Good chemistry between the characters although at times their dialogue seemed a bit predictable. However, the plot and suspense was very entertaining! Twists and turns that you wouldn't expect which impact all of the characters. Even the ending was somewhat surprising. The plot, suspense and ménage affair makes this worth reading!

Thank you NetGalley and St. Martin's Press for an advance reader copy in exchange for an honest review.

I'll start off by saying that this book was so much better than Book 1 (I didn't read Book 2). It actually had a great plot with intrigue/mystery that kept me eager until the very end. If I had one complaint, it's that the epilogue didn't give any details into how things went for all parties involved after the case was solved. So I was left just wondering and a bit disappointed in that. And where were they living now? That was an issue before the end, so it was still an unknown factor after the epilogue.

Scarlet Drake is an insurance fraud investigator that is out to determine whether or not $18 million in paintings from the Vandenberg estate were stolen or whether fraud was committed. The trail leads her to Michael Vandenberg, a real estate tycoon, who received a hefty sum of money shortly after the insurance claim was paid. Michael has been avoiding her for months, but once he finally agrees to meet with her and gets one look at Scarlet, he knows he's done for. There's just something about the red head that draws him in. They end up in bed pretty quickly after that and the heat level between these two is off the charts.

After that dead end in her investigation, Scarlet heads to Montana to visit Michael's stepbrother, Sam, who also received a lump sum of money not too long after Michael did. Sam is such a sweet guy though who suffered the loss of his fiance and unborn child and hasn't really been able to move on with another woman in those years since their deaths. So he just runs his horse training ranch and keeps away from women (and emotions). Well, then Scarlet arrives and he suddenly has a libido lol. They go at it the same day, go figure, then she heads back home the next day.

Neither brother can stay away from Scarlet, so of course they agree to a menage relationship and once again, things are hot in the bedroom. Things get a bit crazy there with them trying to figure out how to work this all out since they live in 3 different states, but somehow they manage to still find the time to hook up a couple times and fall in love. Yes, it was all a bit fast, but when you know, I guess you know.

And on top of this, there's lots of drama and mystery surrounding those paintings and even some criminal activity, so it definitely keeps you on your toes and guessing.

They get their HEA, I just wish the last chapter and epilogue weren't so rushed so that we could have closure.

I loved the main characters of this book. It is not only a good romance but there is suspense too.

Holy hotness is this was a wicked good read. Calista Cox definitely delivers on the hotness scale but more importantly, she writes a good story with well developed characters. What I hate more than anything is snagging a book that pushes the sex but not the story or that fails to develop characters that I can connect with. This certainly isn't every woman's reality or even her fantasy for that matter. In fact I personally find most menage romances to be very off putting. That's not the case for this author. Her books are smart, sexy as hell and feature characters and stories that are likeable and believable.

The Billionaires: The Stepbrothers is another fabulous book by Calista Fox. This is a fairly short read, perfect for those with limited time for reading. Ms Fox has delivered a well-written book and filled it with amazing characters. Scarlet is an insurance fraud investigator and she has Michael and Sam's family in her crosshairs. Michael, Scarlet and Sam's story is loaded with drama, action, humor and sizzle. Warning, this is a M/F/M menage book, so it may not be for everyone. I think of the 3 books in this series, this one is my favorite. The Billionaires: The Stepbrothers is book 3 of the Lover's Triangle Series but can easily be read as a standalone. This is a complete book, not a cliff-hanger.

I voluntarily read an Advance Reader Copy of this book that I received from NetGalley.

Insurance fraud investigator Scarlet Drake finds herself looking at an old case regarding stolen art collection at a rich estate. She gets more than she bargain when the main suspect is the Michael Vandenberg known as the wolf of Wall Street and e equally sexy step brother Sam Reed a rancer in Montana.

Scarlet does not expect to be attracted to both me and that both men would want her. Will they prove her wrong and be innocent or will it be an inside job? What will happen to the three of them?

Another hot ménage a trois by the author.

Scarlet is a insurance investigator and is looking into paintings worth 18 million dollars that was stolen. Michael owns his own company and it was his stepmother’s painting. Sam is his step brother and owns a ranch in Montana. The guys have been known to share women but haven’t in a long time. Sam’s fiancée and unborn child were killed in a car accident and Sam hasn’t let anyone close to his heart.
But as secrets are revealed and danger is around the corner, Scarlet will not let anything stop her from finding out the truth.
Truly excellent story. Lots of twists and turns. Surprises. Sex. M/F/M. M/F. I never expected the way it turned out.

I don't know. Maybe I'm coming into this series too late, but I just couldn't get into this story. Sure, the hot parts were...hot but the story just seemed a bit disjointed and speedy for my liking. I like my new adult stories with a bit of plot and this one was just felt held together with threads. A bit of a shame really, because I felt it had a lot of potential.

Another fabulous story in the series, but with far more suspense than the previous two books, which for me took away a little from the relationships.
Still, am desperate to discover what is next for this author😎.
