Elliott is the lead guitarist for the metal band Preload. All the members had horrific upbringings and were raised in foster care. They all met at their last group home and have been brothers ever since. Elliott still has nightmares from his past and believes that no one could ever love him. While on a charity visit to a hospital he meets Daniel, who is 14 and recovering from burns.
Kendalee is Daniel’s mother and she is devastated that he was so hurt by his father leaving them for another woman that he burned down their home hoping that the memories would burn as well. She has been staying with a friend as all she has is her cashier job but all she wants is to ease the suffering of her son.
Elliott and Daniel have a connection and she is happy to see her son acting like he did before his father tore their life apart. She is amazed that Elliott is so different than his tattooed image as all he wants to do is help both Daniel and Kendalee. What starts out as friendship becomes much more but Elliott is leery to confide in her about his past as she is already handling so much and she may decide that he is not worth the effort.
Both of these characters are so strong and have endured so much but the deep emotions and chemistry they feel allows them to heal each other. The other members of the band create a family and support system for Kendalee and Daniel unlike anything they have had before. I can’t wait for the next book in the series. I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.
Scarlet has done it again! This is the second book in the Preload series by Scarlett Cole and we finally get more of Pyro! Elliot “Pyro” Dawson is the hot and extremely talented lead guitarist of Preload. He fought hard to keep the dark skeletons of his past in just that…the past. Kendalee is a food store cashier who is homeless and hitting rock bottom hard. She is trying to help her son after a horrific accident…which isn’t really working out for her. Then there is a chance meeting between Pyro and Kendalee and that is where the story takes off!
Pyro and Kendalee are perfection….. they are just what each other need at this moment in time. Scarlett writing amazing characters and these two follow suit. These two are amazing! They are flawed yet so perfect; the story of them was so raw and gritty yet so beautiful and poetic! But that is just what I have come to expect from Scarlet!
Elliot Redeemed was an amazing read! Go to amazon and one click this book today!
I have been reading stories by author Scarlett Cole since her first novel, The Strongest Steele" debuted. I am loving this newest series about a rock band and what's more important, you don't have to have read the previous story in the series to fall in love with these characters. Keep up the fabulous work Scarlett!
Fabulous, I thought I loved Dred, then I thought I loved Jordan, but no, I also love Elliott, so it looks like I'm going to love them all.
As Fred, then Jordan moved out of their shared home, Elliott started to have nightmares again about his childhood, on a visit to the childrens hospital with Preload, he stopped by Daniel Walker's room, he had been badly burned and Elliott could relate with him and so a friendship was born, and it so happened that Kendalee, (his mum), and Elliott had an attraction from the start, problem is Elliott also has issues and is scared that if Kendalee knows, will run. Follow them through their ups and downs and see if they get their HEA
Can't wait for Nikkan's story next.
Loved this, I received an advanced copy from Netgalley and I voluntarily leave my own opinion
Another amazing, sweet, healing romance from Scarlet Cole. The ways each of the band members of Preload are asked to face the demons of their past feel organic and not at all contrived. Their women are each also facing difficulties in their lives and are able to work them out with the help of the guys. The relationships, both the guys' longstanding friendship and each of the romantic relationships are the best part of her writing.
This is more than the story of two people meeting and falling in love. This is the story of three individuals who are each broken in their own ways, each floundering to keep the fissures in their souls hidden from the world. Elliott Redeemed is filled with so much depth and emotion I felt myself being transported into the very center of these characters lives.
Kendalee and Elliott’s relationship was absolutely beautiful. I smiled, I laughed, I sighed and I swooned. However, Daniel, Kendalee’s son, and Elliott’s relationship can only be described as inspiring. It moved me to tears. Heartbroken tears, grief stricken tears, and then finally the cleansing tears of healing.
I won’t go into detail about the storyline. I felt the blurb did this book justice while allowing these characters’ stories to unfold naturally and I was glad I did not have more going into it. This was a spectacular read and if you don’t mind some angst with your romance, growth in your characters, adult responses to life situations, and a touch of humor to offset it all, this is the perfect book for you.

Another 5-star read from Scarlett Cole, no surprise there! She is just an instant one-click author for me. If you haven't read the Second Circle Tattoos series, you need to get your life right NOW. Every book is amazing and the the Preload (SCT spinoff) books are too.
Elliott is just... wow, perfection. I loved everything about his character. He is so generous, sweet, sexy, talented, and so damn broken. I just wanted to hug him so hard. His chemistry with Kendalee is some off-the-charts instalove at its finest. But seriously, his chemistry with her son, Daniel, is even better. His ability to get though to this troubled boy had me in tears many times.
Elliott Redeemed wasn't really what I expected, but it was so much more. That's the thing about Scarlett's books, they have this unexpected depth. They always bring all the feels. I can't wait for Nikkan and Jenny's book!
*I received this book from NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.
A good one .This book is darker and deals with a subject that personally is hard to read, so maybe I didn't like as much as the first. But it's still a solid 4 stars for me. As usual the author knows how to hold the attention of readers
This is the second book in Scarlett Cole’s Preload series about a band of metal rockers who had a hellish childhood, met in a group home and formed a band and became a tight-knit brotherhood – a ‘family’ that have been there for each other through thick and thin. Each of them have their demons to deal with, and lead guitarist Elliott ‘Pyro’ Dawson’s story brings us a beautiful, unexpected romance that absolutely stole my heart.
A fourteen-year-old boy made me realize I wasn’t whole. His mom made me realize I wanted to be.
First of all, I need to declare mad love for Elliott. His past left him scarred inside and out, and he still deals with dangerous impulses (mostly to do with fire – hence the nickname), but he has overcome so much, and as he watches his bandmates fall in love and start to build families of their own, he starts to long for something for himself, but fears he will never find it. It’s on a charity visit to a hospital to visit sick kids that he meets Daniel, a 14 year old boy who is in hospital with bad burns. Something about the boy reminds Elliott of himself, and he feels an instant connection to the troubled boy. And when he meets Daniel’s mother, she pretty much instantly knocks him off his feet.
Kendalee is Daniel’s mother. Daniel is all she has after her husband left them both for another woman, and when Daniel burned their family house to the ground as an act of vengeance against a painful past, the two of them were left homeless. She has been sleeping at a friend’s house with no money or possessions, working at a convenience store to get by and now her beloved son is injured and suffering. She’s at rock bottom. But when Elliott comes into Daniel’s life, she sees a spark in her troubled son that has been missing for so long. And more than that, the long-haired, tatted-up rocker shows her compassion and understanding, and gives her a shoulder to cry on when she needs it the most.
Oh Elliott, you stole my heart just as you did Kendalee’s. He is so much more than the rough, dirty rocker that he appears to be. He is a beautifully sensitive soul who is kind hearted, generous and sweet, and what he wants most is to be there for Kendalee and Daniel, helping them out and doing all he can to make their situation better. The fact that he wants her in a way that he’s never wanted anybody before is just the icing on the cake.
He had a job to do. To allow himself to fall in love with Kendalee, and to help Daniel. He couldn’t let his own shit get in the way … But would Kendalee stick around long enough for him to transform into the man he wanted to become?
And OMG I love these two together! From the first moment they are together there is a spark of something between them, but neither of them are in a place where they are ready to act on it. A slow friendship develops, which slowly and naturally turns into more - an open, honest and functional relationship that is sweet, passionate, real, emotional and beautifully, beautifully swoony.
“I want this,” he said with every ounce of honesty in his body. “You and me, Kendalee. I know there’s a pile of shit taller than the CN Tower that we have to deal with. But tell me this isn’t some experiment. That you aren’t going to just leave me, that you aren’t going to decide I’m not worth it,” he said, exposing his largest fear to her.
She cupped his cheek and he leaned into it. “I don’t know what the hell is going on in my life right now. But I’ll tell you this, Elliott. You are the only bright spark in it. This isn’t ‘some experiment’.”
… “Good. Because this,” he said, gesturing between the two of them, “is too damn…precious to be fleeting.”
I could feel the connection between Elliott and Kendalee, and loved watching their relationship develop. Elliott is there for her every step of the way and I just adored how understanding and gentle he was with her as he enters into the first relationship of his life. But don’t go thinking he’s a complete sappy pushover. The man is hotter than all hell with strong alpha tendencies. He knows what he wants, and he goes after it, and after all of that build-up, the sexy time is absolutely steaming! Emotional and passionate, down and dirty, Elliott and Kendalee’s connection in the bedroom is sizzling, and a reflection of their growing feelings for each other.
I loved Kendalee. Her situation is extreme and heartbreaking, and you can’t help but admire the way she just deals with it and carries on. I thought her reaction to Elliott and her doubts and fears about something developing between them were really well done. Not only is he ten years older than her, but they come from completely different lives, and there are some hurdles to cross. But I love how openly she accepts him into her life, bravely embracing all that he has to offer and giving herself over to him completely.
But they both have a lot going on in their lives, and with all of Kendalee’s drama, Elliott fears that his demons will be too much for her and Daniel. It’s going to take a lot of courage and understanding for them to get through everything that is potentially standing in their way.
“When things bet hard we pull toward each other, never away. Promise me, Lee. It’s the only rule I want.”
I loved this book. It’s a beautifully written, emotional story that grabbed from the very beginning and didn’t let me go. My heart broke for these characters and the individual battles they are facing, and there are some triggers to be aware of (child physical and sexual abuse), but it sets the scene for a beautiful love story that had me melting into a puddle of goo on the floor.
And as special as their romance is, Daniel is also an important part of their story, and I love how we got to see his relationship with his mom, as well as watching the special bond between him and Elliott. I love how Daniel opens up to his idol, and the way he openly accepts him as a part of his life – opening up to him and leaning on him as a pillar of support - is gorgeous and absolutely heartwarming.
As expected, the rest of the Preload boys are a big part of the story, and I not only loved catching up with the boys and their growing families, I loved seeing them all rally around to support Elliott, Kendalee and Daniel. This is a true family, and I love seeing it grow in each book. And speaking of which, there’s a great setup for Nikan’s book up next, and I cannot wait for it!
I loved this one! 4.5 stars.
4.5 stars
Elliott Redeemed by Scarlett Cole was an emotional and heartfelt read, and I loved it!
I loved the storyline, it was one of those stories that once you start reading you don't want to put down.
Elliott /"Pyro" and Kendalee were likable, relatable and I loved watching their romance develop.
These two were perfect for each other, Kendalee brought peace and calmness into Elliott's world and he brought love, trust, security and respect into her life.
Watching him with Kendalee was sweet, heartwarming and I loved that the age difference never once bothered Elliott, for me this added to my admiration of him and showed how much he loved her.
What I loved most of all was Elliott with Daniel, Kendalee's son. Oh boy did these two pull at my heartstrings, the instant connection they shared and the comfort Daniel found being with Elliott truly broke my heart.
I hated that these two tortured souls found a connection from sharing their demons :'(
Elliott Redeemed was a great read, I smiled, I laughed, I cried, I swooned and then I swooned some more.
This is the second book from the Preload series, each book can be read as a standalone and I highly recommend them.
Can't wait for Nikan's book next in Nikan Recovered due for release October 17th 2017.

I really enjoyed Elliot Redeemed, this is the second book I'm reading from this author this month and I like it.I love the writing and the story was emotional, intense and sexy.
Elliott and Kendalee's journey wasn't easy because they have to deal with many things.I was sad for both of them and I could feel their pain.Their story is touching and you will feel like you are a part of their story.
If you like rock stars then this is definitely a book you should read.Elliot is a swoon worthy hero who will make you ach and melt for him.
Read it now!
Elliott is sexy, talented, kind, funny, and a bit kinky. He loves his music and Preload, his "family." When he visits a local hospital, he connects with a young burn victim and his mother. Kendalee is a strong, loving, and supportive mother. The aftermath of her broken marriage and the fire are overwhelming, but Daniel is her priority. Elliott has a bond with Daniel that is forged through the commonality of abuse and fire. Elliott is determined to help Daniel, even if it opens up old wounds and threatens his control.
The heat between Elliott and "Lee" is brilliant and blistering. Elliott's persistent pursuit of Lee will make you swoon and pant and tingle. I love that Lee is the older woman in this story. It adds a layer of sensuality, conflict, and taboo. This love story gave me all the feels! These beautifully flawed characters will make you laugh, cry, and beam with hope and joy. Scarlett Cole is a master at exposing her characters souls and piercing her readers' hearts. Bravo!
First, let me say that I love this cover! Secondly, I think this is my favorite book in the series. It's my favorite because I absolutely loved the way Elliot pursued Kendalee. Elliot knew he wanted her and he went after her. He recreated her Pinterest boards! I love that! Plus, there is no pushing away and no other women drama. For a rocker book, that's pretty rare.
There is some pretty heavy subject matter dealing with physical and sexual abuse, but I really like how the author handled everything. This whole series deals with some sort of past abuse since all the guys grew up in a group home together. It's part of the appeal of this series. These guys are super close and they have each others backs. We get to see these men overcome horrible pasts and succeed in an industry that is hard to succeed in while finding a woman who helps heal them. Great series! ARC provided by NetGalley.
Elliott Redeemed brought me the secrets Elliott kept, of his past, of how they affected his present, and what he did to deal with his darkness. Until he met Kendalee and Daniel, he was utterly lost.
There was a lot going on in Elliott Redeemed. Preload was back from tour, and more of the band members had moved out from their common house to be with their significant others. Elliott was back to having nightmares about his childhood, and I really wasn’t sure any good was going to happen for him.
Elliott "Pyro" Dawson burns up the lead guitar like a legend. But the nickname Pyro isn't just a clever play on words. It's much darker. A past he's fought like hell to overcome.
Grocery store cashier Kendalee Walker is at her wits end and homeless. She's watched her fourteen-year-old son, Daniel, go so far off the rails, he can no longer see the tracks.
When the two are brought together, attraction flares, but can Elliott find the family he never had with the sexy woman and her son, or will he fall back on dark habits?
Elliott and his Preload bandmate are asked to see a child with cancer at the hospital. They agree but then Elliott is asked to see a teen who is a burn victim. Elliott meets Daniel who sets off all of these triggers for Elliott. He really likes the kid and helps him so much that he can’t keep himself away. It doesn’t hurt that Elliott thinks that Daniel’s mother, Kendalee, is hotter than hot. So what if she’s 10 years older than he is. He sees something in her that calms him and he wants to explore that.
Kendalee has going through hell the past six months. Her husband cheated on her with his secretary, she found out that her husband’s twin brother was molesting her 15-year-old son and then said son burned down their house. Unfortunately he didn’t get away in time and ended up burning 35% of his body. Life is stressful enough without adding in a new man but Elliott is so kind and thoughtful. Kendalee starts to think that there may be something between them more than just dating or sex but she’s not sure if she can stay with him after he tells her of his past.
Book two in Preload series was a good one. We got to see the other bandmembers but this one was really focused on Elliott and Kendalee.
Elliott had been through a nightmare with his step-father when he was young. It changed him dramatically and he developed issues with fire. I loved how both Daniel and Elliott could relate to each other about Daniel’s issue with the fire he set. It ultimately helped Elliott with the issues he thought he’d dealt with but truly hadn’t. His relationship with Daniel was awesome and I was so happy that Cole made this a large part of the story.
Kendalee was one strong woman. She’d had her life pulled out from under her but was truly dealing with it the best she could. Her soon to be ex-husband was an ass but she dealt with him appropriately. I loved how Kenda didn’t just jump into bed with Elliott but put her son first and stood on her own two feet. The whole story made me truly love this character.
Overall this was an intense story but one I’m glad I read. Elliott is a great guy and while he tends to go overboard with taking care of those he loves he does it with a good heart. I can’t wait to read the next book in the Preload series.

I just love Scarlett Cole, I really do. Now, I am not a huge fan of "rocker" books but from the moment I met the Preload boys I fell hard for them. I know nothing about metal bands and the men who make them up. But this mix of foster brothers turned band mates is so appealing and full of depth it is impossible not to fall in love with each of them as their stories unravel.
Elliott is a damaged man, his stepdad growing up made it impossible for him to not turn out somewhat screwed up but since getting his life straight at the foster home he met his boys at he has held it all together. Kendalee is a Christian mother of a boy in the hospital when Elliott visits. Her son has faced the unthinkable and she has stood by his side. Despite the fact that she is ten years older than Elliott neither can deny the instant attraction they have nor the feelings they develop as they spend more time together.
This story was so original. My heart ached for each of the characters and I spent the whole time reading desperate to get to the part where they got their HEA. Each chapter gave us more insight into these complex characters and the writing made the story flow beautifully. It was sweet, super sexy, and sent me in to a tailspin of emotions. I definitely recommend this one!

4.5 BEAUTIFULLY HEALING STARS!
“I’ll always be your home.”
WOW!!! Scarlett Cole did it again! She shattered my heart into a trillion pieces and then ever so gently fused it together again.
I will preface this review by saying I love the Preload boys. LOVE THEM! I fell hard and fast for them when they were first introduced in Dred's story, THE PUREST HOOK, and then my worship for them reached epic proportions in the first Preload story, JORDAN RECLAIMED! There is just something incredibly poignant about these world famous rock stars who forged a bond of brotherhood that harkens back to the days when they first met as deeply troubled boys in a Toronto group home. These boys have been together through thick and thin, and even when on the rare occasion when tempers flare and they come to blows you know deep down they always have one another’s backs. And don’t get me started on how devoted these uber alpha rockers are to Dred’s precious baby daughter, Petal. OMG!! Adore her to PIECES. The author does a phenomenal job of overlapping all the bandmates storylines throughout the series and giving us scintillating updates on all their lives.
Which brings us to Elliott's story. After coming off of a two month European tour, ALL this lead guitarist was looking forward to was some much needed downtime before they continue the next leg of their world tour. So the last thing he wanted was to visit kids at the SickKids Children’s Hospital, which aroused disturbing memories from his childhood. But Elliott had too big of a heart to turn this request down and when he heard that 14-year old burn victim Daniel Walker, his #1 fan, was staying in the hospital he stopped by his room and felt an instant kinship with the angry, sullen, emotionally and physically wounded teenager, who was being treated for life changing injuries.
Daniel reminded him so much of himself when he was young and Elliott could feel Daniel’s pain as if it were his own. Although he knew he should steer clear because Daniel’s story triggered so many of his own negative triggers and compulsions, he couldn't bring himself to stay away. Especially after meeting the boy's mother, Kendalee. There was just something about the strawberry blonde, green eyed beauty that called to every elemental part of him. Her fierce devotion and tireless compassion toward Daniel was extraordinary and he felt an overpowering need to help her and her son. And to kiss her BREATHLESS!
Didn’t matter that she was a decade older and that they were polar opposites, she stuck a match inside of him that could NOT be extinguished. And perhaps helping her kid work through his demons would help Elliott conquer his own. If it did not push him over the edge in the first place. But could these three lost, emotionally adrift souls anchor each other in a storm of rough seas or would they all end up engulfed in a fiery inferno that would leave nothing but ashes in its wake?
Gah!! This book decimated me! When you are clutching your chest and feel your eyes welling with tears on the VERY FIRST PAGE you know you are gonna be in for it. Scarlett Cole just has this way of making you care--so much--for her beautifully damaged characters that you find yourself utterly consumed with them!! This book hits you hard on so many levels, and as always Ms. Cole delves into some very difficult topics with the utmost sensitivity, profound insight and grace. And even though I felt such soul deep sorrow at times, ultimately I was left feeling POWERFULLY UPLIFTED! There is such a life-affirming message of love and hope and healing that shines through and fills your heart with immeasurable joy.
I was immediately drawn into the plight of not only our hot, sexy, broody lead guitarist Elliott, a semi-recovered pyromaniac who has endured a horrendous childhood which had him in and out 7 foster homes before he ended up with his brothers in the group home, but I was also emotionally invested in Kendalee, the women who instantly steals his heart. Our beleaguered single mom is facing the worst crisis of her life—alone. She is currently homeless, going through an ugly divorce, and spending every spare moment when she's not working at her hospitalized son’s bedside.
But then out of nowhere, this handsome, long haired, gorgeously tatted guitarist infiltrates her world. He has been a godsend, just what her poor bedridden son needed to help him cope through horrific physical pain and crippling emotional trauma and find the right path. And even though she knows surrendering to temptation with her son's idol is playing with fire, she can't resist the magnetic pull of this big hearted man who ignites her soul and fulfills her kinkiest desires. The chemistry between this duo is so COMBUSITIBLE you can feel the sizzle!!! But Elliott is a tortured soul who feels a need to create chaos, and there is a wild turbulence inside of him that may incinerate all their lives.
For me, ELLIOTT REDEEMED is all about soul deep connections, old and new. The interaction with young Daniel and Elliott is so powerful and deeply moving I felt literal chills; the brotherly camaraderie between Elliott and his “blood” brothers were very entertaining, and incredibly raw and palpable; and SWOON...the hot and torrid interludes and breathtaking tenderness between Kendalee and Elliott gave me delicious shivers! Against all odds, “Sweet Lee” and her son become Elliott’s home…his everything…and I was thrilled to have been there every beautifully cathartic step of the way.
FINAL THOUGHTS: ELLIOTT REDEEMED is a blazing hot, life affirming romance which will rock you to the core, and now I can’t freaking wait for Nikan and Lennon’s stories!!!
Elliott Redeemed is book two in the Preload series. It can be read as a standalone. I haven't read the first one, Jordan Reclaimed, but after reading this one I'm kind of hooked on these guys and I'm going go back and read that one. Elliott is an amazing character. He has is ups and downs. Elliott is now on my list for my favorite character. He had a tough up bringing and is still dealing with issues. Kendalee is Daniel's mom. Daniel is in the hospital recovering from burns. Kendalee's life is a mess. Her husband has left her, her house has burned down, and Daniel is in the hospital. She's a strong character. I really wanted to jump through the pages and give her a hug. Kendalee and Elliott's paths cross when Elliott visits Daniel is the hospital. Those two have some stuff in common and Daniel opens up to Elliott. Elliott takes a liking to Kendalee. Elliott kind of comes in and helps them out. I loved the relationship building between Elliott and Kendalee. Being with Kendalee brings back issue that Elliott hasn't fully coped with. This one is a great story.
This is the second story in this Preload series and is such an emotional roller coaster ride - simply superb, though it deals with many disturbing issues so should, perhaps, come with a warning for anyone to whom such things may be triggers. Without giving too many spoilers away, this story involves physical, emotional and sexual abuse of children, arson and pyromania.
The members of the group Preload met whilst staying in a foster home and it is there that they became a family. The lady running the home encouraged them to play music and now they're a highly successful group. However, each member has his own particular demon from their past that affects how they behave and relate to others. The first story was Jordan Reclaimed and I loved that so I jumped at reading this sequel!
This time Elliott Dawson is the member of the group who is the focus for this story. He reluctantly visits a hospital for sick children and it is a visit that will change his life. Whilst there he meets fourteen year old Daniel Walker who has suffered extensive burns after setting his home on fire. His mother, Kendalee Walker, is desperately trying to remain positive for her son, despite the fact that they are now homeless and so many traumatic events have happened to her during the last year. Elliott's nickname is 'Pyro' and his trigger is also fire. Daniel is a big fan of Preload and instantly connects with Elliott but the events in Daniel's life also act as a trigger for Elliott. When Kendalee comes in to visit, the attraction between them flares. However, she's a decade older than him, still married, homeless and has to continue to support Daniel. Whilst facing so many problems in her life can she give Elliott a chance? Can Elliott overcome his fears and temptations to find the family he really wants?
This truly is an emotional roller coaster with so many issues, twists and turns, you're never quite sure what will be around the next corner. It is an emotive read, a story of a journey from very dark places, overcoming so many things along the way, on the road to a much happier and loving future. It was great to learn more about other members of the band and to travel with Elliott, Kendalee and Daniel as they explored their relationships and helped each other along the way. This is a very moving story and I can't wait to read more about other members of Preload in future!
I couldn't put it down, absolutely fantastic read. Kristen Ashley is my go to author for tortured heroes but I have to say that Scarlett Cole is right there with her, between Dred, Jordan, and now Elliott, Ms. Cole's books are riveting and she has you rooting for the tortured soul to find his HEA.
Elliott sees a bit of himself in Daniel, a fourteen year old boy that is in the burn unit of the Childrens Hospital. Daniel is a huge fan of Preload and is thrilled when he gets to meet Elliott, Elliott on the other hand is a bit uncomfortable with their interaction because of his own issues with fire(s) but when Elliott meets Kendalee, Daniel's mother, he is not only attracted to her he finds himself wanting to spend time with her and Daniel as well.
The Preload series seems a bit darker than the Second Circle Tattoo Series by Scarlett Cole. We meet Dred, the lead singer of Preload, in The Purest Hook and we learn about his life and the life of his bandmates growing up in a foster home. None of the men of Preload have had an easy life, Elliott's story had me sobbing when we find out what he endured as a child., and that wasn't the only time I found myself crying while reading this story.
This series should be read in order, some may say that it can be read as a standalone but I believe that you will get more out of each of the stories if you read them in order that way you have the full picture of everyone in the band and you wont encounter spoilers because all of the band members and their significant others appear in each of the stories.
