I have received an advance copy of this book from the publisher however; the opinions provided are that of my own.

Another great read from the author that kept your attention from start to finish for a quick read; not wanting to put the book down and keep reading. The structure of the book that allows for perspective from both main characters throughout keeps the plot developing nicely and allows for deeper understanding of how events are affecting both characters. There are some graphic sexual encounters and language that may turn off some readers of this genre of book however; it definitely adds to the plot making it a great read for those that are not offended by such.

Definitely would recommend this book and the author to any reader that enjoys a quick read, a great plot and a little excitement between the pages.

Sawyer Bennett takes sexy and sweet to a new level in jilted!

Small town girl, Eden, has reached a level of stardom that is crazy! Model, turned famous actress. She has everything going for her including a gorgeous A-list fiancé.

But it all comes crashing down when she finds out he has been cheating with his co-star

She flees to her hometown to lick her wounds, but everyone there seems to be angry at her and her ex is living in her house and seems to be the only one talking to her.

Sparks fly between Eden and Cooper as they re learn each other. Coop still sees the sweet open hearted girl he used to love and Eden was never really over him.

The chemistry is off the charts and the way Coop treats her is so sweet. This is an adorable and sexy 5 star second chance romance!

Jilted is just another fool proof example of why Sawyer Bennett is an instant buy/read for me. Her books will drag you into the lives and hearts of her characters in minutes and suddenly you are so entrenched in their story that the outside world ceases to exist. I really loved Eden (great name) and Cooper's story. Their history and chemistry was done so well that I could feel it seeping off the pages. Eden's cold welcome back to her hometown was so well executed I found myself tearing up at her feeling of disconnect and rejection when she really had nothing else emotionally going for her. The relationship between Eden and Coop was brought back up to a boil in such a nice and easy pace that it felt so natural and kept you waiting on the edge of your seat for them to fall back in love with one another. I loved the interactions with Ashley and loved seeing her get what was coming to her. The only thing that made me hold back one star on this one was that the end was a bit rushed. I never like it when the main characters ultimately have something come between them and just as quickly it is resolved. I like to see the characters go through the pain of not having one another or fighting to get each other back a bit longer. Overall, another enjoyable and passionate story by Ms. Bennett!

I absolutely loved this book! Jilted is one of those books that sucked me in from the very first word and I did not want to put it down. This is book two in Sawyer Bennett's Love Hurts series, however it is a standalone and does not have any ties to the first book in the series.

Eden Goodnight and Coop Mayfield were high school sweethearts who were as in love as two teenagers could be. Eden's parents had died several years before and when it was time to make a decision about where to go to college, Eden followed Coop to school much to the dismay of her guardian, her grandmother. When Eden was presented with the opportunity of a lifetime - a modeling job that would pay her enough to cover at least a year of school expenses - she knew she couldn't turn it down. While Eden and Coop made every attempt to make their relationship work, the distance was just too much.

As Eden's star rose and she became an actress as well, her relationship with her grandmother continued to deteriorate and she never went home to Newberry, Georgia. For 14 years she lived and worked in her own world in Los Angeles. When a very public incident happens, Eden wants nothing more than to flee the bright lights of LA and knowing that the paparazzi will look in certain locations for her, she knows that her hometown isn't one of them.

What ensues when Eden arrives back at the home she inherited when her grandmother died is nothing short of what makes a great film. There are many misunderstandings, a jealous woman who can't stand the sight of Eden, and the man that she has always loved even though they couldn't be together.

As Coop and Eden begin to get to know one another again, the chemistry is palpable and while they both want to believe they have moved on from what they had years ago, the question quickly arises as to whether that is really true. Will these two people that have matured and grown apart be able to make things work when they aren't all that different than they were when they ended it before?

There was so much that I loved about this book. The characters, the story, the pace and the dual point of view are just a few things. For anyone that likes Sawyer Bennett, second chance love stories and chemistry that just leaps off the page, this is a book for you! I highly recommend it!!

If you like second chance romance storylines, Jilted is the book for you. Eden Goodnight and Cooper Mayfield were young and happily in love but life had a different plan for them. Separated by distance, both chasing their dreams they split up and move on with their lives. Fast forward 14 years and Eden goes back to Georgia, to lick her wounds after a humiliating breakup. Cooper and Eden cross paths again and their initial antagonism towards each other soon evaporates as they heat up the sheets with their mutual attraction and sexual chemistry. Cooper is my new book boyfriend, he is a sexy, dirty boy with a filthy mouth (got to love him) and Eden is down to earth and sweet despite her years in Hollywood. Sawyer knocks it out of the park again; this book is a fun, sexy read, I couldn’t put it down.

Jilted is the second book in the Love Hurts series, but can be read as a stand-alone.

We meet Eden and Coop who haven’t seen each other in 14 years when they were sweethearts. Eden is a famous actress who has been spurned and cheated on by her fiancée. In order to escape the scandal she decides to retreat to her hometown of Georgia.

Coop doesn’t do relationships anymore and the anger between the two is palpable, especially when Eden learns that the home left to her by her grandmother was also left to Coop.

Eden and Coop rekindle their relationship, but they know there is an expiration date.

I loved the characters and this second chance story. I’m a big fan of Sawyer Bennett’s books and this one did not disappoint.

I received an advanced copy from Net Galley for an honest review.

I really enjoy reading Sawyer Bennett's books. They are easy to read, romantic and very steamy.
I absolutely loved the story in this book and the main characters are both great. Cooper is the perfect romantic hero - gorgeous and fun. Whilst the ending is predictable, the plot has lots of storylines to it.
A perfect quick read.
Thanks to NetGalley and the publisher for this ARC. Looking forward to her next book already.

**Received ARC for a fair and honest review** I LOVED Jilted, definite 5 star review for me. I couldn't put this book down, really sucked me in from the beginning and kept me in until the very end. This is book 2 in the Love Hurts series. It is a stand alone, no ties to the first book in the series. I loved the characters in this story, loved their chemistry, if you like hot and steamy you will not be disappointed.

Eden Goodnight and Coop Mayfield were highschool sweethearts, she went against her grandmother that was her guardian after her parents died and went to college with Coop. When they were out a modeling scout noticed her and contacted her and it changed the course of their lives. Through distance and time their relationship couldn't hold up and they ended things amicably. They both move on with their lives, but when Eden finds out that her fiance cheated on her she ran back home where nobody could find her, but things weren't as she was expecting, nor was Coop expecting Eden to come back and they are both in for a shock and some surprises!

I usually can find something to knit pick so that I can give the positive and negative to a story, but for me I couldn't find anything I didn't like. The story flowed, it grabs you and sucks you in from the beginning, the situations felt realistic instead of extremely far fetched, and at the end of the story where some end and leave you feeling like it ended in the middle of something or just end and give you nothing, that doesn't happen either... I loved this book... Happy Reading!!

An enjoyable, quick read! I'm always a sucker for a second chance love story- Eden and Coop were a perfect match! Loved their history and very real chemistry.

I loved this book and didn't put it down once I had started reading.
When I started reading, I was furious when I read about Eden's cheating fiancé and then, to top it all off, this husband...well. "Spitting mad" might also be a fitting description.

What I really loved about this book though, was the way the characters interacted. Sure, there was a typical misunderstanding resulting in people hating others but once it became clear that it had been a misunderstanding, everything was alright. No maybes about it, just simple acceptance and things were alright.

And I loved that both, the heroine and the hero had moved on. They had been very much in love, still are, obviously but it is a mature love now and it was one even when they were still young and life happened and drew them apart. Somehow this makes you realize even more, how much those two belong together.

Oookay, right, maybe you don't realize that right at the beginnning because there might be a time or two when there are some rather interesting decorations on the lawn and the drive but, well, nobody said that love was perfect, right? Some, let's say minor disagreements and such are totally in order when so much time has passed and things happened and - well.

I really enjoyed this story with its wonderful and complex characters. I already read many books by Sawyer Bennnett and I must admit that I didn't even read the blurb, I just knew that I wanted to read this book - and I wasn't disappointed.
This is another wonderful story by an amazing author that I can definitely recommend.

Eden and Coop....sigh. I loved these two characters so hard. They had their moments where I wanted to shake some sense into each one, but I also laughed, cried, and fell in love right along with them! Absolutely LOVED it!

Huge Sawyer Bennett fan! Jilted did not let me down. I didn't want the book to end. 😭

Loved it! Everything about it was great! Why go against what is natural, why go against true love? These two have a hard time finding out how to make it work but that process is HOT and sexy. Coop is just deliciously sinful and he discovers new things about Eden that he would have never imagine. Things that will make him want to keep her and never let go. I felt so sad at some moments for Eden and how she was treated. But I also felt happy with how the story progressed. Trust me you will enjoy this read.

Full review to be published online in early July.

JILTED is the kind of lighthearted story that sucks a reader in and won’t let go. A big city actress/model, a small town guy, a past love…and lots of sexy times. This is a pretty quick read, but very entertaining in its brevity. Eden and Coop had a big obstacle in the way of their relationship; leaving the reader wondering whether they could ever work things out between them.

What worked the best about JILTED is that even though they were together when they were eighteen, they didn't pine for each other while apart. It was good how mature they were when thrown back together. It is always refreshing to read those kinds of story line, and this us another winner for Sawyer Bennett and her new “Love Hurts” series.

I enjoyed this book so, so, so much!!!! I adore second chance romances and Sawyer Bennett proved exactly why in Jilted!!

Cooper and Eden where high school sweethearts and completely in love, so much so that decided to go to the same college. Then Eden got the opportunity of a lifetime and was "discovered" by an talent agent and became a super successful supermodel. Ultimately long distance thing wasn't working and Coop and Eden amicably split. Coop finished college and Eden continued modeling and eventually went on to become an Oscar award winning actress. After recently enduring a very messy, very public breakup, Eden is back in her hometown of Newberry, GA to lick her wounds. Being that her parents passed when she was young and her grandmother passed 10 months ago, Eden thought she would quietly find healing in the solitude of her family home....ohhhhh how wrong she is!!!

I truly don't think I've ever read a Sawyer Bennett book that I didn't love (and I've read almost all of them)! I was hooked from page one and there wasn't a moment throughout this entire novel that lagged!! I love Cooper and Eden, but I also adored the supporting characters!! The little town of Newberry, Georgia is so quaint and charming it needs it's own book series. In saying that, I would love to see the supporting characters get their own books in the future (fingers crossed)!! Jilted a 4.5 star book that EVERYONE would enjoyed!! I can't wait to get my hands on whatever Sawyer Bennett has up her sleeve next!!

Yay! Here are a few of my favourite things..........Sawyer Bennett, standalone romance, second chance romance, dual POV. Well, now I have them all rolled into one beautifully written story. We follow Eden Goodnight, famous Hollywood actress, whose life takes a drastic turnaround during a red carpet premiere. Taking herself out of the spotlight she returns to her hometown and finds herself sharing her home with her first love, Coop Mayfield. Coop hasn't really thought about his first love, Eden Goodnight, since she left him 14 years earlier, he has built a successful business and is happy having casual hookups, he is not looking for anything long term, ever! Is that going to change now that Eden's back in town? A light easy read with some laugh out loud moments alongside some extreme super sexy time, a full five star read for me. I received an advanced copy of this book from the publisher via NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

As always, Ms. Bennett wrote another outstanding book!!!! I absolutely loved the chemistry between Eden and Coop, their back story, and of course their reunion. My only wish is that this becomes part of a series so we can hear more about them!!

This story is a second chance love story. The characters are well developed and the story is a quick read. The plot twist isn't all that shocking and the story is quite predictable, but still a good read.
