For me it's difficult to rate this book. probably around three ★
It gives a kind of panoramic vision at PTSD: what it is, what can cause it, how it affects the individual... then, we have differents ways of coping, owning it.
There are a lot of examples on the book, even personal ones from the author; as well as coping mechanisms: things we can do with our body, i.e. exercise; things we can do with our minds, i.e. mindfulness, strenghtening our resilience...
If you know a bit about PTSD there are some parts that may seem "basic" to you as the author covers it from 0 to 10, but I think this is also good as people who have no clue about it can easily come to grasps with it. It offers "guidance" as it offers coping mechanisms, personal stories and some important parts are kind of highlighted to get them easily at a glance [note: this parts were playing havoc with my kindle as they weren't at the ending of what I was reading, but rather on the middle, breaking the former text. I guess it's something that happens on the electronic ARCs of this book].
