Robinson begins at the beginning and this is where I think the memoir was the strongest. He talks about his family and his experience growing up in a foster home until the time he could move into a Boys Home where his biological Mother worked. I found these parts the most interesting and emotionally challenging since as Robinson advances chronologically I find that he focuses more on listing big named celebrities and less on emotional and insightful aspects that readers can connect with.
