In her latest book, Royal Pain, author Tracy Wolff, takes her readers on a wild ride including a handsome prince, intrigue, mystery and passionate and steamy sex!
His Royal Hotness, as prince Kian is known, is the hero of this story and a major playboy. He goes yachting around with beautiful women willing to do anything for him... and I do mean anything! Because Kian is second in line to the throne he gets to enjoy all of the perks of being royalty while his older brother has to perform all of the mundane duties of the next in line to become king. But Kian's world is turned upside down when his older brother disappears and he is forced to take over the duties of the heir to the throne. Despite being terrified about the disappearance of his brother Kian must put on a happy face to help keep the subjects of Wildemar at ease.
While appearing at a royal function where mothers are trying to foist their daughters onto the new heir to the throne Kian meets a waitress who fascinates him. While sharing a private moment, Savvy shows no interest in Kian or his title. She speaks to him in a way nobody else dares. She also turns him down flat when he asks her out and refuses to give him her last name or phone number.
Intrigued Kian has a royal staff member track her down.
After finding Savvy things heat up pretty quickly between them despite Savvy having serious reservations. Meanwhile Kian is freaking out about the disappearance of his brother whom he is very close to. The royal security is working frantically to find him but it's already been three months and Kian and the king fear he is dead or worse, he is continually being tortured all of this time.
The king seems cold and uncaring since he has Kian to fill the role of prince in waiting so Kian turns to Savvy for comfort. But Savvy is keeping a secret from Kian. A secret that could bring him to his knees.
Ms. Wolff keeps the action flowing while seemlessly interweaving the storyline between Savvy and Kian. This is a book I couldn't put down and it will go onto my favorites list. I loved the ending to this standalone book although I felt the HEA was to short lived. I would have liked to see it wrapped up with a little more information on where Savvy and Kian end up.
I voluntarily reviewed this book.

Oh do I love a book about Royals. This one was great, it had nice twist to it that really kept my interest. Very well written. I loved the characters. Savy and Kian make the perfect couple. But what a secret she had!

I'm glad it's only book 1, I can't wait to read more about this family. Looking forward to book two. I finished the book and I kept thinking I want to know what happens to Garrett. This will be a great series to follow!
Received an advance reader copy in exchange for a fair review by Net Galley and Love Swept.

Fun, sexy, real and romantic- Royal Pain was a joy to read. Prince Kian is sarcastic and funny, Savvy is straightforward and unimpressed, but when they get together, the pages heat up and ignite throughout their blossoming relationship. The plot around them is interesting and suspenseful, and helps the story flow. Wolff's voice is down to earth and real; she's created characters that I'd love to hang out with. Great one not to be missed.

This book was not one I enjoyed. It had nothing to do with the writing, it had more to do with the plot and the characters than anything else. That said if you don't feel like I do, it is well written and you will probabbly enjoy the story.

The start I was kinda grossed out at the first scene in the book. Essentially our prince Kian is having sex with multiple women. Had I known the book featured that I would have stayed far away. I do like spicier books so it was not the sex but I do not go for multiple partner stories and that was in the first scene.

My other objection to the story is the heroine. Savvy has had sex with the heroes twin brother and had a relationship with him and even was in love with him. It just grossed me out.. Cousin okay but twin brother, that was just icky. I don't care how attracted you are I hate sibling sharing and a warning would have been nice.

Beyond that I felt the story was light on romance and it was more about the twin/brother Garrett's kidnapping and disapearance. I felt it was more of a dramatic story than romance and as I said it was hard to see any romance in lusting after your twin brother's ex. Even if he did not know that. She did and you'd think that would kill the lust on her side.

I loved how this book started out. With edge of mystery the book starts with the two twin brother, both princes, one is going to take the crown. The other is all right with being the spare. At one point in time one brother, Garret, meets a Savvy and falls in love, but he won't give up the crown for her. Kian meets Savvy years later. When he comes back from his partying, because his brother is missing.

I usually everything that Tracy puts out. The only thing I didn't like about this book was ending. I was hoping it end in a cliffhanger, but it just ended. There was no real battle for the Kian to stay with Savvy. Just him saying to her that he doesn't care what his father, the King, says. You would have to read the book to understand what I'm saying.

Interesting mystery within a Prince/Pauper story. It would have been nice to have the time frame stretched out a bit but given the nature of the mystery I see why it wasn't. Still... I'm not a HUGE fan of insta-love. Especially for a man-whore. The bit of twist Savvy throws Kian was nice. But again I wish I had a bit more backstory to that. Maybe with the next book.

Overall a good read from one of my go-to authors. While the main characters were well-developed, I was still left wanting to know more about them and their childhoods. I felt as though the book was minimal conversations and sex and not enough about the development of the relationship. I also wanted the book to have more of a sub-plot surrounding Garrett's situation. Hopefully the next book with fill in the gaps for me.

Royal Pain was an okay read. I expected the story to have more action than it did from the way it started, but some parts of this story was a bit slower that I expected. I absolutely loved the back and forth banter, the playfulness. the chemistry and the steamy scenes between Prince Kian and Savannah "Savvy." However, as much as I loved their interaction, there were parts of the story that were just okay. I wasn't consumed by this story or hooked by it. I liked the characters well enough, but I didn't care much for the king and the way he treated both of his sons. Yes, they had huge responsibilities but he was a bit ruthless to me. Garrett accepting everything the way he did seemed a bit unbelievable but I guess it was good for Kian and Savvy. The ending was sweet and I really liked how Kian didn't let his position control his life and what he wanted. I also would have liked an epilogue. It wasn't a bad read, it was just an okay read for me.

When you're the spare to the heir to the throne, life is one big party. When the heir is kidnapped everything changes! No longer in control of his own destiny, Kian is not in a position to start a relationship with a commoner, but he's hopeful his brother will be found and returned to his rightful place as heir.

Savannah is falling for Kian even though she fears he will be unable to follow through in a relationship. Will his brother be found and what about Savannah's previous ties to Kian's brother?

Mystery and a steamy romance combine to make for a great story!

I really enjoyed this book. I loved the characters Savvy and Kian. This book hooked me from the start and kept me entertained until the end. It had some laugh out loud moments along with its sad times. I can't wait to read the book two.

I'm rounding up from 4.5 stars. That .5 star is being withheld because I felt like the ending was abrupt. Disclaimer: I'm a major fan of epilogues and this ARC didn't have one. I'm hoping she adds one before print. I just felt sorta let down after a great read. Maybe that's not the author's fault as much as mine because I wasn't ready to let go of these two. Great storyline. If you're going to have a fun sorta far-fetched plot, make it interesting and this was both. I adored this book and it captured me to the point I devoured it in one day. Loved it and can't wait for more. I'm assuming there will be more since we didn't get much tied up at the end. Not a cliffy, but an ending with some possibilities.

Prince Kian, the sexy, steamy playboy, known as your Royal Hotness in the Tabloids, suddenly finds himself the possible heir to the throne instead of the spare when his twin brother gets kidnapped. Savvy, the beautiful, sexy waitress/bartender whom rescues Kian from the High Society Crown chasers at just the right moment! Sparks fly, and neither one can get enough of each other. A Royal, hot and steamy love story that will have you turning page after page, rooting for these two hot lovers and a brother that's missing. While the story line has a few problems in the belief department, it's a fast paced, interesting love story that leaves you wanting more. I give it 5 stars!

Tracy Wolff is an all-time favorite author. I love the way she spins a sexy novel together. It's the perfect read for modern women in need of a little escape.

A little slow to start but once Kian and Savvy met the pace picked up considerably. The ending was a little abrupt and a bit of a letdown. But I kept flipping pages and noticed there will be another book. I wonder if the next book with continue Kian and Savvy's story? Or will it be Garrett's? Either way I am looking forward to the next book.

It was a quick and short read. It was a little repetitive. But I enjoyed it.

I was so pleasantly surprised by this book, it was terrific. It sounded good, but I was afraid it would turn into kind of a joke. I was so wrong about that!

His Royal Hotness is definitely hot, as is the book, but there is also plenty of depth in the story to keep things real. Family love, duty to country, loyalty. All very good things. Kian, the prince, is a person who really matures into his potential in this book.

Tracy Wolff is a new author for me, and after reading Royal Pain, I am SO looking forward to the sequel, Royal Treatment. I will also look for other books of hers to enjoy. I give this book 5 hot stars and recommend it.

ARC received for review

4.5 stars (wanted an epilogue)

Kian aka His Royal Hotness is just perfect. He was a playboy until tragedy occurs. Then he mets Savvy. Savvy has a secret which could change everything. Loved this story. There was great drama and romance, some emotional angst for both of them, lots of laughs (loved his body guards) and plenty of hot and sexy times. I can't wait to see what happens in the next book with....

Although this was fun, it should have come with a flashing Watch for Plot Holes sign. Just a few things I noticed: *SPOILERS AHEAD*

1. Kian stumbled over Savannah and Garrett's 6-month relationship from a photo strip in a book. How likely is it that, after a crown prince's disappearance, the country's security wouldn't have dug into his past and found that link, especially since she was there on a work visa? Or that they wouldn't have gone through his apt?

2. As soon as Kian found out about Savannah sleeping with Garrett, he went to confront her at her workplace. It would have made more sense to haul her to the palace (or police dept.) for questioning. She had just become a suspect, or at least someone to eliminate from the list.

3. Kian's a busy guy, wall to wall meetings trying to fill in for his brother, too busy to even have an uninterrupted glass of lemonade with Savvy, buut somehow his security guys - and the palace- leave him alone all night when he and Savannah fall asleep on her sofa.

A fluffy, light beach read. Not that there's anything wrong with that. Just don't think too hard about the details.

ohhhhh! Another great story from Tracy Wolff! I love this story, Is a second chance but with a different prince. Savvy is a ugly ducking becoming a swan in her mind and Kian is the Prince Charming she really needs for her HEA.
I received a ARC from the editors and Netgalley for a honest review.

Savannah Breslin knew better than to get involved, but seing Prince Kian being pawed at by the she sharks determined to get a piece of him, did something to her. Blame Prince Garrett for that. Yeah, the other prince. The one currently missing. So she did the only thing she could do. She threw champagne at him… Prince Kian of Wildemar was out of his depth since his twin had been kidnapped three months ago. Before, as the spare prince, he had all the perks of being a royal without any of the responsibilities. But now that no one knew where his twin was, Kian was the heir to the throne and his once care free life was no more. Along with his royal duties came the crown chasers, but it was Savvy that caught his eye, and the fact that she wanted nothing to do with him was just the icing on the cake. Savvy had fallen for a Prince before and had a broken heart to prove it. But nothing prepared her for the feelings that Kian evoked in her. Staying away wasn’t optional. As long as he wanted her, she would be his, consequences be damned. Kian hadn't been at peace since this nightmare with his twin started, but with Savvy he felt whole. Keeping her was going to be a challenge, but one he was willing to take. Royal Pain is a sexy, funny, sweet and thrilling romance with strong characters, sexy princes, sassy women and really bad guys. I loved Kian and can't wait to read Garrett's story…
