We know that whole foods diets provide more health benefits than processed foods and high sugar and carbs. We know this not only from how we feel but from actual scientific research. The author tends to get her research from blogs and film. If you are looking to change your diet, she doesn't have suggestions for doing that. The book demonizes those who don't eat the best diets, a classist issue in itself, and offers no new information.
