This is a simple introduction to the practice of mindfulness. I appreciate the simple language and descriptions that Russell uses so as not overwhelm beginners. The Q&A is also a nice feature that is not common among similar texts and quite helpful.

Practice mindfulness they say to someone, who is in pain, having anxiety, or concentration issues. This is an excellent book to learn what mindfulness is and how to practice is as an individual. It's a practical book for anyone, who is in search of balance between body and mind.
