This is a beginning to a series which drew my interest because I wouldn't need to be guessing what was happening or trying to google previous books just to get a little glimpse. No, this book gives you all the info you need because it is so dang repetitive.

You have a constantly complaining "Alpha" male and a woman with daddy issues. This is somewhat taboo because of the whole foster sibling thing but that doesn't come across the way the author wants it to. It doesn't feel taboo because these two characters didn't even grow up together.

Van is 10 years older than Chloe and they only spent minimal time together yet Chloe has a huge attachment to Van. Sure she was seeking the love she never got from daddy but still...

So daddy issues aside, this book is predictable for me. Predictable enough that I couldn't finish it but I'm sure I know the ending! I'll be skipping pages just to get to the end but let's just say it was a DNF at 45%

I'll still read the other books cause the brothers couldn't possibly be as idiotic as Van and Chloe together.

Ms. Ashenden always leaving you wanting more, and this book is no different. First we me the DeSantis brothers and now we get to meet the rival family, the Tate brothers, all of whom are SEALS. And Chloe.

After Noah Tate has died the boys come together to spread his ashes in NY and then each are given an individual letter. Van's is to protect Chloe because DeSantis is coming after her.

He reluctantly accepts all of what has been asked of him but goes about it his own way.

Chloe is pissed. Everything was left to Van including the ranch she was promised and come hell or highwater she is going to get what belongs to her. But she doesn't count on all the secrets she is going find out though.

Secrets, lies and revelations. This book is full of them!

I received this ARC in exchange for an honest review.

The Dangerous Billionaire by Jackie Ashenden is a great read. Ms Ashenden has delivered a fast paced book that is well-written and loaded with phenomenal characters. Van and Chloe's story has plenty of drama, action, suspense and sizzle to pull readers in from the first page. This story held my attention from cover to cover. I enjoyed reading The Dangerous Billionaire and look forward to reading more from this talented author in the future. The Dangerous Billionaire is book 1 of the Tate Brothers Series but can be read as a standalone. This is a complete book, not a cliff-hanger.

I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book that I received from NetGalley.

Fast paced, suspenseful and steamy romance! I couldn't put it down. Van is the ultimate alpha male and soooo sexy!

**This is just my initial review! I'm going to write a longer, in depth review to publish here, on my blog, Goodreads and Amazon closer to publication. (May 2) I'll update in a few weeks.

Not only is the cover hot, but I totally loved this story!! Usually the whole foster sister thing I would find weird but it wasn't weird at all. I really liked Tate and Chloe and how their relationship formed. I just would've liked to learn more about the other brothers.
Chloe is Tate's foster sister. But she hasn't seen him in eight years. But now since their father Noah passed Tate must share news with her that should've never been his responsibility. And this leaves Chloe being a target for danger and Tate will do everything in his power to keep her safe.
