I rate this book 3 stars, it was good and kept me wanting to read it. But at the same time, it felt extremely long and it felt like it took me forever to read it. I did not read the first book of the series, What Happens in New York. I think if I had the read the first book, I would have understood the characters a bit better, and learned more of how they had become friends and the events leading up to the end of the novel. I recommend if you choose to read to this book, you should start with the first book.

I am always a bit hesitant reading a follow up novel 1 will it be as good and 2 will it taint the characters you loved in the first book?

I can honestly say this is just as good as the first book. You also could read this as a stand alone if you wanted but I would advice reading the first one as you get more of a feeling of their perspective andpersonalities.

It does leave on a small cliffhanger but one most readers can cope with. You not going to get a deep story but I would categorize this as a teenage novel like geek girl so it ticks all the boxes in that type of fiction. So if you looking for a good old fashioned light read then this for you. I have loved both books in the series and have downloaded a prequel to read.

Thanks to the author for allowing me to read this for an unbiased review.

Ahhh! That ending...smdh
I had no idea what I was getting into when I started this book. I had quickly read the blurb and thought this would be something I would enjoy. I had no idea that it was a continuation from What Happens in New York. But the author did an amazing job with her writing and I was able to figure out all the characters and the majority of what happened in book 1 so I wasn't lost while reading.
I absolutely fell in love with this story and all of the characters in it. The ups and downs, friendships, and even the heartbreaks.
This is a very real life story with real characters that aren't fake and have perfect lives.
They each have gone through their own traumas, loves, and losses. They make you have real feelings about the situations that happen during the story.
My favorite character in this story is Hollee. She is a hard worker. Puts everyone before herself. Tries her hardest to make her relationship with Astin work. It gives me great hope that she will have a happy ending in the next book.
I hate the character Trinity. She is simply a bitch. She tries to ruin everyone around her mainly because she is miserable.
I cannot wait for book 3 to come out and hopefully it will be soon. Cause I have to find out what happens with each of the characters.
Thanks NetGalley and Kristina Adams for the arc in exchange for my honest review.

Did not wish to review. It was a little too English for my taste.

I did not read the first book in this series. The blurb for What Happens in London caught my attention and I requested to read the book. I was granted my wish via NetGalley.com and the publisher.

Going into the story may have given me a different perspective. I started this story after the six characters, Liam, Fayth, Astin, Hollie, Tate and Jack, had meet in New York City in the previous book. There are flashback moments for Fayth and Hollie that brought a piece of history to the table that helped me follow the story-line.

Fayth has survived a year from hell and meet a great man that she securely set into the friends zone (in book 1). Liam reappears in book two and their relationship morphs and melds. With the accident of Hollie's boyfriend Astin, the selling of Fayth's family pub, the finalization of her divorce and the anniversary of her mother and sisters death, Fayth is stressed, an understatement of the century. Yet thru it all Liam becomes her rock. Liam has is own crazy life that takes a few twists and turns that I never expected. Protecting Fayth from that craziness is a priority but being with her, even in the friends zone, is what he really needs. She brings him an inner peace that he can't get anywhere else. But will the circus of a Hollywood career be too much and bring harm to their relationship or will it bring them closer?

Hollie and Astin are finding their way. After Hollie quit her job and Astin pushed her to follow her dream of fashion design, nothing seemed impossible. That was until an unfortunate accident on set that drastically changed Astin's outlook on life. Driven by her love for Astin, Hollie is by his side thru it all. Will their relationship last the ramifications of the accident? Will Astin accept her help?

Tate and Jack, wow. That is a whole relationship that needs it own book. I can't wait to explore their relationship. Tate's busy schedule never interfered with her being their for Hollie or Fayth. I really enjoyed seeing this positive side.

And Trinity... I was confused on her presence, along with Lawrence. But they did add a twist. I am sure there is more to come with these two.

I found this book kept my interest, was paced well, with a story-line that was well written, thought provoking and heart grabbing. I was happy and in love with the characters. Then I was mad as heck at events. And when I reached the last page I screamed "Oh No She Didn't" referring to the author. There are still questions to be answered and I can't wait to see how they play out in the next book. Now, I want to read the first one to see if it gives me a few more answers to my questions.
