This is the second book in the Running in Fear series and the first book from this series for me. Even though I have not read the first I was able to pick up very quickly with the characters and the story line. I found this book to be an enjoyable read. So much going on in this story; betrayal, which could have been avoided if they just showed a little respect, losses which I won’t say what was lost, and new characters added to the series. As lucky as Jaycee is to have three men in her bed that just means three times the heart ache and let me let you my heart was breaking for her as well. Will Jaycee and her men work things out? Or will she have to always deal with the mental pain? I hope things are better for the mated group in the next book! When they listen to each other they do make better mates.

***I voluntarily reviewed this ARC for an honest review via NetGalley, this is my honest opinion and has not been influenced by the author, Publishers or NetGalley in anyway.*** Thank you!

This is your typical guilty pleasure read. I read it in one sitting with a mug of tea and my cat curled by my side. The second book was definitely better than the first. More plot for me, and more sensual scenes which were more steamy. Definitely something I look for in a guilty pleasure read!

Abandoned by Trinity Blacio is the second book in the Running in Fear series. This is not a standalone book, must be read in order. This book picks up where the first book left off.
Jaycee is finding herself. Finally coming into her own.
Her loves though have a hard time understanding her. That was frustrating for me to read. I wanted to hit Remi, Mark, and Dane more than once.
At the end though this is a strong book with great characters I want to know more of. I would like to see more from this series. I think there is a lot left to say. If you are a fan I think you will very much enjoy watching Jaycee finally find herself and what she wants out of life.

This series is getting better and better. It makes me wish humans found that "mate" for life as well. Less heartache in the world. I hope this series keeps going strong.

I received an advance reader copy in exchange for a fair review. This is the 2nd book in the series and so far they are getting even better, if that is possible. Jaycee has endured so much hurt and pain in the past and now that she is mated it seems she and her 3 mates hurt each other. The story involves loves, betrayal, hurt, danger and the sex scene are very erotic. It is a well written book (but it had a lot of grammatical errors) and I would highly recommend this book.

The second in the 'Running in Fear' series, "Abandoned" continues with Jaycee and her packmates. Jaycee comes into her own identity more when she leaves Remi, Dane, and Mark to heal her heart. The story had more depth with Jaycee going back to a home and friends she considers family, while we learn more of Jaycee's past. It was hard at times to like her Alpha mates because of the things they did and the humiliation she suffered at their hands. It was a very sad and tearful part of the story, and I am still not sure how I feel about the Alpha guys yet. I am just not sure I could be as forgiving, but the story continues, getting better as the plotline moves along. Although a continuing story, each installment has a resolution to that part of the story, but still just ends. My biggest critique is the cliffhanger without notice. I would like to see authors post if the book ends without resolution, so readers could be more informed when they buy a book. Overall, I enjoyed this part of the story and look forward to seeing a complete HEA for Jaycee and her packmates. I would like to thank NetGalley and the pub. for gifting me "Abandoned". My opinion is my own. This is mine 4 Stars!

I can justify the 3 🌟 rating.... It torn me up with all the crap Jaycee has to deal with from not only her mates but also her father. They lied, snunk around and did things that she didn't know but They C.H.E.A.T.E.D. even through their cocks can't get hard for other women but I only for their mates and bonds partner they still touched and screwed with women in their home when Jaycee was waiting for them all night and waking up in early morning and finding her three mates, Dane watching two women pleasure themselves and watching Remi nailing his bond partner and her other mate Mark. Not to mention earlier at her Montana cabin her mates hand touching other women. I can't stand cheating and the hurt they spew at Jaycee and trucking her into getting pregnant, she ran. All she wants is them to fully know her, her feelings, her likes and dreams and she wants to know all about them in return. Instead they more interested in knocking her up to tame her or runting all the time. Nothing else.

I had a really hard time finishing this one. So scattered and hard to keep up with. And I could never make myself like the main characters.

This is the second book in the running in fear series. Jaycee feels unloved by her mates. They don't trust her but he loves them. She catches them with other women. She runs but they catch her. They promise to court her. There is a lot of hot sex, and bdsm. It was great Trinity Blacio did not disappoint. I can't wait for the next book in the series.

This is Book 2 in the Running in Fear series. It can be read as a stand alone but there are some things that would be more understandable if you read the first book. I have to say there are a couple of parts that I cried and another couple where I could have cheerfully stomped three wolves butts! Jaycee goes through a lot in this book with her three mates. It’s a bad situation but a great book! I will be reading book 1 and then this book again cause it’s just that good! I received a copy of this book from Net Galley in exchange for an honest review.

This is a great read with lots of drama and suspense. I was hooked from beginning to end. Jaycee has found her mates but what happens next? I liked the story as well as the characters, lots of emotion an entertaining read.

I love reading about strong alpha males and this book has 3. The 1 woman tries to make them happy but it is never enough. They do see how much they hurt her when it is almost to much. This book reminds me that it is ok to walk away because if it was mint to me they will find you.

I received a free copy from NetGalley; this is my honest review.
This is the 2nd time I left a 3 stars on a Blacio book. After reading book #1, I was a little worried; it took me up to about the middle of the book to get into it. Jaycee doesn't do anything in half: she grabs food instead of picking it up, she slams the doors instead of closing them, she runs instead of walking. Maybe she does have a reason but by the end of the book I was really tired of her and I could feel for her mates. On the other side, I don't like people breaking their promises or not taking care of either physical or emotional needs, hence the title, like the bond should have done; so I was a bit miffed and mystified at the same time. Here too we are left with a cliffhanger since I didn't feel an HFN either.

Abandoned by trinity blacio.
Wow. The second book in the running in fear series. This one sees Jaycee has found her mates. But she has to face her past. This was a absolutely fantastic read. I loved the story. Jaycee was my favourite character. She was a fiesty one. I loved how she was with her mates too. I had a lot of emotions reading this book. Can't wait for the next one. 5*. Would give more if I could. Thanks riverdale avenue books and netgalley.

Still not liking the men all that much. They are always accusing her of stuff and more often it is how they act. They seem to get their heads out of their butts towards the end but have done serious damage to her heart. Still I will probably read the next one to see if they finally changed their ways.
