Ok, seriously. Who writes a review before even finishing a book? Well me apparently. As I have been here reading this book “The Integrity Advantage” I am moved to write something right now!

The feeling I am having is as though Kelly is sitting here walking me right the way through an amazing process. The examples she uses, and the way she conveys her point is so right on the money it isn’t even funny. Sometimes I feel like working thru some of my hold back characteristics, is kind of like a walk thru mud. I see the issue, but don’t exactly know how to get “clean” with it (no pun intended). I am getting clarity in some long held, not so beneficial, beliefs.

At the moment I will only give a rating to the book and I hope it is possible for me to write down my reviews on Amazon. Barnes and Noble and Goodreads. I am very grateful to you because your publications are great, especially in the topics that interest me most. Thanks and blessings.

A must read for anyone interested in self help and understanding, developing and practicing integrity. This is a helpful guide for anyone also dealing with those without integrity.,

The Integrity Advantage by Kelly Kosow takes us on a guided tour of ourselves and our integrity. We are shown how to stop second guessing ourselves and live from a place of true integrity and authentic living. I loved this book. It really makes you think about your life and where in it you lose your integrity, whether it's giving in when you want to say no or not following through on something you say you'll do. This book is wonderful and helps you realize that you have value. I recommend this book to everyone.

This is a good book that gets down to the nitty gritty of self help. It explores the areas we want to gloss over and encourages us to let the skeletons out of our cupboards. It is a brave book, and I wonder how many other women who are still in marriages that are not fulfilling them will find the courage to make changes. It reaches deep and encourages you to think about so many things. I found the practical exercises at little difficult in this format as they were so generic (I can imagine it would be so much better in a supported workshop). Overall an empowering and thought provoking book - thank you
