together. He intended to talk Morgan into selling despite the club not even being on the market. Than Devon planned on buying a house in the Hamptons and put a proposal together for building a club there. He was there to sever ties with Bayfront. The offer was triple what they had invested. Morgan had been the HS quarterback and Devon had been the lightning-quick receiver who been in perfect sync with him. Neither of them had the ambition to go pro. Business was their thing. Now Morgan was across from Devon. Than Devon found out Fallan was working for there at the club. Fallen was an old friend from back in elementary school. She was breathtaking now. She had totally changed.
I didn’t really get into this book as I don’t believe a woman should have to totally change to get a man/men's interest. Nor ask him to have sex with her. Fallen just seemed to desperate to me. Also a little unrealistic for me. This just wasn’t for me but I am sure others will enjoy it.
I just really couldn't get into this one. I struggled the whole time. I didn't really care for any of the characters he plot was nonexistant.. It was just a nice quick smutty book that I could read to get my mind off of finals.
If that's what you're in the mood for then go for it. It was just like the other books in this series.
I was invited to read this title, I'm not sure what to say. I didn't hate it or anything. I think my taste in stories have evolved over the last few years. once upon a time this would have been an ok read for me.
I voluntarily read an advanced review copy of this book
I feel that this book will be a readers preference. I did not like this book not because it was not written well... but because I did not like Fallon's character. I thought that she came off as "thirsty" if you do not know what that means...it means that she was basically begging them to want her... she was throwing herself at them and it made the book quickly loose a lot of the heat that I normally love about a Calista Fox novel.
Overall not bad but not my cup of tea.
As usual Ms Fox created a hot and sexy tantalizing menage story with likable characters. It was a little bland, hence the 4 stars instead of five. There could have been just a bit more to the story and I'd have been beyond happy. Still, overall a entertaining read.
I voluntarily reviewed a Advance Reader Copy of this title. All opinions are my own and honestly expressed.
Devon and Morgan are not only friends they are business partners but after a tragedy strikes they avoid one another and only meet when absolutely necessary. Now that Fallon has returned and makes it know that she desires both men will Devon and Morgan put their past behind them and move on with Fallon? Ok, yes they will you know they will, but you will enjoy the journey that they take you on. The chemistry between Devon, Fallon, and Morgan is really good.
I enjoyed this quick read. Devon, Fallon, and Morgan are great together. I have to say that this series gets hotter and hotter. Each of the books in this series can be read as a standalone.
Fox can write a menage that pulls at the heart strings. Childhood best friends turned to lovers.
As always a thanks first to St. Martins Press for providing us with a copy of these books that we could bring you this review.
I have to say that I am loving a new series with menage's as you all know I have been reading another series that has this type of relationship. Another town but that takes place during modern times is awesome. Love the strong female characters and the loving protective male counterparts. I look forward to seeing more from this author and these books.
I have to give these books 4 polyamorous kisses...
Happy Reading... Adri
Confession' by Calista Fox is book Three in the " Bayfront Billionaires". This is the story of Fallon, Devon, and Morgan. This is a novella story and it is hot and steamy. You don’t feel like you are reading a novella but a full story book read instead. You don’t have to read the other books in the series, this can be a standalone book read.
Devon and Morgan were once very close but something has ripped them apart. Fallon was their childhood friend so she knows how much they share but to them she has always just been a friend. Fallon would rather be more to them but doesn’t think they will EVER see her as something more. Fallon has been gone for a while and now is coming back to meet with them again. Due to the breakup between Devon and Morgan, they too haven’t seen each other in a while. In this book, I read as these three start to form a new relationship ; a relationship that is more than what they had before, more than what can be, more than what they want now. I loved the twists and turns, the ups and downs that they all go thru. The steam factor is hot and the emotions are great, and the writing was tight. I loved this book and cannot wait for book 4 in this series.
My rating: 4.5 stars ****

This was a super hot novella! Sexy menage romance with a lot of steamy scenes. I really enjoyed this one and look forward to reading more by this author!
When I saw this was a novella I was disappointed , however I was delighted to find the story to be longer than I'd expected. Well written...more please!
I am officially addicted to this series and I never want it to end. Two hot billionaires? Yes, please! Best friends that have a history of sharing? Uh, yum. They both fall for their childhood friend? Heck yeah! Calista Fox continues her Bayfront Billionaires with Confession, the story of Devon and Morgan - two best friends that are hesitant to share a woman after they very nearly crossed boundaries two years ago. Fallon has always wanted both men and with Devon back in Bayfront, her dreams may come true and she won't have to decide between her two best friends. I loved Confession. It fit perfectly when I needed something short and incredibly sexy. I loved watching Devon and Morgan initially butt heads until they are finally able to confront what almost happened two years prior, and only then will they be able to act on the sexual tension between them and Fallon. When the chemistry ignites, watch out! Most importantly, I loved that we see more of their relationship, which was something I commented on about previous novella. We watch them move from friends to a trio while navigating the rough waters that'll test their budding relationship. It won't be easy, but they fight through it. I can't wait for the 4th novella. Until then, I'll continue to add more of Calista's books on my always growing "must read" list.
I was given ARC copy for review by netgalley and SMPRomance.
Fallon Carteris, Devon McMillan, and Morgan Presley were the best of friends during their younger years.
Now reconnecting after years apart things heat up.
Confession is the story of three childhood friends, Fallon Carteris, Devon McMillan, and Morgan Presley, who, after some time apart, reconnect at a club jointly owned by Devon and Morgan. After the sexual vibes between the three fly off the charts, Fallon and Devon have steamy night together...and shortly thereafter, Fallon and Morgan do the same. When Devon and Morgan finally deal with the "almost-ménage-gone-wrong" scenario, they find themselves lusting after Fallon. Fallon, in turn, divulges her secret desire for Devon and Morgan. After that revelation, all bets are off. Can the trio live happily-ever-after?
Confession is an engaging story about a love triangle involving shared love instead of a love triangle involving a lover who is competing with a rival for the love of the third person. Fallon, Devon, and Morgan are all strong characters on the outside. Each person, however, has their own vulnerabilities hidden away, making them human and people the readers will be able to relate to (except for the billionaire part, unless you are, indeed, a billionaire).
The novella did have some unbelievable moments; not in the " surprise!" way, but in the "shake your head" way. Fallon's sexual experience, or lack thereof, made her use of toys and acceptance of Devon's preference, along with taking both men at the same time a little hard to believe. Fortunately, even with the disbelief running in my head, the author wrote the scenes and dialogue in a way that doesn't make them uncomfortable. Other than that, I found the novella to be fast pace, steamy, and, at times, emotional and romantic.
I voluntarily read a copy of Seduction provided to me by the publisher through NetGalley.
This was a quick, steamy read. The story line is romantic with 3 old friends falling in love and almost losing each other. It is a MFM story. Very good story. I voluntarily read an advanced reader copy.
