Useful but some difficult jargon to navigate. Better for those with some tax experience as a cpa or accountant. It isnt the most useful resource for newbies

This book was a little more difficult to read and follow that I anticipated. I would recommend it for more seasoned business people that understand more than the basics of your taxes.
My kindle version did allow me to jump to specific sections from the table of contents.

As a self employed business owner I need all the knowledge I can get on taxes. I have a CPA but I need to understand the laws, deductions and other "tricks" to feel confident when I present my tax forms. I found a wealth on information here is an easy to understand for the layman. I even caught myself understanding some of this mind twisting tax stuff. Why does it have to be so complicated ? Thankfully we have books such as this to help us waddle trough the muck and present a clean return.
I didn't care for the Kindle forma much. It was hard to find sections I was looking for. I ended up purchasing the hard copy for my desk.

J.K. Lasser’s tax books are the only tax reference books I purchase each year. They always have so many tax tips and advice and always updated tax information. My aunt is tax professional and this is the only tax reference book her office uses.
