This little spitfire from Earth will either conquer the Universe or seduce it to stardust.
The second part in this serial is humorous, sexy and adventurous. Yay!
Right from the start, we have our heroine in the middle of a dangerous mission that takes her from smelly cells to a slave market. Harrowing and exotic, this quest is full of peril and good intentions such as her two lovers who are hell-bent on rescuing their very own human. Yet she cannot be dissuaded from saving the world.
I admit that I skipped altogether the FF encounter because that's not my thing, but the bond between Ruby and Killian is hotter than the Sun. I loved their reunion so much. And the whirlwind of surprises, kinky naughtiness and space opera action was non-stop. Aliens, seedy politics and rescues at the speed of light made this second part really entertaining. Now, this has one of the best cliffhangers ever!
This was a enticing short story that was filled with humor, hot sex,and sexy Aliens.
I found the characters to be fun as Ruby and her friend made me laugh more that once.I liked Ruby's character she had a sense of humor, was stubborn, had passion and fire, she was fixated, and soft hearted when it came to her friends.I just really liked her she made me laugh so many times especially when describing her primping for her new master.
Funniest scene for me had to be the sex scene her new owner wants her to act out with her friend omg I laughed so hard.
So far I am enjoying Ruby's adventure and can't wait to see what happens next.Overall I laughed throughout the whole story at Ruby's antic's and descriptions of her time in captivity.
On more of a personal note .. Although I enjoyed the story and getting to know Ruby and her hunky male aliens I would have enjoyed the story as a whole lot more if the author chose to write this story as a full novel.I personally don't like when a story just ends.I am the type of person who wants to read what happens next right then and there.I do enjoy shorties and I have no problem with them as long as they have a beginning ,middle, and an end.
Do I want to see what happens to Ruby next ? Heck yeah and I would definitely read this author again.

The second part of Nina Croft's space pirate serial, Stolen by the Pirate picks up from where the first one ended. Killian and his crew - Zak and Creb - are following the slaver ship that holds Ruby, intent on rescuing her. With the slave ship heading to Groth - the home planet of both Killian and Zak - the question becomes can they rescue her before they get killed.
Ruby, for her part, is starting to regret leaving Killian so that she can find her boss's daughter. Despite this, she remains determined to find and save Yolanda in order to save Earth. Groth hopefully means an end to her quest.
While Ms. Croft continues to treat this a space romp full of sex, there is some serious tonal shifts that do not match the fun, light-hearted romp Ms. Croft would clearly prefer a reader to enjoy. Ruby and the women on her ship are being sold as sex slaves. One of the scenes involves rape and there is a lot of non-consensual touching and piercing. The serious nature of this is all brushed aside though and I was very uncomfortable with that as a reader.
For all that Ruby is intent on her mission, she thinks nothing of stopping it to have sex with Killian. I wanted to see Ruby being more active in her search for Yolanda.
Overall, this second part did not improve my feelings for this serial. While we now know who kidnapped Yolanda, it seems like things are just heating up for Killian and Ruby as they seek to escape Groth.
A crazy hot adventure story, with some pretty kookie characters and quite a few unbelievably jaw dropping, eye popping encounters. Your mind will be reeling and a number of expletives and "what the hells" will leave your mouth as you read through this series of 3 fast-paced, action-packed novellas.
I received an Advanced Reader's Copy from the Publisher via NetGalley for voluntary review consideration.

For those of us who read the first book in the Ruby Robbins Sexy Space Odyssey series, you'll be happy to know Stolen by the Space Pirate picks up right where we were left hanging. If you haven't read the series, put this book down and start from the beginning. This series cannot be read out of order and to be honest, you'll be lost if you miss the first book.
Ruby's bad idea lands her right back on the slaver ship exactly where she wanted to be. Still no sign of the missing woman she was searching for. No big surprise there. Killian is tracking her through her implant, hoping to get to her before his anonymous employer finds out she's still very much alive. How can things get worse? The slaver ship is headed straight to Groth, a planet neither Kill nor Zak want to go. Ruby and the other women primped and put on the auction block where she and another slave are purchased for the imperial household. Oh boy. And ends up in bed with Zak's sister, Princess Zurian. Oh no. Where Ruby and Sarah hear words they really would rather not hear: "Now what shall we do with the two of you?"
This second entry in the series is just as humorous and exciting as the first. What a pickle Ruby has gotten herself into! At least she has a friend to go through it with. Unfortunately, I don't think she anticipated what Princess Zurian was going to require of them. Hope you like a little girl on girl action because that's what happens. That really isn't my cuppa and was almost a breaking point for me. However, I am a glutton for punishment, that and I really like Killian. As you expect he does rescue her which triggers an avalanche of crazy situations that have them running for their lives. And just because they are on the run doesn't mean they don't take some time to have a moment of sexual healing. Bow-chica-wow-wow!
So we come to the end of the book and to no surprise, there's a cliffhanger. If I was to compare the cliffy from book one and two, hands down this one is my favorite. Why you might ask. Well, let's just say, Ruby's last words pretty much sums it up. Aghhh!

I’m still not sure what to say about this serial, if I didn’t see the name Nina Croft on the cover I would swear someone else had written it. Stolen by the Space Pirate is not anything I would associate with Nina Croft. It does not have her style or develop of plot but it does have sex and varied at that. One more part to go. Part three releases next week, hope it ends on the high road.
This is the second part in the series and I do recommend reading them in order. The story is fast paced and very steamy. I liked the characters and the story, lots of drama and entertaining and hot read.
STOLEN BY THE SPACE PIRATE is the second instalment in Nina Crofts's serialized, adult Ruby Robbins Sexy Space Odyssey erotic, sci-fi serial.
NOTE: STOLEN BY THE SPACE PIRATES contains scenes of F/F sexual situations and forced sexual acts.
Told from dual first person points of view (Ruby and Killian) STOLEN BY THE SPACE PIRATE is the continuing story of Ruby's rescue from space alien sex slavers on the planet Groth. Our heroine believes she is on a mission to rescue her boss's daughter but finds herself an unwilling sex slave to the princess in charge, and the truth about her mission will become abundantly clear when Killian reveals that someone has set up our heroine for a fall.
Once again, the storyline reads like a Saturday afternoon serial with all of the hallmarks of a campy comic book story for adults including the over the top sexual situations.

After reading the first part of this story I was eager to get my hands on Stolen by the Space Pirate and I loved it !!. We pick up basically where we left Killian and Ruby . Killian wants to go rescue Ruby and Ruby is just trying to complete her mission in some horrible conditions . I was so happy when they reunited lol I love these two together If I had to describe the romance in the book I would have it say it was scorching hot ( did you see what I did there? lol) seriously if you thought the first part had some smoking hot sexy times scenes wait until you read this one . We also got some answers to some questions but at the same time there is so much more to explore and after that ending I cannot wait to get my hands on the last part of this serial. If you read the first part of this story and want to know if you should pick up the 2nd part the answer is yes!! it was so good !!.
Talk about throwing the reader off the cliff and leaving them hanging!!!!! I'm glad I enjoy a good episodic book cuz I'm dying for part three.
I thought this was better than the first one, giving me a lot of entertainment where the first one caught me up on what was happening. It was more fun, more detailed and it seemed to just be in the moment, rather than recapping or leading up to something. It's fun pages of alien abduction and sexy times, and if I wasn't blinking at something I was laughing. I did like the more intimate moments between Ruby and Kill, and I liked the twist in the end, but this does end on a cliffhanger that's really beginning to feel like a tv show. Overall entertaining with good writing from an author I like and a pretty interesting ride.
Very short packed full of sex.
Okay so it's not all sex ...there was action too but this seems to focus on everyone Ruby is having sex with.
Entertaining and quick.
Fun when you want a book you just can enjoy without using to much brain power.
Ruby has been primped, primed, plucked, prodded, pinched and pierced all to go on the slave auction block. Purchased by the alien, lesbian, royal leader, Ruby feels this couldn’t be nearly as bad as being the sex slave to a male, but was she correct? As she tries to remain on target for her mission and hopes that her rescue plan is still in place, diminish, Killian manages to keep an eye on her from afar.
Nina Croft’s STOLEN BY THE SPACE PIRATE continues Ruby’s desperate attempt to save mankind, and I for one, think she has what it takes to do it, but we never really find out as she too easily finds sex with Killian important enough to stop everything for. Their interludes in themselves almost got comical and a little silly, but entertaining and yes, clearly Nina Croft has meant this series to be outer space erotic Sexcapades, not an in-depth tale with a great plotline. More the pity.
My biggest problem with book 2 is that erotica is supposed to tease, excite, and entertain when it is done right. No one should EVER be raped, even if it is by a lesbian alien or forced to perform sexual acts that do not bring pleasure to all. I was sickened by the thought that someone would be turned on by such brutality.
It was only the action that followed at the end that barely redeemed this tale in my eyes.
I received an arc edition from Entangled, at their request in exchange for my honest review.

totally enjoyed it. I so love a good Sci-Rom and this was exactly that. Looking forward to the next part.
The first part of this story was kinda out that, but I liked the main characters so I decided to read the next installment.
While I like the Ruby, Killian, and Zak, this tale takes a decidedly dark turn when she is forced to have sex with another slave girl friend and raped by an alien woman. This is where the story steps far off the deep end. Rape is never okay for erotica purposes and should not be a turn on for anyone. For this reason I am giving Part #2 one star.
A continuation of book #1, this still felt more like just an alien erotica book. You don't get much depth in the story. It's not badly written but the sex is a bit much. The actual reason Ruby has become a alien sex slave is actually a good concept and I wish the book was more focused on her heroic actions rather than everyone she is having sex with. ARC provided by NetGalley.
Series is definitely consecutive with the books flowing seamlessly into one another. Quick read, exactly what you'd expect for the story.
Stolen by the Space Pirate is a fun continuation of the Ruby Robbins series. Ruby is in need of rescuing again, and Killian is once again cast as her knight is rather battered armour as he races to her rescue ... but things are not what they seem.
If you are reading this review and haven't read the first part, Rescued by the Space Pirate, then stop! go back and read part one first. Don't read this review before doing that as this review might spoil a few things for you. Yes, this is a serial and it's part two of three. I know I'm being repetitive about the fact that this is a serial in all my reviews for the series, but given my huge dislike for serials (if I don't have all the books at the same time) and how some other people feel about it, I feel a warning is helpful. Right now, I do enjoy that each story is short and can be read quickly. For someone who occasionally has a short attention span when reading, this works for me.
We start this story with Ruby being sold by the sex slavers. Of course, she is in need of rescuing again! I have to admit, Ruby kind of annoyed me in this installment of the story. She's stubborn as hell so you combine that with a savior complex and that adds to needing to be rescued, again! I have to admit, I'm kind of tired of Ruby being a damsel in distress constantly. She's willful, still idealistic and learns a few hard truths as she thinks she is saving the world.
"I had to keep up what little strength I had. The future of mankind rested on my shoulders. Hah. Poor mankind. I couldn’t help but feel a little sorry for them."
I need to remind myself that this is a silly, space adventure with a whole lot of sex thrown in and not get too worked up by it. It's still a fun read and hey! to add a little spice and a shock to my system, there was even some FF action that had me skimming through the book at a certain point.
While this was still a fun read, I have to admit I felt somewhat disgruntled because of the way Ruby behaved. I don't even know why I'm surprised since she behaved entirely in character but Ms Croft just upped the danger stakes and provided a little bit of a plot twist which I kind of suspected along the way.
All that said, I'm definitely going to read the last book because I want to know how Killian is going to get them out of the pickle they are in.

Action packed with a crazy Lesbian blue alien, several piercings, a couple rescues, and then escape into an asteroid field. It was just way too short.
