This was an okay read. I thought that it was not the best book based on leadership that I have read. However, I did think that the author made some valid points. Those are the ones that I will remind myself to continue to follow as I grow as a worship leader. I hope that Steve Greene makes more books and shows more of his passion for the Lord. Overall, an alright read.

Good book. I feel it was centered towards older readers, not young adults such as myself. But even so, I learned a bit and had an enjoyable read.

I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book. Greene gives very practical steps on how to effectively lead with love. I was interested in this book because I am in the ministry, but reading it I felt it was written more towards people who are in business. Even so, I still learned a few things from it. I enjoyed his style of writing. It's very clear and easy to understand. Overall, I would recommend it if you are working in business, but not as much if you're in the ministry. But still a great read.

This is a must read for anyone in any type of leadership position. I can apply this book to several areas of my life.
Unfortunately, the majority of leaders in this world aren’t Christians and won’t even pick up this book. But can you imagine how our world would change of leaders lead with love?
For me I looked at this book through the eyes of a mother, worship leader and teacher. If I put into to practice the things in this book many things will look different in my life.
There are many good quotes in this book, here are a few:
“Consistency cannot be faked. It is revealed.”
“If we aren’t struggling with opportunities, projects, or people, it’s possible we have reached a plateau.”
“Without influence a leader will resort to using fear and intimidation as a means to an end.”
“Once leaders are anointed, he opportunity for them is to remain fresh with their calling.”
I highlighted so much more, but that is a taste. If you have leadership in any area of your I highly recommend this book.

A copy of this book was given to me through Netgalley.com. All opinions are my own.

This was an interesting read, something different than what I usually go for, but it was definitely informative.

While I like Greene's message in Love Leads, this book was a very slow read for me. I had a very hard time relating to the author and couldn't get into it very much, unfortunately.

This is a well thought through book, I guess one of the problems of any teaching book for Christians is that we have so many angles as we are all made as individuals that at times it isn't the book but just different understandings. I like the idea of taking
King to leaders and bringing the same values to business as Church but at Church we serve GOD and can aim to bring to Him glory in business but we'd have a duty of care in work that is different to Church. Yes love all a command of GOD's but we have to pay wages and make a safe place for workers. In Church we have a GOD given vision and that is paramount the members are volunteers not salaried. As a leader in Church I personally believe we have a duty to love and grow our members a safe environment were mistakes can be learned from, they can be in business but if the mistakes cost jobs or advancement we have tougher sessions we can't let people sit back and take time to recover as easily. We have a duty to employ the best and let them function there.
All that said and rant over I do 100% long for bosses with a Godly and love centred hearts to flourish and there is much in this book to help and lots for small group of to learn and discuss. It may help to have either business groups or Church groups use this book as more can be achieved in my view but I'm sure many may disagree.
I received a free copy of this book from Net Galley in return for a honest review.

I really enjoyed this book! It's definitely geared more for a business type of audience (which I am not) but I still found it really useful and was highlighting lines like crazy.
