Oh my word, whenever I see a book in this series coming out I am so excited cause I know I am in for a awesome story.
And this one was no exception. I loved this story
I loved Ranger from when he was first introduced to the series. And I felt a bit bad because he was with rival MC. So when he and Talon joined the WDMC I was like
This story was everything you want in a good book. Heartbreak, Thriller, Drama, HOT HOT SEX and so much more.
Ranger and Jo was I would say a perfect match for each other. She challenged him because he needed someone who didn't just do what he says and he challenged her by letting her know its okay to let someone take care of her once in a while. That it doesn't mean you are weak it only makes you stronger.
I loved reading about everyone else. And man Fay was awesome as usual. And that ending was perfect.
Well done Chantal Fernando, every single book in this series was amazing and I loved going on this ride with you.
When it comes to MC Novels, I am often sitting on the fence with them as some of them feel the same story over and over again. One MC series that I always seem to connect and enjoy is Chantal Fernando's "Wind Dragons MC" series. I think it is because the people in the Wind Dragons MC seem to be very family orientated and not a rough and tumble club and ones that sleep around and have an endless line of girls in and out. I have always been able to connect with the characters whether female or male in Chantal's series. Crossroads main guy Ranger aka Cam has to be one of my favorites in her series and I have now added him to my Book Boyfriend list. Ranger had some trouble with his old MC gang and joined with best friend Talon - the Wind Dragons MC. Here he was finally finding his spot in life and feeling part of a family. Sin's wife Faye asks Ranger for help on a case as a female has been kidnapped from a Biker Bar. It turns out that Ranger knows the female from High School - back when life was carefree, and he was known as Cam. Her name is Elizabeth, the only female he ever considered a friend. Ranger accepts and starts to work the case with female police officer Jo who is also Elizabeth's cousin. For Ranger, there is an instant attraction to Jo, but she won't be one to roll over that easy. During the book, we read the growing chemistry between the pair as they go on the hunt for Elizabeth and finally track her down just as Jo and Ranger are starting their romance. What will happen when Jo realizes that Ranger is aka Cam - the one who Elizabeth always says got away - the one she thought she would have a HEA with ? Can Ranger prove to Jo that he wants her and not Elizabeth and that he always viewed Elizabeth as a friend and a summer fling and that Jo is the one he wants to spend his life with together , even if it means he has to sacrifice the Wind Dragons MC for her ? Find out in Crossroads by Chantal Fernando. This is an MC group that you will instantly fall in love with and want to be a part of it.
Another exciting biker romance book. I would definitely recommend this book and author.
I've read a few "good Angel /bad Angel" books but Crossroads is amongst my favourite for many reasons.
I like how even Angels will break rules an go against the forbidden for love, loyalty and friendship.
The close bond Claudia shares with her Gamma is very special and having a few "Gamma's " of my own their relationship was sentimental to me and proved yet again that family is more than blood.
The only criticism , if you can call it that , is that i took a bit to get into but once I got my pace it became a marathon read.
I absolutely love Chantal and her Wind Dragons MC series. I love and adore Ranger!!

Part 6 of a series
It has felt like forever since I've been waiting for Ranger's book. And what a book it was. Ranger is by far my favorite of this series.
This wasn't my favorite book but it has some great quotes. Here are a few that I liked with the occasional comment.
"After this is all over, I'm taking you out on a real date. Old-school style."
"Are you telling me or asking me?"
"What just happened here?" What happened was, she just became mine. But I'll let her figure that out for herself.
"We'll sort it out, okay? And don't even think of being some fuckin' martyr and leaving me because of it. It won't work. I'll just keep coming after you." (Agree I too hate martyrs)
"You just called her stupid and a stalker," I point out.
"Let's not bring up the past," she says, scowling at me. I'm starting to wonder if Faye is legit crazy. "Why don't we give her a bit of time and then pull the biker sausagefest idea? I think I have a guy in mind. He's a total babe, all the women think so."
Faye never really won me over in the first book but as the series progressed she grew on me more and more and now she's one of my favorite characters in this series.
"We're supposed to be in this together. When shit gets hard, we're meant to band together and handle it. Not run. You really don't get it, do you, Jo?"
"No. I think that sometimes you need to fight for what you want, to make your own fate. It just depends on how badly you want it. Sometimes what you want isn't what you need, or what's best for you. It all depends on the situation, Ranger." (Great advice)
"Ranger," she says, beaming. "Just the man I was looking for."
I cringe exaggeratedly. "What now? You want me to give up an organ? Save a kitten from a tree?"
"Yes, I know you can protect yourself, but I'm still your man, and I just wanted to make sure. Is that the worst thing in the world? Bad shit happens every day, and I don't want any of it touching you."
" . . . So please, do tell me why the fuck you're so angry and why you're acting like Jo stole your boyfriend when I was never yours to steal?"
Damn Anna and her lifelong grudge! What's a little kidnapping among enemies turned friends?
"I don't have time for your commitment issues, Jo. If you want the milk, buy the cow,"
Didn't expect the ending and I wanted something different but it did work and it didn't ruin the ending. As some will love the ending, for me I personally wanted something different but it was still good.
This series started as medicocre for me but it has grown on me more and more. I'm not sure if this is the end of the series or not but if it continues I will definitely be reading on with it. If it is the end then it was a good wrap up and I would be left content.
YES!! A Alpha biker who is not an alphahole. Ranger is not your typical biker and having just switched allegiances to Wind Dragons he is asked a crazy favor. A biker helping a cop track down her missing cousin. Sounds crazy, but it works so well. Johanna is a by the book cop who is hunting down human traffickers who sole her cousin, who is struggling to accept the help of Ranger. Ranger is attracted to the cop and the feeling is mutal. Can a biker and a cop work?
Love the Wind Dragon MC and was excited to see Ranger get his own story. Fernando does her usual twist and turns that keep us guess, plus seeing past couples is always great.
I've read most of the books in the Wind Dragons series. In fact, I think I've only missed one. I enjoyed the early entries in the series a great deal but as time has gone on the Wind Dragons Motorcycle Club has changed pretty drastically. The change in the MC has changed the way the romances are framed and I think at this point, the series has just run its course. There is nothing terribly wrong with this book but there is nothing special that really set this series apart when it started. It's just kind of an easy and forgettable read.
This book is Ranger's story. You might remember Ranger if you read previous entries in the series because Ranger showed up in one of the earlier books. Ranger is a patch over from the Wild Men MC. Both he and Talon (another character from past books) became a part of the Wind Dragons when things with the Wild Men fell to crap. The thing is, Ranger joined Wild Men early on and it was connected to his identity. Joining a new club after years in another one has left him feeling adrift and isolated. Faye, the previous First Lady of the Wind Dragons and club lawyer ask Ranger to help her find a missing girl. For me, this is where everything started drifting left.
From the time Faye ask Ranger to help find the missing girl, shit just stops being believable. The girl who is missing is the cousin of a local cop, Jo. From the time Ranger meets Jo, sparks start flying left and right. When he finds out he is going to be working with Jo to find her cousin that just seems like an added bonus. It turns out Ranger knows Jo's cousin from years back and eventually things get complicated in ways I won't tell you because I don't want to spoil anything. What I will tell you is that, the whole cousin subplot did nothing for me. The way Ranger and Jo handled it was dumb as hell and I gave myself a headache rolling my eyes at the shenanigans.
Jo is a cop so there are issues with her dating an outlaw biker. Jo and Ranger fall way deep in love though and both of them are willing to give up anything to be together. I don't know, it was just whatever. I liked Ranger and Jo together but there was nothing that made me feel particularly connected to them or their relationship. I also did not like the way things eventually worked out with Ranger and the club. I just don't read MC novels for things to go in that direction. If you haven't read any other wind dragons books, I definitely don't think you should make this your first one. There are better books in the series but its probably time to wrap the series up now.

This takes a different spin on the Wild Dragon MC. We still get to visit the other members and get a few laguhs. There is not the usual MC danger. Ranger is a "transfer". He left his old MC and joined the WDMC. He feels out of place and dissatisfied. He is at a crossroads. When Faye asks for help with an outside job, he reluctantly agrees. He has to to save an old friend that has been kidnapped. The friend happens to be Jo's cousin. When he sees Joanna for the first time, his interest is peeked. The sexual tension between the two is off the charts. A relationship between a cop and a biker is not going to be easy. Their relationship is tested when they realize the the cousin has feelings for Ranger. Instead of confessing their relationship, they keep it secret. As always things come to a head. Ranger and Jo must figure out their relationship, her career and his future with the MC. I enjoyed the story because I liked Ranger. He was tough, protective and sweet all roll up into a bada** biker. Jo was a strong heroine. She pretty much had to be as a cop. Great stroy , great epilogue.
I am a huge fan of Chantal Fernando's Wind Dragons MC series. I absolutely love them all. I am hoping that this one is not the end. I'm seriously hoping that she will continue the series at least with the future generations of the younger Wind Dragons. I haven't heard whether or not this is the last book of the series. But as you can see I am so hoping that this isn't the last novel in this ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SERIES!
I really loved and enjoyed this book. I have loved this series so much, it's kept me hooked with every book. Love all the characters and there stories. Can't wait to read more.
Crossroads is another book of WDMC but I was so disappointed with the book. For me it just felt something that makes you say aaaa wauuuu great. But it was average. Average characters with combination of the previous one. Ranger is a biker who doesn’t feel like he is really belongs in this MC he doesn’t feel accepted. Jo is strong character and from whole different world-a cop. And of course cop and biker is a big no. But they road cross when they start to working together on a case and attraction between them explodes. After that they start they hide and seek relationship that ends no good. What I liked in this book was Ranger and his possessives (the positive-biker style: you are mine and mine only) and the way he had acted when they had their first couple fight. And the way he was prepared to fight for their relationship.
I volunteered to review an ARC of this book for Netgelly
I loved it!!
I found it a lot more different that the last stories in the series but loved it none the less.
Ranger is incredibly smart and sexy however I would have like to read a little more on his smarts. His time with Faye is hilarious and I loved her cameos.
Jo is Kick a$s and a COP!! helloo Conflict!!! She really has no prejudice against Rangers back ground which I felt really helped them progress as a couple.
As a couple they scorch the sheets and tug the heart strings.
I would LOVE to read more of the WDMC and hope there will be more form the series in the future.
All up an incredibly wonderfully written story with all the trimmings and wants. I cannot wait to read what Chantal Fernando comes out with next.
"The forbidden love story writes itself."
I was very intrigued by the idea of a biker and a cop. Especially after having met Ranger previously. He's the sexy badass biker that stops women in their tracks with his long hair and good looks. He's never had a problem with female attention, and he's not had to do the pursuing... until now.
Why does she have to be a cop? "I want to be near her yet as far away as possible at the same time. What is it about this woman?"
You can't deny chemistry, but you can try. The sparks flew between Ranger and Jo from the instant they first laid eyes on each other. They ignored it, until they couldn't. With so many obstacles in their path, there doesn't seem to be any hope for them to do anything about their attraction for each other. Well, maybe they'll just be Ranger & Jo for now, and worry about being the 'biker and the cop' later. For now they will concentrate on finding the kidnap victim and the rest will work itself out, right? Who knew they would work so well together? How is it possible that they would make such a good team? In more ways than one...
Crossroads is a thought provoking, suspenseful look at things from another point of view. It was very interesting to see this forbidden love story evolve. I found myself concerned for them, unable to figure out how they could possibly make it work, but desperately wanting them to. No way should such passion be denied, but at what cost? Was the price too high?
What? You thought I was gonna give you the answers? Nope, you know what to do. If you haven't already started reading this amazing series, start there. If you have, then you will need no convincing, you will already have Chantel Fernando on auto-click status. All it takes is a glimpse of the words Wind Dragons MC to bring a smile to my face. I'm a self proclaimed addict who is in need of another fix. The line forms here...
There are a lot of MC books on the market but I'm a Wind Dragons MC junkie so I was dying to get my hands on Ranger's story. This hot badass has been a complete mystery that I was to solve so when I saw that Crossroads was coming out, I counted down the days until its release.
And I wasn't disappointed, in fact I was blown away. Crossroads was everything I ever could have dreamt of - I loved Ranger and Johanna. Their romance exceeded all of my expectations.
Ranger is kind of a loner and now that he's in a new MC, he feels even more unsettled. He doesn't initially want to help Faye when she comes to him but once he hears who is missing, he knows he has to do something to help.
This is how the equally badass Johanna ended up in his life.
Everything about these two should be wrong. He's an outlaw biker. She's a police officer. But sweet Jesus - these two are perfect for one another and I devoured their romance. I was consumed by their connection and was all hot and bothered by their lust. It's an awesome story.
So if you have not meet this group - load up your device and go into hiding because once you get a little taste of their hotness, you will not be able to put the series down. If you have read the other books, Crossroads is an excellent addition to this series. Crossroads is an exciting, intense and passionate romance. Not only did it remind me why I love this group of characters but it also made me want more from them.
Sometimes it’s time to say goodbye to a series
I thought the Wind Dragons previous book, Last Ride, would be the end of the road for me but when Crossroads came up, I just couldn’t help myself and requested a copy. I’ve liked the characters and invested some time into them over the past couple years so I had hopes that I wouldn’t be disappointed again. With hindsight being 20/20 I should have just passed it on by.
Jo, a police officer, and Ranger, a member of the Wind Dragons, had an unlikely connection. Ranger was friends with Jo’s cousin, Elizabeth, from way back, and now she’s disappeared under suspicious circumstances. For some convoluted reason, the Feds called Faye in to help find her and she recruits Ranger to work with Jo.
There is a lot going on in this scenario and not much of it is plausible. The reasoning of bringing in an outlaw biker was thin. Cameras were put in without warrants, suspects were interrogated by Ranger in a police station with threats to family involved, he was in on raids—none of it made a lick of sense to me since any arrest would have never made it to trial with this kind of nonsense.
As for Ranger and Jo, I didn’t connect with either of them. The investigation was interesting mainly because of the blatant inconsistencies with standard protocol. Once things wrapped up with that, I found myself skimming, especially after the ridiculousness of the fight they had. I almost DNF’d at that point but I was so close to the end, I soldiered on.
Once the resolution to their last relationship hurdle was revealed I kind of wished I’d DNF’d it. It didn’t work for me at all, especially considering the huge plot hole it caused that had me rolling my eyes.
For me, this ended up being an extremely disappointing read and once again I’m calling it my Last Ride with the Wind Dragons. I’m determined to stick with my decision this time.

I was pulled right into this story. The story has pain, secrets, suspense, and heartbreak.
If you have not read the below I would recommend reading those books(s) first:
Dragon's Lair (Wind Dragons MC #1)
Arrow's Hell (Wind Dragons MC, #2)
Tracker's End (Wind Dragons MC #3)
Dirty Ride (Wind Dragons MC #3.5)
Rake's Redemption (Wind Dragons MC #4)
Wild Ride (Wind Dragons MC #4.5)
Wolf's Mate (Wind Dragons MC #5)
Last Ride (Wind Dragons MC #5.5)
This is Johanna and Ranger’s story. Ranger is at a crossroads. He can stay in the club or he can leave. He is trying to figure out what he wants to do. But when the club needs him he is going to help. Not only does the club need him but a woman is missing and it’s one he knows. Now he must team up with Johanna a police detective to track down the woman. What happens when the detective makes him feel things he does not want to feel for her? Can he help her and then walk away? What happens when they need help will they get the help of the club and the police? Will they be able to find the woman and make it home or will they lose more than just the woman?
I loved these characters and the side characters. I felt I could connect with the characters and the story was a great read.
I recommend this book and can’t wait for the next story from this author.
CROSSROADS is the sixth full length installment in Chantal Fernando’s contemporary, adult WIND DRAGONS erotic, MC romance series focusing on the men and women of the Wind Dragons Motorcycle Club. This is former member of the Wild Men MC Ranger, and police officer Johanna Chase. CROSSROADS can be read as a stand alone without any difficulty. Any important information from previous story lines is revealed where necessary although I recommend reading the series in order for cohesion and backstory.
Told from dual first person points of view (Ranger and Johanna) CROSSROADS focuses on the search for a missing woman. Ranger has been tasked to work with the local police on the hunt for a missing woman named Elizabeth-a woman Ranger knows only too well from his earlier days in school. Enter police officer Johanna ‘Jo’ Chase-the missing woman’s cousin- and the woman that calls to Ranger’s heart. What ensues is the forbidden romance between a member of the Wind Dragons MC, and a police officer sworn to uphold the law as they search for not one but several missing females believed to have been abducted by another MC.
The attraction between Ranger and Jo is immediate but Jo knows that to get involved with a member of the Wind Dragon MC could spell disaster for her career and Ranger’s reputation. As the investigation and search for Jo’s cousin builds, so too does the attraction and relationship between our leading couple. The $ex scenes are intimate, seductive and erotic without the use of over the top sexually graphic language and text.
There is a large ensemble cast of secondary and supporting characters including many members of the Wind Dragon MC, as well as Johanna’s partner on the force Travis. Faye and Sin return as well as a number of the other ‘old ladies’ in the Club. It is always fun to watch Faye work her magic with the big, burly bikers including our leading hero.
CROSSROADS is a story about finding love and making choices. Ranger is at a crossroads in his personal and private life. The MC lifestyle is no longer working and he will have to make a decision between his current path or towards a happily ever after with the woman he loves. The premise is intriguing and encouraging; the characters are dynamic and spirited; the romance is emotional, heartwarming and passionate. The conflict between Jo and Ranger focused too much on Johanna’s need to sacrifice love for a family member whose childish behavior caused some unpleasant moments between Johanna and Ranger-I wasn’t a fan but hey….every story needs some sort of conflict!
