Good book. Loved the history with Nick and Hunter. I did think that there should have been more interaction with Tommy. It seemed like he got off really "light" for all the pain he caused.

OBSESSION (Bayfront Billionaires) by Calista Fox is a MMF story Nick, Hunter and Roxy. All three have their back stories Nick a love lost to a murdering ex and Hunter suffered with him. Roxy physical and mental abuse of an ex lover... It is a fast paced story and I enjoyed it.

Roxy Shea is an aspiring artist on the run from an abusive ex. She finds home in Bayfront. A beautiful place that calls to her with the ocean seascapes she features in her canvas prints. Most of the people living in Bayfront are of the affluent variety and the men seem to be very attractive to boot! Two said men in question are Nick and Hunter.  She meets both after them bidding on a paint party she donated for a women's shelter fundraiser. The men were instantly taken with her and she to them.

Bayfront is special in that it caters to an alternative lifestyle of threesomes. They are common place here and after a couple of conversations, Roxy is intrigued with the idea.  She never entertained it previously, but with her closest friends being involved in that lifestyle, her below the radar existence is about to get complicated.

Both Hunter and Nick have had their share of bad times. When they notice Roxy, their attraction is nothing they have felt before. They have never shared a woman previously, but both seem to be open to it with Roxy. She turns out to be a lifeline to sanity they were missing.

Obsession is book four in the Bayfront Billionaires series that features threesomes.  I really liked all three main characters. Roxy is scared and running from an ex. She is a strong girl having got herself away from the toxic situation she was in. Nick had a tragedy hit him that would rival horror flicks.  Hunter, being Nick's best friend, stayed strong for Nick for as long as he could before he felt himself being dragged down by Nick's grief, and had to get away for awhile. They all end up in Bayfront with the same circle of friends. Who wouldn't go after two gorgeous men who want her to be the center of their solar system?? I don't think I would!

I had a couple of things though, that just didn't sit right. They were all very quick to jump into a threesome scenario. I understand one night wasn't enough for any of them, but it felt a little too rushed. Maybe a few more dates and spending time together, to cement it for me, would've helped.  The scene with the ex-I was expecting to be gangbusters, but it was very anti-climatic.  Roxy never discussed what was done to her by him or his associates-we only know she was abused. I wanted to hear her tell the men her story as they both told her theirs. I think an epilogue with her moving in and her wanting to tell them everything, would've shown her trust in them. Especially if they were taking their romance to the next level, secrets can be harmful. The sexy scenes were spicy and I loved them! Give me more!!!

All in all, Calista Fox gave us a ménage story that's great to read this summer at the beach! Quick and spicy! A cool drink needed here, my friends!! I'm also really looking forward to the next book in the series Addiction!

Looking for a fun and sexy short read this summer? Look no further than OBSESSION by Calista Fox. What happens when sexy artist, Roxy Shea, crosses paths with sexy billionaires, Nick Faulkner and Hunter Valens will have readers hungry for more. Part of a series but can be read as a standalone. Once readers get a taste the series, they will be eagerly downloading the rest. Definitely recommend.

Hunter & Nick have been best friends for decades. Hunter helped Nick survive the grief of Nick's first love's murder then, disappeared for 3 years. Nick meets and is instantly attracted to Roxie, an artist offering up a painting workshop for a silent auction to benefit the women's centers that Nick .supports. Nick & Roxie feel the immediate heat then, Hunter appears out of nowhere and Roxie realizes that she feels that same immediate attraction for him as she has for Nick. This from a woman who has been running from her own abuser for years.
This is a story about three people, all hiding painful pasts, who suddenly find themselves thrown together by forces that none of them can deny. It's a story about love of all kinds, pain, friendship and commitment to the power of forgiveness.

Talk about setting the pages on fire! Fox creates an erotic romance of the M/F/M variety that managed a moving plot that perfectly balanced the steam with the heart of the story. This balance makes sure that even with the novelette length the reader is captivated and engaged with every detail.

Get the fire extinguisher handy, you're going to need it with OBSESSION.

Roxy is on the run from an abusive ex that lands her at Bayfront where she meets the Nck and a Hunter. Billionaire best friends who take an immediate liking to Roxy. They have a bit of a scarred past as well.

This is a very short but sexy ménage story. I think this is the best one out of the series so far. It flowed better than the previous in the series. The sex scenes were very steamy and we get to see the couples from previous books.

ARC provided by NetGalley.

3.5 Stars in my Sky!

Obsession is short, dramatic and sexy. Whilst I have to admit I don't usually read M/F/M I enjoyed this naughty little romance and Roxy's drama.

After moving to Bayfront for a new start, Roxy finds herself caught up with two of the towns sexiest, richest and most handsome men - seriously, what are the chances? She's not entirely sure what to make of the usual situation and decides to have some well deserved fun.

For their part Nick and Hunter aren't exactly opposed to the idea and discover they quite like the unorthodox relationship and spending time with Roxy.

The story is very naughty so is definitely not for younger readers. I'd class it as more as a novella than full length story, but this works well with all the sexy scenes and helps keep the scenarios fresh and not repetitive.

Be like Roxy and enjoy some guilt free fun...

Roxy Shea is hiding from her past and prefers to stay under the radar, when she meets not one but two sexy men she shares intense chemistry with.
Nick and Hunter have been best friends forever, but something has put a strain on their friendship and with both of them wanting Roxy, doesn't help matters.
But living in a community that has embraced ménage a trios, is that what's destined for them as well. And what will happen when Roxy's past come knocking ?
Obsession is a fast paced, quick, sizzling hot read. Despite being a novella, it doesn't feel incomplete and covers all the aspects of a full length novel.
Would love to read more in the series.

Calista Fox is continuing her Bayfront series with the next novella Obsession and I promise you its as steamy as the first books in this series.

Roxy Shea knows the reputation that Bayfront has for menage relationships - two of her friends are in that type of relationship themselves. It's something that Roxy never really thought of and would actually prefer to keep her life low key since she is running from a monster. But when 2 eligible bachelors who happen to best friends bid on one of her painting Roxy knows her life is about to get very complicated since she wants both men and they want her.
Hunter Valens and Nick Faulkner have been best friends since they were children, but when tragedy struck Nick - Hunter was the true friend but needed to leave to regain himself. Now after a 3-year absence from Bayfront, he is home and wants to stay but will his and Nick's attraction to Roxy ruin them or make them even stronger. Can Nick come to terms with his past to have a relationship with Roxy and Hunter?

Ms Fox has an uncanny way of drawing her readers into her stories and makes us feel for her characters and she certainly does so with Obsession. I really like Nick, Hunter and Roxy - their dynamic was electric and the sex was beyond hot. I also liked the history that is coming to play within Bayfront the relationships between the characters from all the books is starting to interweave and its fantastic. Told from multiple POV's we get to see all three of our characters in different ways which I always appreciate. I did think it was very short and with some of the subject matter, Ms. Fox introduces I would have liked more time with these characters to build up the suspense and tension and ultimately a great happy ending.

That being said I would still recommend this as a great summer read - it definitely fits that bill.

As always a thanks first to St. Martins Press for providing us with a copy of these books that we could bring you this review.

I have to say that I am loving a new series with menage's as you all know I have been reading another series that has this type of relationship. Another town but that takes place during modern times is awesome. Love the strong female characters and the loving protective male counterparts. I look forward to seeing more from this author and these books.

I have to give these books 4 polyamorous kisses...

Happy Reading... Adri

A short, easy read that has some sexual tension. What I liked the most about this short-story was the relationship between Nick and Hunter. I wish that was developed more. I also wanted more of the underlying theme of helping those in abusive relationships. The romance was okay.

Roxy Shea has been on the move for some time now. She is in hiding from her abusive ex-fiance. She has settled down in Bayfront, a beautiful quiet place with a spectacular view of the ocean. Roxy is a painter who lives off her art, making it difficult to afford to live in Bayfront. Another bonus of living there are all of the wealthy and attractive men. Two of whom are Nicholas Faulkner a movie mogul and his friend Hunter Valens a novelist. They both have their sights set on Roxy. But who will she choose? Nicholas? Hunter? Or dare she have both?

This book is the 4th in the Bayfront Billionaires series. I have not read any of the other books but I didn't have a problem reading this one. I'm assuming that Roxy was newly introduced and it made this book standalone. I felt like this book was a bit rushed. It went from meeting them one day to suddenly going straight to a ménage à trois. The scene with her ex-fiance was anti-climatic and not really resolved in my opinion. All in all the actual story line was good I just wish that more time was taken to develop it and make it believable. The steamy scenes were very steamy and that's most of the reason that it got 3 stars.

Short brief story about finding love in the most unlikely place and oh so delicious

OK, confession time. I somehow missed the fact that this book was a menage a trois story. I am sure some will love it , but my Catholic, Hispanic upbringing took over and I could not read past the first few pages of the book.
I am giving it a 3 star out of respect to the author and the publisher, but in truth, not because I could handle reading it.
I was gifted this copy. The opinions expressed are solely my own.

Never read this author before.
Obsession was a quick read that I had no problem keeping up with (being the 4th in the series). The story wasn't horrible, it just didn't grab my attention. A girl on the run from an abusive ex, check. Quickly falling for two guys, check. The abusive ex finding her only to apologize and give her millions of dollars, check. Followed by a HEA.....
Not really my cup of tea.

This was a quick read with some dimensions I’ve liked: the friendship between Nick and Hunter, the strong heroine, and the fact that Nick is somehow a tortured character (his fiancée was murdered).
Yet, overall this novella left me sort of indifferent. “Devastatingly handsome” billionaires, wealth, ostentation are really not my thing, but I sort of liked the characters, they were fine people, although I couldn’t get interested in their ménage and their “searing lovemaking” (after a while I began to skip those parts).
I also felt that Nick’s healing was too abrupt and not properly developed – suddenly he was hooked and “found a sweet spot after years of torment”.

I couldn't connect to the characters, especially when the author kept using the men's full name in every other paragraph.
