In the book Top Ten Ways to Be A Great Leader, author and leader Dr. Hans Finzel writes about becoming a great leader. Using the each letter from the word LEADERSHIP, Dr. Finzel gives us great insight on ways to be a better leader. I especially like the Listening and Learning chapter. The listening part challenged me.
I would highly recommend this book to anyone, especially young leaders. I received a copy of this e-book from the publisher via NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

I found this book to be truly interesting and chock full of helpful information, especially for those who are perhaps struggling to find their way into leadership. Many of the points described within I thought were spot-on, especially when you look at it from the other side. The side of the person being led, and what you would like to see in a leader.

Definitely a book that I would recommend for anyone interested in leadership.

This is a strong book with so much practical thoughts and ideas on how we can become better leaders. I have learnt so much that I know I will come back to read this book again
