This book was great. the right amount of humour, seriousness and romance. Dylan was just as fun and down to earth for a duke as ever. I didn’t like when his mother actually got to him and he was a doof but his came from the heart and his love for Lydia. He did get his head out of the sand with the help of his snarky and adorable sister. Love when she gives it to him. I also loved how he loves her and respects her. IN the end what he did for Emily was just wonderful.

Lydia did at times seem to be waffling on a few things but she did find her way. When she was in NY we saw her really let us know her feelings on where she felt at home. And Dylan also showed us how he saw Lydia in everything and how she could be both London and NY girl without losing herself. When they are in NY we see them both more relaxed and truly just being Dylan and Lydia. They find each other and themselves again. I love his romantic gesture and the bar scene beautiful.

when getting back to England I love the reaction from mom but also how they were a team and partnership. They respected each other and worked together. Their love only grew stronger. Dylan stepped out of his role and followed his heart when it came to Lydia and you cheer them on throughout the book. when Dylan puts himself in danger for his family’s future it was nerve wracking but we see both him and Lydia shine. And that little Emily hint want more that story..

the book is equal parts sexy, passionate, alluring and wonderfully written. You fall in love and become addicted to not only Lydia and Dylan but everyone around them even eventually his mom.

I love the royal scandal series! every since the first book came out I have beeN hooked on Lydia and Dylan love story, so when I got the chance to read Royal Treatment the last book early I was thrilled and I dived into this book as soon as I could. In this book we follow Lydia and Dylan while they are engaged and all the drama that is a result of that . I feel like Lydia and Dylan are definitely a strong couple than they where in book 1 and are just more in love than ever , I just loved how matter what was thrown there way they didn't make it stop them from being together. The romance was sexy , swoon worthy and enchanting and I loved every minute of it !. Parker Swift definitely knows how to write excellent romance. Beside the romance there was so much more to this story ,there was never a dull moment and my eyes where just glued to the page . I am very sad that series is ending , there are so many scenes in this series that will replay in my head from time to time just because of how much I adored them , However I could not be happier with they way that Lydia and Dylan story concludes, in away it felt like everything came full circle . I cannot wait to see what Parker Swift will write next ,I just know it will be fantastic .If you are looking of sexy , addicting , swoon worthy contemporary romance then you should definitely pick up this book or if you have not read the other two books this series as soon as you can.

Lydia and Dylan have been engaged for 5 months and they have managed to keep it a secret. After his father’s death, Dylan has become the Duke of Abingdon. He has a lot on his plate, with two companies to run and the duties and constraints of his title. His cooperation with members of MI6 puts additional pressure on his shoulders, but is necessary to save his family pile. His father nearly bankrupted their family company and had dubious connections with the Russian mafia.

Lydia is still afraid she will never fit into Dylan’s life. She is neither a socialite nor a kept woman and doesn’t want to be laden with the trappings of wealth and status. Decisions need to be made, feelings need to be expressed. She wants her next career move to be an asset for their future married life, not a liability. Obviously, they can’t keep everything under wraps and live in their happy bubble for very long anymore. Lydia is aware of Dylan’s difficulties, but she trusts they will figure out the life they both want. Dylan is a reformed bad boy, Lydia has changed his outlook on major life decisions. He is bossy and yet so attentive and caring. I loved Dylan and Lydia together, there is no doubt that these two are soulmates. Their story had its ups and downs, but they always find strength in each other.

This final installment in the Royal Scandal series was the icing on the (wedding) cake. I felt that Parker Swift has given the closure that the characters deserved. This book had everything I love in a romance novel, the emotions, the spark, the swoon worthy moments, the sexy times, the tension and, of course, a perfect happily-ever-after. The story was well paced and a real page turner. The great cast of secondary characters adds warmth to the story, I hope Parker Swift will write their story next. I really enjoyed this author’s flair for vibrant characterization and fluid storytelling. If you enjoy a contemporary fairy tale with a twist, I highly recommend this trilogy!

I have said and will say it again: If there is one type of novel that I have been obsessed with lately, it is the ROYALTY novels. I absolutely cannot get enough of the HOT and Alpha heroes and the down to earth women who bring them to their knees. I loved Parker Swift's Royal Affair and Royal Disaster and have absolutely loved Royal Treatment. It was such an outstanding novel that was full of heat, heart and had such an addicting story. And BOY WAS IT HOTT!! I could not put it down!

Dylan Hale was absolutely amazing. Throughout the series he has evolved from a Prince Playboy to a devoted man in love. He was so sexy and will blow you mind! This novel was seriously so fantastic. I can't stop thinking about it and I finished it days ago! Lydia was such a great match to Dylan. She was a great combination of sweet and sassy and strength. Her character has gone through a lot from book one and I was so excited to see how she evolved. All in all this was a fantastic series and I could not get enough. I can't wait for the next one from Ms. Swift.

I would like to thank NetGalley and Forever (Grand Central Publishing) for an advanced copy of this ebook for an honest review. 4.5 Stars! ~Ratula

Royal Treatment (Royal Scandal #3) by Parker Swift
4 stars!!!

“Time to face the music. You’re stronger than they are.”

What a journey we have been on with Lydia and Dylan over the past three books, a relationship born from one seriously hot encounter, to friendship to more and now a melding of the fashion industry and English aristocracy. After the first two books, we always knew that Lydia and Dylan still had mountains to climb with what was surrounding them in their professional lives, however, one thing never wavered…and that was their love for one and other. Parker Swift delivers the perfect ending to this fairy tale, where love is all that matters and social standings and bank accounts certainly don’t.

While the beginning was a little slow for me I did soon fall back into the lives of Lydia and Dylan. Where meddling mothers are a nightmare as well as inherited dodgy business dealings. Scandal is one thing that needs to be contained and Dylan does everything he can to ensure that his Duchess is nowhere near the fallout. Dylan’s protective qualities come out full force in this book and this man has some of the most swoon worthy and heart melting romantic bones in his body. If you were on the fence before this book, you certainly won’t be afterwards.

This was definitely a book about give and take, compromises, sacrifices and a meeting of minds. The perpetual struggle between professional careers, royal duties and what both Lydia and Dylan truly wanted to do. It is this battle that makes them stronger as a couple and one formidable team that even meddling mothers had no chance to jeopardise.

“And as someone who loves you, loves you with everything, you can’t imagine how painful it is to look at you, all of you, and see you holding up an epic stop sign that says ‘no trespassing’”

Both Lydia and Dylan come full circle. Dylan from his non-commitment days to being the most committed of them all and then Lydia’s morph from a nobody to a somebody while not losing sight of who she is. Both Lydia and Dylan take their new life in their stride and only get stronger as they learn to meld together their own individual responsibilities and those that are thrust upon them.

The romance and the emotion was perfect in this book while still totally encapsulating Dylan’s dominant side. The sex scenes were seriously off the charts as in the past book but as this book progresses there is a lot more emotion and tenderness apparent. This was the perfect blend for them and only hammered home just how true their love was, something that this hopeless romantic craves in her reads.

I have absolutely adored this series and cannot wait for more from this author.

Royal Treatment is a romantic comedy and billionaire romance. It's the conclusion of the Royal Scandal series. The entire series is a fun, enjoyable read. It reminds me a bit of the movie The Prince and Me, which I love!

As in previous books, I found Lydia likable and relatable. Dylan was more likable in this book than he was in book two, but I still found myself getting a little frustrated with him at times. I came to really appreciate Lydia's best friend Daphne. What a great friend! We all need a Daphne!

This was my third book by Parker Swift, and it's also the third and final book in the Royal Scandal series. It's important that you read the series in order. I do think with some content editing, the series could have been one really good novel, but overall I enjoyed this series anyway. I look forward to seeing what Parker Swift writes next.

Royal Treatment is the final book in the Royal Scandal series. When I received this ARC, I decided to go back and reread the first two books before starting this one. This allowed all three stories to flow together and really added to my enjoyment of the books. By the end of Royal Treatment, I was sad to see Lydia and Dylan go!
The end of Royal Disaster left Lydia and Dylan secretly engaged. They had overcome a lot of the issues addressed in the previous book but there was still the matter of the blackmailer as well as the pressures from Lydia’s growing career and Dylan’s royal duties. These plot points made for plenty of tantalizing drama throughout the book. Lydia’s career actually takes her back to New York, which, coupled with other issues, puts a bit of a strain on their relationship. However, when they are reunited, sweet and steaminess collides!
This was probably my favorite book of the series. I especially liked that parts of this book were told from Dylan’s point of view. This allowed for more insight into his character and definitely added to my reading experience. I loved watching these characters grow over the course of the series and their happily ever after was so satisfying. It’s safe to say that Parker Swift is a new hit author for me! I was lucky enough to meet her at this year’s Romantic Times Convention in Atlanta and she was lovely! I can’t wait for what she writes next! In the meantime, go and read the Royal Scandal series!

Royal Treatment is book #3 in the Royal Scandal trilogy. I enjoyed the first book, Royal Affair, while I thought the second book, Royal Disaster, was just ok. However, Royal Treatment was a great way to end the series and I enjoyed it!

Dylan and Lydia are engaged, however, it is still a secret. While he wants to make it official and announce it to the world, she wants to keep it a secret for awhile longer. When Lydia decides to go ahead and take the leap to make it official, now Dylan wants to hold off a little longer.

Communication still seems to be an issue between the two. Throw in being a Duke, a woman who is about to be a Duchess, lack of privacy when everyone finds out, work, crazy families and people just always trying to do the opposite of what’s best for Lydia and Dylan, there are bound to be some challenges ahead.

When work throws Lydia a major roadblock, will she and Dylan make it work? What does the future hold for Dylan and Lydia? Will they be able to make their relationship work as Duke and Duchess?

While the two had a tough road, they finally get their happily ever after. The relationship between Dylan and Lydia was spicy and it did stay that way through all three books. The sex scenes were very sexy throughout all three books and it was something that I enjoyed. All in all, the series was good and I feel this was the perfect ending to the story of Dylan and Lydia.

Parker Swift ends the Royal Scandal trilogy perfectly for dominant Dylan and business savvy Lydia! Both Dylan and Lydia's careers are thriving on top of the public demands of Dylan's aristocratic duties. Royal Treatment has the suspense, dominant Dylan with his NKR ;) and of course plenty of tabloid drama to interfere in Dylan & Lydia's happily ever after.

I am blown away that this is Parker Swift's first published book trilogy and that she created a page turning series right from the start! I cannot wait to see what she comes up with next!!! Thank you Parker for sharing Lydia & Dylan with us!

If you love a cheeky, British, royal romance series pick up these books ASAP! It's bittersweet for me to see this series end, but Royal Treatment is the perfect ending!

I think this book was the best out of them all. The chemistry, the love, the emotions just bled off the pages and I'm glad I got the chance to read it!

Lydia and Dylan have led readers on a merry chase. This romance has went from the start of something new, to crazy in love quicker, than anyone can say I do. Let's not forget the dangerously in love phase that went from hopelessly devoted secret lovers to brokenhearted ex lovers. More scandalous than any gossip rag, Ms. Swift knows how to leave readers wanting more. Royal Treatment is the ending I've been craving since I embarked on this Royal Affair. Fittingly entitled Royal Treatment, we finally get to the happily ever after. If the bride's cold feet don't make this a Royal Disaster. Parker Swift served up a bewitching tale of a courageous young woman in need of a fresh start and ended up finding the other half of her heart.

The final installment of Dylan and Lydia’s story starts after 5 months of them becoming engaged and keeping it a secret, now per her request. While it seems the threats have vanished, he’s still working on saving his father’s company and with their schedules, his new duties and her impending work trip to New York their relationship will again be strained to say the least.
As with the previous books, I was not impressed. The story took a turn that didn’t manage to hold my attention and I read to the end more out of sheer stubbornness than actual interest. I wanted to love Dylan, but I felt he was obnoxious at best and even when Lydia managed to find her voice it seemed to be like I was watching an overacted play.
The only things that actually made me feel a little better about the whole series were some of the emotional highlights of the trip to New York and that I thought Emily was a firecracker.

I fell in love with these characters and this world of fashion and royalty and I am just not ready to say goodbye to Lydia and Dylan. What started as a sexy, raunchy fun romp with the British aristocracy in Royal Affair ended as so much more. The dominant sex was still there, but it was slowly gave way to romance and undying love, and my heart simply melted for these two.

Having been engaged for months and keeping the true status of their relationship a secret, Lydia and Dylan each struggled with when the right time would be for them to get married. Lydia had her career and Dylan wasn’t sure he was ready to subject Lydia to the restraints that came with an aristocratic title. Coupled with bad advice and assumptions made on the part of both people, a rift occurred which caused both Lydia and Dylan to experience what their lives would be like without the other one in it. And caused me not a little bit of angst reading because I so love these two together and couldn’t wait until they figured everything out.

And when they did, it was beautiful. For a man who started off the series as a “no relationships” kind of guy, Dylan came full circle and showed himself to the be the perfect man. He was sensitive, loving, caring to those around him and willing to make the grandest plans or the smallest gesture to show Lydia how in love with her he was. Sigh.

All three of the Royal Scandal books were amazing and I can see re-reading them over and over again. It had all the elements for a terrific series: erotic sex, romance, smart characters and enough tears and smiles to make anyone watching me read start to question my sanity. I would love to see books for Dylan’s sister, their best friends and Lydia’s coworkers. They are fantastic characters and deserve stories of their own, and I’m not ready to leave Dylan and Lydia’s England just yet. But mainly because it would give me something else of Parker Swift’s to read. Her storytelling is amazing and I’m not nearly ready to be done!

5 Royally Amazing Stars!

Royal Treatment picks up 5 months from Disaster Royal Treatment and OMG! Dylan is busy trying to clean up his father's mess while Lydia is trying to adjust to dating a Duke. It has been 5 months since Dylan and Lydia got engaged and Lydia prefers to keep this under-wraps where as Dylan is ready to scream this news from the roof tops. Lydia's biggest fears isn't all the royal duties its how the public and media will portray, which, hell I can't blame her. What normal woman wouldn't be freaked out having every move you make broadcasted to the world?

Can I just say that I am so sad this series is over. I fell in love with Dylan and Lydia from the very first word in Royal Affair. These 2 characters have amazing, hot chemistry that never let up until the very last word of this book. I promise you won't be disappointed, this is the perfect summer vacation read.

ROYAL TREATMENT was like a snow ball rolling down the hill. It started out small but by the end I was completely caught up in the avalanche of emotions, laughing, crying and doing the happy dance right along side the characters. In the beginning, I was pretty leery. I though that both Dylan and Lydia where going down a really bad path to relationship disaster but in the end I loved it.

BLAZING HOT chemistry! Sexy, sweet and fun! Get yourself a cool glass of tea and get ready to just enjoy!

I'm really hoping Swift plans on continuing the side characters' stories!!!

Royal Treatment, Parker Swift

Review from Jeannie Zelos book reviews

Genre:  Romance,

I loved the first two parts of this trilogy, a story with a domineering - but not in a bullying OTT way - British Duke and an American girl. She's focused on her career, bright, intelligent and it's so refreshing to read a heroine that's not afraid to stand up for herself. Not that she needs to with Dylan, as he's very proud of her work ethic, very supportive of her ambitions.
They've both got demons in their backgrounds though and this book lets the effects of them on them both run free.

I enjoyed the story, but felt after the dramas in the last two novels this was a little low key.
It does a very good wrapping up of past events, finishing off odd little loose ends. I hate when a book finishes and I'm thinking - but hey, what about ....?
I wasn't convinced by the MI6 story-line, I just cant be persuaded that a top intelligence agency would let a civilian get involved to that degree. Then for all that's it brought up through the book when it does happen it kind of is underwhelming...but that's my only minor gripe about this book.

I love seeing things from alternating POV, lets me really get an insight into how the characters are feeling, what they really think.
I loved Dylan's sister, and That was a surprise at the end ;-) Next book maybe?
His mum, I liked her opposition to Lydia, it felt very real, and given how some of these Lineages continue for hundreds of years back that importance parents stress of having the "right" person to marry is genuine, and I'm sure still goes in in many circles. That said I didn't like that way things ended up between her and Lydia, just didn't feel to me as if that would have happened.

This book takes the couple out of England to the US for part of the time and that worked really well, let Dylan see Lydia in her home setting. I loved meeting her dad's old freinds, they felt like Lydia's family.
A huge, massive thank you too, for Parker for releasing these books close enough together that the story remains fresh in the readers mind.
So often there's a year or more between parts and I've simply forgotten exactly what happened. we readers who love books consume huge amounts of them and when trilogies have a similar story-line - and many romance ones do - then its easy to muddle them, forget exactly which one(s) belong to which books. Having to keep checking back to earlier ones t see what happened takes away a lot of the magic.
TBH my favourite way to read trilogies - and series - is to wait until all parts are released and have a total immersion, reading them back to back. That way I get the most from the story, feel the action and emotion as it happens.
Stars: four, a terrific, fresh trilogy with some great characters and plots but that MI6 storyline brings it down a bit for me.

Good, great ending to the story of Dylan and Lydia, so glad everything worked out. Now I'm hoping for a book between Will and Emily.

Royal Treatment jumps right into the narrative with nary a pinch of exposition. This can be an exciting switch, but it does not work here. Thin character development, an unlikeable hero, and an ungracious heroine, does not make for interesting reading. The plot is thin and if there was a conflict I was hard pressed to find it, as I lost interest early in the first act.
What Royal Treatment has going for it are it's romps in the sheets, against walls, etc. But even here the dialogue is stilted and the action forced. It seems like the author strung some sentences together to make the sex scenes possible, and even they are uninteresting. Disappointing misstep.
