If you want a sugary sweet Christmas read, then you're in for a treat. I know its not Christmas time, but I'm a sucker for Christmas romances, so couldn't resist myself. Its a sweet read. I definitely enjoyed it and would recommend it. 😍😍
Sorry this book wasn't for me just couldn't get into it
Kiss Me in New York by Catherine Rider
My rating: 5 of 5 stars
I received this book from Netgalley in exchange for an honest review.
When I first picked this book up I was a little on the fence with it. It sounded like it was my type of book, but it seemed suspicious because the description was just too good to be that good.
But I ended up really liking this book. Kiss me in New York was one of those books that have a 24 hour time line in it.
A girl's boyfriend breaks up with her and she gets stranded in the New York airport on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day. (I wasn't clear on that detail. She bumps into this guy and he buys her her book for her...and it was a breakup book. What happens in the rest of the book unfolds a cute story line.
I pretty much read this book in one setting even though it was a PDF book. (I have a thing against PDF books. I just don't like the format.)
But it's actually good when a book makes you forget what format you're reading because that also says how well a book is.
I'd recommend this book to anyone that wants a quick read that's romance. It's kind of in between YA and new adult because they're about to be college students.
I also really liked the cover a lot. Kiss me in New York is a five star read.
So cute! I needed this book when I was a teen! Full review on goodreads.
This is such a sweet short festive read with the story taking place in one night. I am a sucker for Christmas stories and when you throw in Christmas in New York then I just cannot pass it by.
I just wish that I had read it in wintertime wrapped up in a blanket and drinking a hot chocolate!
Thanks to NetGalley and the publisher for an arc copy in exchange for an honest review.
