Excellent novel of intrigue, and suspense. Colonel Maggie Black is a heroine every female can aspire to. Thrown together with reporter Jordan Scott, pushy and brazen, they race against the clock to stop mass destruction. Although Jordan's motives don't begin as too honorable, the give and take in this multi faceted novel is great. The Native American folklore and my own proximity to the Hoover dam made this a stay up late and finish treat.
