Received an ARC from NetGalley for an honest review.

This was a fun one. You got a touch of suspense when you find out that Roxy is in hiding (for lack of a better word) and, as with the other Bayfront books, plenty of heat. I liked that we got to see closure of the right that separated Hunter and Nick, though, as with the others, I wanted more of the story. I did hope for a touch more closure at the end, but overall, very enjoyable.

I tried so hard to like this book but from the first 2 chapters i knew it was going to be a difficult read. It did not hold my attention and it seemed like every scene dragged on unnecessarily. I wish there was more dialogue between the characters. Overall, not my cup of tea but I would suggest it for others to read.

This story....Been there and done that - Woman on the run from her abusive ex and falls for two guys. Gotcha. Abusive ex finds her and gives her bunches of money. Gotcha. Happily ever after. Gotcha. That's basically the story.

Roxy was an artist ad Meredith Brennan was her broker. But living in Bayfront, California was putting a huge strain on Roxy’s bank account although she loved it there. But the best thing was Roxy’s ex fiance -Tommy would never come looking for hwe there. Just two months and Roxy was already close to broke. Meredith told Roxy the man wanting to but her painting wanted a series of six not one as he wanted to put them in his office. Roxy told Meredith that she knew that Roxy only did one painting per ;pcation. Then Meredith told FRoxy the man would pay three times above her normal asking price and that would be times six Roxy’s paranoia ran deep where her ex Tommy was concerned. He made his first threat with his fists. He had followed that up by assuring Roxy that if she left him he would find her. He could always find her. Roxy could only hope and pray tommy’s long since given up on that mission. Meredith pointed out Roxy’s artist name is nowhere near similar to her given name and she had changed her appearance so there would be no reason to put two and two together including Tommy. Tommy had terrorized Roxy and turned her life upside down.Roxy never wanted to feel owned or possessed ever again. Roxy was at a silent auction she had donated a wine and cheese canvas painting party for twelve to benefit tonight’s cause- women’s shelters in the inland communities. It also gave Roxy a chance to launch her new business which she hoped would supplinment her sporadic income from painting. Roxy needed to promote her fledgling company and figured her company’s name and logo in the program and displayed on big screen above the stage would go a long way in marketing the painting party. Then the benefactor of the evening’s venue Nicolas/Nick came up to Roxy and talked about the desserts being served. Then Roxy felt a strong attraction to Nick she wasn’t expecting. She hadn’t responded to a man’s flirting since she had left New York. Nick mentions his mother had been abused as a teen by her stepfather and his grandmother did not believe her and kicked his mother out to the streets where she lived for awhile. That had started Nick’s interest in shelters. Nick and Hunter had been like brothers until Nick’s ex lover had murdered by her ex husband and it broke both Nicks and Hunters heart. It broke Nicks heart because of how much he had cared and Hunter because he felt guilty for wanting the happiness Nick had found. Than Hunter just disappeared three years ago but he is back now. Nick is a movie studie mongrel and Hunter was a popular writer and a scr[rt writer. Hunter meets Roxy and like Nick he is attracted to her both men decide to do whatever it takes to get Roxy with them. Even though she is attracted to Nick she is also attracted to Hunter. Roxy ends up sleeping with both men.
This was a pretty good read. This was a quick, easy and hit read. It was fairly predictable also would have liked more build up to Roxy’s triangle. I really don’t care about insta/lust and menages but this wasn’t that bad. I did like how both men were willing to step up and protect Roxy from Tommy. I liked the pace and plot. As I said this was a pretty good read just not a favorite of mine. I would have liked this to be longer.

Bayfront Billionaires series by Calista Fox is a series that focuses on ménage relationships. Obsession is the third book in the series and the first one that I have read. Obsession is also a novella sized story so events do play out pretty quickly. The romance is quite steamy but the ending was quite predictable.

Bayfront, California is the home to quite a few hot billionaire bachelors and Roxy Shea has made this her new home. She moves there not with the intent of finding a rich boyfriend but to escape a rich abusive ex-fiancé. Obviously, Bayfront isn’t a cheap place to live so Roxy is quickly running out of money. She’s hoping to supplement her income with her paintings and by her new business venture. Roxy meets the sexy Nick Faulkner at an auction held at his estate. Sparks fly and Nick can’t forget the sexy blonde.

Hunter Valens also makes an appearance at the auction but it isn’t until the next day that Roxy gets to meet her author idol. Once again sparks fly and Roxy is conflicted about her feelings to these two incredibly sexy men, who just happen to be best friends. Nick and Hunter both vy for her feelings but Roxy has heard about the many ménage relationships in town and decides to try her luck.

Each character has their own dark past that they must overcome in order to value the relationship that is being built. The sex is quite hot and explicit. Although, the guys (spoiler alert?) never hook up, they both just want to make Roxy the happiest and most satisfied woman around.

The ending was predictable although I expected a little more conflict than what happened. I would recommend this if you want a hot, sexy read. The guys were suitably hot and wanted nothing more than Roxy’s happiness while Roxy wanted nothing more than to make these hot men quite happy and restore their fractured friendship. If you want a quick, hot read then check Obsession out.

I voluntarily read an advanced reviewers copy of this book.

This book was pretty good with lots of heat and small amounts of drama. This is a quick read that shows how two hot besties can work together to make a woman feel safe and loved. Overall a pretty good book for a great price.

Obsession is the fourth book in the Bayfront Billionaires series.

Roxy Shea is on the run from an abusive relationship. However, she soon meets movie studio owner, Nick Faulkner, and has an instant attraction to him. When Roxy meets Nick's best friend, Hunter Valens, she finds that she attracted to him as well. Since menage relationships has become common among their friends, Roxy, Nick and Hunter begin a menage relationship.

This was a pretty quick book to read. Some aspects of the book I did like:
- the friendship between Nick & Hunter
- strong heroine

However, Obsession overall left me indifferent to its characters and plot. I couldn't get interested in their ménage, the supposedly handsome billionaires, or Nick's tortured character. But he wasn't tortured for too long, he apparently healed completely within a short period of time. For me it felt too abrupt and didn't give readers enough time to see him take the steps to heal properly, especially "after the years of torment" he faced.

In the end, Obsession is definitely not my type of book.

This short, sexy novella was solid. Obsession is a M/M/F menage romance, which has that insta-love thing going on. That seems to work well for the novella format. I appreciated that Ms. Fox was able to balance the passion with a story, and took the time to create fully dimensional characters. She is respectful of the lifestyle, and the story had a believeability to it. I think it stood alone well, but I would read more novellas in the series.

Short, steamy and passionate story. This is my second book from this author and I can easily say how much I enjoy her stories.
This story is very naughty and I loved it for that.I have not read any of the other books but I didn't have a problem reading this one.So you can easily read it as a standalone.

A quick and dirty menage? Just what my Sunday needed! I truly enjoyed the romance between Roxy, Nick and Hunter. Loved how everything developed between the three of them. Loved the bit of suspense and resolution around Roxy and her artwork. Loved how Nick and Hunter finally got back to the friendship they both missed. It was a wonderful, decadent read.

If you're looking for a fast hot sexy read then this is your book.

The authors set up of Roxy's character and what she is hiding from is handled with finesse. It also creates a desire for the reader to know more about her, to have her life turn out with great success and no worries about the past.

The tension between lifelong friends Nick and Hunter is believable. I can actually recall a situation in my life where a similar situation happened to someone I know. I like the hurt and tension combination with the underlying love and struggling to reconnect between these two friends. Each man on their own could have a story they are that well developed but as a menage it is downright hot, hot, hot.

In all the interaction between the three is very steamy and I like how the author developed the plot. Because I felt like I was left hanging and wanting more detail regarding the return of someone from her past at the end of the story I give it 3.75 STARS.

Roxy Shea has been on the run from her ex-fiancé and doesn’t think she’ll ever want to be close to another man again. Then she runs into Hunter Valens and Nick Faulkner and everything changes for the three of them.

I enjoyed Roxy, Hunter, and Nick’s story. They all had struggled and suffered through so much that I’m glad they got their happy ending.

My overall critique is that this story should have been longer. I feel like this story missed out on a lot of relationship building due to the shortness of this story.

I just couldn't get into this book - I found the descriptions of the characters and their relationship to one another incredibly convoluted...

A quick, sexy , and hot , fast paced novella that is just right for a quick afternoon or evening read.

Roxy Shea, a young artist is on the run from a wealthy abusive ex-fiancé and believes she has finally found herself a safe haven in Bayfront California. Roxy has cut and colored her hair changed her eye color and began putting weight back on; along with changing her name. She has developed friendships that have now lead her to meeting two of Bayfront 's most eligible and sexy bachelors. Two bachelors that are more than willing share her and embrace what seems to be a popular relationship choice of palyamrous threesomes . Nick a movie studio mogul and Hunter a popular writer and script writer are best freinds who share a painful past and are not seeking love but leave it to fate to change that and the same can be said for Roxie she never wants to feel owned or possessed by anyone ever again but the chemistry and the spark she feels with these men lead her in to desiring a threesome much like her freind have.
The quick little novella takes you on a sizzling trip with them as they explore this new relationship!

Roxy Shea is a skittish artist who is doing her best to hide from an ex-lover turned stalker. It is very apparent from the beginning that Roxy is a bundle of nerves who just wants to stay in the background. Her desire to paint and then just hide away is overwhelming from the get go. So when she's been noticed first by Nick and then Hunter, two very public figures, her thin wall of protection comes crashing down.

From a plot perspective, this story needs a bit of work. It's pretty straightforward and the ending is completely anticlimactic. Let's be honest, I didn't read the book for the plot, character development or world building. What caught my attention was the Billionaire theme and the erotic menage. On both fronts, this story delivers. Whilst there is a little back story about Nick and Hunter's break in friendship, it didn't really move me. Even the sad tragic death barely made me lift an eyebrow. I definitely shed no tears. From an emotion pulling standpoint, this tale did nothing as far as heartbreaking sorrow or being moved. From an erotic spicy sexy element, this story does make it hot!

The chemistry between the three characters is smoking hot. This mmf menage burns up the sheets and is so fun to read. Roxy is saved by not one, but two white knights. Albeit a bit of a dinged up white knights as both Nick and Hunter have trauma in the past that brings in extra baggage. Still, Ms. Fox pens some delicious threesome with just the right amount of loving heat. This story is a lovely community set in a fantasy many females dream about. A nice rich elite group of friends, accepting community for the alternative lifestyle and smoking hawt sex... what more is needed? This romance is recommended to menage lovers who enjoy two alpha males protecting a helpless female.

This is a quick and hot, make that HOT and SEXY menage with three damaged characters who come together and it works! Roxy is on the run from an abusive ex and Nick and Hunter are best friends who are more like brothers who share everything. Roxy cannot believe she is intrigued by both Nick and Hunter and even though she has friends who are involved in menage relationships she didn't think they were for her. Yea, right. Nick and Hunter make a believer out of her. This was a quick read and the chemistry was explosive.

Ruthie – ☆☆☆☆
This is the fourth in the series, and we get to catch up with previous relationships, so will mean more if you read them in order. That said, if you just want a super hot interlude, then this would serve the purpose.

Roxy has a secret which she would rather stayed in her past, and as she starts to feel comfortable amongst her new friends in Bayfront, she is hopeful that she can move on at last. She is surrounded by trios and is undoubtedly curious, so when two men show clear interest in her, she chances her luck – and we get to go along for the ride! The men have some pretty complicated issues due to a past love of Nick's, but that seems to be improving. Naturally, things don't always run smoothly, but even I was surprised that Roxy wasn't a little more honest with the guys given their history. I guess we can blame her brain being well and truly fried, lucky lady!

Hot, fun, and ultimately satisfying romance; a good addition to the series. Thank you, Ms. Fox.

Roxy is running. She has been running for a while and is just starting to be more comfortable. She has a successful art business and has changed her name, appearance, and outlook on life. When she meets two beautiful men, she decides to let loose a little.

Hunter and Nick have been friends forever. But a past hurt tore between them and both needed time to heal. When Roxy gives them a chance to be with someone they can both love, they both jump at her – literally! Whew! They were hot together!

When Roxy's past catches her, both Hunter and Nick have to make sure that Roxy can't be hurt. They have just found her and they can't afford to lose her.

This was a sweet story with some really hot scenes!
