I received this book via netgalley in exchange for an honest review.

This is my 3rd Eternity Springs read and as always when categorising it on my goodreads shelf it swiftly makes its way into my favourites as do all the previous books. I always love a visit to Eternity Spring and I adore all the old and new characters added each time. This time out it's Liliana and Bricks (aka Marks ) turn and right from the get go I fell for these two characters. Liliana has ran into some trouble at home and after a tense a disappointing conversation with her parents Liliana decides to join the Tornado Alleycats and flees to Eternity Springs.

After arriving to eternity springs Liliana keeps hearing from all the ladies about a CDD (Camp Director Dreamboat) called Brick she is totally shocked to discover while skinny dipping that it is actually her brother's best friend and her long time secret love Mark Callahan.

There is lots of references to old characters but this is definitely a standalone book you could dip your toes into. If you're anything like me you will totally want to start this series from the beginning and get to see how all these characters are doing it's so great getting to read about all of them again.

The story as always is a heartwarming beautiful read and it always feels like coming home with these novels. If only we all could have our own little slice of Eternity Springs in our hometowns. Another one not to be missed!!!

A Stardance Summer By Emily March
Eterniety Springs #13

Sweet romance set in a small town. Liliana Howe was set up for something that caused her to head off to Colorado for a break. At the resort she sees a man she had a crush on twenty years before. This is a cozy read with a bit of romance, some friendships made, some ups and downs and eventually a HEA ending. A somewhat predictable story but if you have read the other books in the series you will no doubt enjoy this one, too.

Thank you to NetGalley and St. Martin’s Press for the ARC – this is my honest review.

Favorite Quotes:

She’d never expected to be the wronged character in a real-life novel.

She could possibly face the powers that be at the firm. She might even be able to hold her own while presenting her case to the cops. But Tiffany Lambeau? Forget about it. Some parts of high school a girl simply couldn’t leave behind.

They made out like high school kids beneath the bleachers. At least, Lili guessed that this was what making out beneath the bleachers would have been like. She’d never had the experience.

Sounds like what you need to do is retrace your steps until you find your wits. Obviously, you’ve lost them.

Lili wasn’t the wallflower. A smile played upon her lips. Aloud, she observed, “I’m brazen.”

My Review:

This was my first visit to Eternity Springs; I know I am a bit behind in my travels as A Stardance Summer was the thirteenth book of the series. But I truly enjoyed my time at camp or glamp (glamorous camping). The storyline was entertaining, amusing, light, and easy to follow despite the large array of family and friends and a complicated family history, but then again, this is book #13 in the series so there was a lot to catch up on. I adored and relished all the secondary characters of the mature ladies of the Tornado Alleycats, even more than I enjoyed the primary protagonists. Most of these quirky characters were endearing and likable with relatable traits and concerns and were the type of colorful and fun-loving people I would like to know.

A sweet return to Eternity Springs!
I do have to confess to feeling a little lost at times when reading this book. One reason is that I have missed a few books in the series, so there were couples mentioned that I didn't know. The other reason is that this book heavily incorporates the Callahan family (which has their own series) and I haven't read their books yet either.
The missing pieces didn't keep me from getting to know Lili and Brick and enjoying their story. Compared to some other couples in Eternity Spring, the troubles Lili and Brick face before coming together are fairly small, but that doesn't change the fact that they meet with wounded hearts.
One of the things that made these two a fun couple is that they knew each other growing up and reconnect in a place they wouldn't have expected to see each other.
This is well written, very sweet and comes with the expected happily- ever-after on all fronts as Lili does some much needed branching out and Brick finally lets go of things he doesn't need.

Lili Howe was a rising star in corporate finance, on track to be the youngest partner of her consulting firm. But she discovered that a partner’s son had set up a pyramid scheme to swindle retirees out of their savings. To protect their reputation, the firm’s partners revoked her accountant license and fired her. Lili is bitter, she was a workaholic with no social life and for years, she ignored her own wishes and desires to meet her parents’ expectations and gain their approval. She is left with nothing, she can’t practice accounting anymore and her parents are not supportive. This character is at a major crossroads in her life. Torn with life-altering decisions, she attempts to figure out which way to go. She decides to finally have some fun and joins the Tornado Alleycats, a female group of campers, travelling in comfort. They have chosen the Stardance Ranch to spend a relaxing summer and connect with nature. They have bought out the campsite owned by Brick Callahan for the summer.

As it happens, Brick is Lili’s brother’s best friend. She had a crush on him in high school, but her teenage love was unrequited. He was the popular jock who had always been out of her league and she was the nerdy little sister. Brick doesn’t do relationship, but he is attracted to Lili. She is determined to have a life, and maybe a few hookups, much to Brick’s dismay. He intends to win her over, but he has his work cut out for him! Lili tries to make him jealous, and succeeds beyond her expectations! Brick’s inner monologue was laugh-out-loud funny. He is attracted to her, and can’t deny it. Their perfect summer romance was a delightful read. Brick is just the right person to bring Lili back to a world of happiness. My heart went out to her for what she had suffered and the happiness she found with Brick was much deserved.

This book grabs you from the first page, with characters that are believable, relatable and easy to love. It’s a light and delightful read that completely makes you sigh for the feel good vibe of Brick and Lili’s second chance story. This book being part of a series, there is a large cast of secondary characters, presumably from previous installments. Emily March is a new-to-me author, I knew nothing about their backstory. But I’m hooked, I definitely want to go back and catch up on the series. If you are looking for a summer read with a small town feel, I would definitely recommend this book.

I find it funny that it's a mix with Goodreads reviewers about whether this is their first Eternity Springs book or if they are returning readers ... bet you can guess which I am  :)  Some new readers (like me) got a little lost with all of the returning couples and Brick's history with his dad & the Callahan family.  There's a lot of them and it seems like they have quiet the colorful past - all of which probably have their own book that I should be reading.  While it doesn't impact Brick & Lili's story all that much (outside of how Mark Christopher became Brick Callahan, which is given in pieces), there are times when the other couples would reference their past and I would think that it would probably have more impact if I knew what they were talking about.  So ... as a new reader starting here wasn't perfect but it was still an enjoyable story.  And now I'm ready to read about a dozen other books!

Lili has always been the good girl who never quite measured up to her brother.  When there is trouble at work, she takes the opportunity to step away from her life.  While it kinda starts as running away, with time and a lot of caring people she starts to get some much needed clarity.  And an ill-timed romance.  Lili's journey over the summer brings a bit of a woman's fiction vibe to the book and I really enjoyed watching her come into her own.  She's spent too much time falling into line that she needs this chance to discover who she wants to be.

While I don't have ALL of Brick's history, you get enough to know that he had a (bad) woman do him wrong and so he's sworn off commitment.  Typically once bitten twice shy, he isn't looking for anything serious and definitely not with his old friend's little sister.  While it may have been done before, March still makes it enjoyable to watch Brick fall and fall hard and fight it every step of the way :)  With a little (ok, a lot) of help from his family and friends, he finally gets his head on right and it's a great thing to see.

I loved the supporting characters here.  Lili's RV pals, especially Patsy, and local favorite Celeste help provide some much needed direction (or forceful encouragement when its needed) for both Lili and Brick.  Reading the story you know that Celeste is a fixture in the Eternity Springs series and I'm sure she's just as fantastic about giving a good kick when someone deserves it :)

March delivers a fabulous cast of characters who are willing to help a couple address their past so that they don't neglect their future.  With fun, humor, and heart, it's a great addition to anyone's summer tote.

I was delighted to return to Eternity Springs with this latest release from the very talented Emily March. You don't have to read all of the other books in this series to fall in love with this community, but you won't regret it if you read them all.

When Lili uncovers illegal activity at her workplace, she suddenly finds herself framed for a DUI and unceremoniously sacked. Determined to go down fighting she heads to her parent's home to come up with a game plan to get justice but is shocked when she realises that her parents don't believe her. Growing up in the shadow of her successful brother, she has always tried to be the perfect child, and always told the truth, so she is deeply disturbed by what she sees as their betrayal. Wanting to shake up her life a bit and gain some perspective, Lili heads to Eternity Springs as a member of the Tornado Alleycats, and soon finds herself face to face with her childhood crush, her brother's best friend, Mark Callahan also known as Brick. There is no denying that attraction is simmering between them, but they are no longer kids and they both have trust issues. Can Eternity Springs work some magic on the pair when their past comes a calling?

A STARDANCE SUMMER by Emily March is a heartwarming, funny, charming tale about friendship, love, family, and finding yourself, set in a beautiful community that I would love to live in myself. The characters are well-developed and completely engaging, and I was engrossed in this story from the very first page. Emily March has a way with words that really capture your heart as well as your imagination and I highly recommend this book and this series to contemporary romance fans everywhere.

I loved visiting Eternity Springs, catching up with old friends and making new friends. Brick owns the Stardance Ranch, campground, where Lili will spend her summer as the newest member of the Tornado Alleycats. Lili was not expecting to find her highschool crush, Brick to be running the campground. Brick has a broken heart, he does not do relationships. Lili just needs a break from life, what's wrong with a little summer romance, no strings. Soon emotions will get mixed up though.

A great read that will have you laughing out loud, loved "glamping". Plus a few tears were shed. Great characters!! This is part of a series, but can be read ass a stand alone.I highly recommend this book!!

Lili's life is turned upside down when she is accused of embezzling money and her family won't support her fighting the corporate bigwigs who set her up. She decides to leave town and take her elderly neighbor on a summer trip. They go to Eternity Springs where life is guided by faith and love. She finds her childhood crush and falls in love but Brick Callahan has no intention of ever loving a woman again. This is book 13 in the Eternity Springs series and it's always great to return to this wonderful town and visit with previous couples.

Emily March's books are my guilty pleasure. There's unashamed romance and hope in every one, and Stardance Summer ticks all the boxes once more. The Eternity Springs series in particular honors those who have transformed the trauma in their lives into compassion, hope, and renewed commitment to love--not only romantic love, but love for self and community. The romance is between Brick Callahan, who's got a great thing going on with glamping, and Lili Howe, who had a childhood crush on him that's never gone away. Lili went into accounting to please her parents, and her heart has never been in it. When she has a crisis at work and her parents are unsupportive, she impulsively runs away. She buys a trailer, joins her landlady's glamping club, and ends up in Eternity Springs at Brick's campground. Growing and learning ensue, and plenty of romance and frustration, too.
If you like Debbie Macomber, you're sure to like Emily March; this one in particular has a Macomber "Blossom Street" feeling, maybe because it's number 13 in the series. Hope it's good luck, for I'd like there to be more.
I received an early electronic copy from the publisher and Netgalley for review.

A Stardance Summer, written by Emily March, is the thirteenth book in her Eternity Springs series. As with the previous books in this series, this can be read as a standalone.

Lili Howe is at a crossroads in her life, and not by choice. She is her firm's youngest CPA, and that career is suddenly ended due to circumstances that spiral out of her control. She turns to her family for support, only to be let down. Deciding she needs a change in her life, she joins the Tornado Alleycats, a female glamour-camping club that her elderly landlady is a member of. Lili has no idea just how much the trip to the Stardance Ranch will change her life when she finds out her childhood crush runs rhe resort.

Mark "Brick" Callahan owns the Colorado resort called the Stardance Ranch. He's seen a lot in his years, but can't believe his eyes when he finds a group of elderly women skinny-dipping during a late night adventure...an is equally shocked to see his best friend's little sister is among the group. Lili has definitely grown up, and the attraction he feels is immediate. However, things will later become complicated when his ex shows up and he is forced to choose between them.

Anyone that has read the Eternity Spring series knows that this is a place for people to start over, and also a place to find direction and healing in their life. This book follows that path. Emily March always has characters that are written from the heart...characters that are believable and easy to relate to. As with her previous books, she writes with emotion and humor. This was a well-paced read, one I was able to read in one sitting. I love the return visit to Eternity Springs...a place I'm willing to bet we would all like to visit. I would definitely recommend this book as well as the previous books in this series.

I was given an advance copy by St. Martin's Press and NetGalley in exchange for an honest review. My opinions are my own and are in no way influenced by anyone else.

After a miserable encounter with her unsupportive parents, all Lili Howe did was to take a chance, jump onto the lake with the Tornado Alleycats, and soon she found the man she'd been hopelessly in love with since she was a child.

After assuring the honeymooners that they're in a safe ranch, all Brick Callahan needed was peace and quiet, and soon he was looking at a pair of shimmery long legs and a beautiful woman who was once tall and gangly when she was a child.

All they needed was to reconnect and rebuild a friendship that had gone lost, but their excess baggages seemed to hold up their chance of getting together.

This has been a charming read. I loved the characters in the story, most especially Liliana "Lili" Howe and her attitude towards achieving her goal in life - to newfound freedom and new beginnings. I loved that she got herself out of her cocoon and took her chances after getting stuck at being the good daughter who always adhered to rules. I loved how she became a different person when she decided to let go and let loose.

Brick Callahan aka Mark Christopher, aka the boy in the treehouse was a revelation, too. I thought I wouldn't like him for Lili because he was a flirt when they were kids. Well, he soon had me grinning the moment he called Freckled Legs and admonish the skinny-dipping grannies. That scene had me really cracking up. From that moment on, I knew A Stardance Summer was going to be a great read.

And Emily March did not disappoint. I loved how I couldn't forget Brick and Lili even after reading this book. I loved how Miss March made her characters flawed and realistic and sensible. I really liked that this storyline is had me smiling and sighing with love when I got to the last page.

I don’t just want to visit Eternity Springs, I think I want to move there. A Stardance Summer reminded me why that is. Emily March has given us a realistic but heartwarming story while taking us back to this small, wonderfully quirky town. I loved the Tornadoes Alleycats RV group. It was just the group for Lily at this time in her life.

A Stardance Summer has humor in abundance, self- realization, a reacquainted relationship more than a second chance, and a love to die for. The perfect summer read.

This is book #13 in Eternity Springs series.  This is my first book I have read in this series and by Ms March.  I want to go back and read the books earlier in this series along with a few other books Ms March wrote.

Lili Howe is having a tough time with a few things in her life so she runs off with the Tornado Alleycats, who are a fun group of ladies.  She runs into Brick Callahan in Colorado.  He is her brother's best friend and they grow up together.

I love how his family interfering between Brick and Lili.  They were a fun family.  Eternity Springs is a calm and healing place.  I could picture the background and wanted to go there for that calming healing place for myself.

I want to go what happens with Lili's landlady.  I hope there is another book in this series.

Lili Howe took a leap of faith when she decided to join the Tornado Alleycats, her elderly landlady’s all-female glamour-camping club. Lili’s always given everything to her career, putting herself on track to become her CPA firm’s youngest partner. But now that Lili’s carefully planned future is shattered, she’s willing to let summer work its magic on her―at all costs.

There’s never a dull moment at Stardance Ranch, the Colorado resort Brick Callahan built from the ground up. Still, a late night skinny-dipping session involving a bunch of “glamping” grannies. . .with his best friend’s kid sister Lili among them? He couldn’t have made up such story if he tried. The undeniable mutual attraction between Brick and gorgeous, spirited Lili is a reminder that life is full of surprises. But when Brick’s ex-girlfriend suddenly shows up, he’s faced with a desperate choice: Do right by a woman he once loved or take a chance on Lili. . .and do everything he can to win her heart?

So I usually don't read reviews before I write them but I did with this one. I was curious what others were saying. I'm a huge Emily fan and this book is one that you "have" to read the whole series! Some didn't like it because of all the cast and I found that I loved it for that reason. Some said that the hero wasn't Alpha enough...um yeah he was!! I love books like this because they make me happy and by that I mean, I don't have to drift through all the heavy stuff. So yeah, for me this was a good read. I could block out my world for a couple hours and visit with their family!

I received an ARC from the publisher/author in exchange for an honest review. All opinions expressed are my own and do not reflect anyone else's.

one thing is for sure, whenever I start an Emily March Eternity Springs book I know I will not be sleeping until it's finished.

Book 13 of Emily March's Eternity Springs series and it is still going strong. The large cast of characters can be off putting because it is very obvious they have past books and if you are like me it will bug you until you find out the full story, lucky me I have read them already. It really is not necessary to read the entire series or in this case both series since this one has characters from both Eternity Springs and the Callahan Brothers/ Brazos Bend series because their stories aren't pertinent to Brick and Lili's story and if it does come up what is needed to know is explained, but it's a nice tease to get you to read the other books. The only really confusing thing (even for me and I've read the books) was explaining the connection between the two series and the history of the Callahan boys, and it got repetitive.

Liliana Howe needed her parents guidance and when they weren't there for her she was to beat to fight she ran away instead. She joined the Tornado Alleycats, an all women's camping club lead by Lili's landlady and good friend. With her career in tatters and nothing to keep her Oklahoma she sells her car and buys a truck and fifth wheel and drives up to Colorado with the Alleycats for the summer to rediscover herself. Brick Callahan wasn't always Brick Callahan, he lost his mother young and was put in a foster home and was later adopted by the Christophers back then he was known as Mark Christopher. That is who Lili knew as a child, her brother's best friend who she had the worst crush on, but he never noticed her as anything but Derek's little sister. Unfortunately Brick had his head stuck up his butt and was completely enthralled with manipulative and two faced girl who later broke his heart. Brick vowed never to fall in love again.

Brick is amazed that this is the same freckled and skinny girl that he grew up with except now she's all curvy and sexy like a pin-up girl. However she makes him feel he's not going to let those sexy freckles deter him from his own rules. Lili on the other hand is in the mood to break some rules and as she's trying to find a new path in life she wants to live it to the fullest and that includes a summer romance with the guy she fell in love with in high school. Lili challenges Brick in every way and everyone but them can see just how perfect they are for each other. It takes not just magic of Eternity Springs and Celeste but everyone in Brick's family and Lili's own guiding angel Patsy to heal and move on for the both of them but is Brick as dense as his nickname implies and and let's Lili to slip between his fingers.

Overall, once again I was up all night reading this book. A lot of little things happen in the book that leads up to the romance and the building of the relationship and it all makes a great story. It's an emotional read with great humor and quirky characters. Dealing with both their insecurities is harder to let go then they anticipated and Lili and Brick both realize too late what happened, but between Celeste and Patsy they are both confident in Brick and Lili's future together, Lili and Brick just have to get to that point too. It is an easy romance to read compared to some of the other books in the series, I loved that the characters even get that and point it out.

Heartwarming and fun, this was my first Emily March book and it certainly will not be my last!

There was so much to love in this book – a fierce heroine who is determined to find a new path in her life; a hero whose heart has been broken and still carries around some pretty deep scars; the Tornado Alleycats, a female RV group made up of mostly of older women who know how to have fun; the Callahan family, a tight knit, in your face kind of family who makes it their business to be in everyone’s business; and the entire quirky town of Eternity Springs.

Lili and Mark, aka Brick, have history, namely the “best friend’s little sister” kind of history that makes Lili off limits for Mark. Of course, their attraction is off the charts so staying away from Lili is not as easy as it should be for Brick. Lili knows that Brick isn’t long term relationship material, and even though she’s been in love with him since she was 9 years old, she knows that a summer fling is all they can have and she’s willing to take that, even if that means a bit of heartache.

I just loved Lili. She’s fierce, fun, and willing to put herself out there and try new things and discover what she wants from life. Mark was a bit frustrating at times, he was so intent on protecting his heart that he could be a bit callous in his treatment of Lili, and she definitely deserved much better from him at times. There was some awesome meddling taking place to get these two together, both from Patsy, the Tornados leader and Lili’s landlord, as well as Mark’s family – something I always love in these small town books! There were many moments that had me laughing out loud – there may have been some skinny dipping by the grannies and then the story about Lili and Patsy being arrested – and there were also some heartbreaking and emotional events that took place. And everything was woven together seamlessly to help tell Lili and Mark’s story.

Fun and sweet with a bit of whimsy, A Stardance Summer was a wonderful read that had me smiling all the way through. I have fallen in love with Eternity Springs and can’t wait to go back and read all the books in this series – I loved getting to meet some of the other residents in town and know their stories will be just as fun and heartwarming!

I've never read anything from this author, and I was surprised to find out that this book here is part of an already well-advanced series.
Despite this, the reader can understand the story well because it has no cliffhanger.
However, there are appearances of several characters from previous books and, perhaps, this may leave a bitter taste of wanting to know more (great reason to read the previous books).
Lili is an adult woman who is in trouble and needs family support. This support never comes. She decides to spend time at an all-female camping club, but she has the biggest surprise: her old crush, Brick Callahan, is around there.

Mark "Brick" Callahan is a financially settled man who has suffered in the love field, so he has become the kind of guy who gives 3 chances to a woman (three dates man - which is funny and cool).
He and Lili meet again after years (she was not so pretty in her teens and now she's dizzy). The attraction is immediate.
However, his ex-girlfriend reappears to ruin everything and shake his heart.
Which of the two should he stay with?

Interesting plot. It amuses and makes you think.

Another fabulous episode in one of my favorite places on earth….Eternity Springs. And yes, I am aware this only exists in Emily March’s imagination but I am so happy that she takes us there periodically. I often wish Eternity Springs were a real place so we could all go visit and have our own story. I would love to meet Celeste. Emily March takes my two favorite series of hers, The Callahans and Eternity Springs, and although they have overlapped before, this time gave us more. Brick Callahan, of the Texas Callahans, is the son of Mark, but if you have ever read the Callahan series, you know he was adopted as a toddler, and didn't meet Mark, ( his biological father) until he was almost grown. If you haven't read the series, it is explained nicely throughout this book. Brick runs an RV camp site right next to Eternity Springs, has now settled in that area, and then runs into Liliana who he knew as a child with his adopted family. Liliana has decided to ditch her life in Oklahoma due to several unfortunate circumstances, and join her friend, Patsy for a summer of RV camping. Lili and Brick do not have an easy journey, but since Emily Marsh is the queen of romances that have to be hard fought to get to the HEA, I am never surprised. However, I am constantly surprised at how involved I become in each of her relationships, and how emotionally attached I feel. This is a 5 star read for me. I hope she never stops writing about our town Eternity Springs.
