I have one I haven't used yet, but may have to after reading these recipes! Lots in info and lots of recipes to try! Love the idea that a bread can be made in it- who knew!

I used this book to help me pick out my new Instant Pot....can't wait to get it and start to use it to make some of the delicious looking recipes! Lots of every day dishes included in this book that I am sure I will be using over and over. Library copy has been purchased as well.... Instant Pot cookbooks are the hottest things to hit our shelves!

Great book! I have an Instant Pot and I also like to cook. The idea of having a healthy delicious dinner ready in under an hour is always appealing for this busy business owner, wife, mother and tennis player. Add avid reader and part-time crocheter? In there and you have someone who needs dinner to be fast and easy. The format was a little difficult to follow at times, but the instructions for the recipes were clear and simple! Though I have had an IP for over a year, there was still plenty to learn in terms of the must-have tools and even the how to use chapter! A very straightforward book that will appeal to the beginner and seasoned IP chef!

I love my Instant Pot, and I loved this cookbook. It has lots of variety in its recipes and the risotto was just mouthwatering. If you get one Instant Pot cookbook, get this one.

This is purely a review of the Kindle version of this book. The Kindle version is not formatted to include a linking table of contents/recipe list. This makes it impossible to use this as an actual cookbook. A user cannot swipe through an entire book linearly in order to fine the recipe that may appeal to them. It's a shame because the instapot needs more books dedicated to it; it's a very useful machine. However, rather than rushing to market, care should be taken to assure the book is fully accessible on all devices.

I really enjoyed The Essential Instant Pot Cookbook. The recipes were nice and varied. I didn't need to go out and buy a bunch of spices to use once and never again. I have only been able to try out a few of the recipes so far but they were all good.

What a great insight into cooking with the Instapot.
I am all prepared and rearing to go.
Lots of hints and tips and do and don'ts to make any meal a success. A lot of information and detail provided.
