This is the third book in the series. The characters were fun getting to know. Some parts of the book made me feel like I was right there with them. I enjoyed the smelly parasite visit. It was pretty entertaining. There was a string of kidnappings. What craziness! But we get our have ever after.

I promised to give an honest and fair review in return for this ARC. Well written and complicated story. Great characters that you will cheer on to the very end. Worth reading!

I received an advance reader copy in exchange for a fair review. Princess Irina has loved Henry ever since he saved her and her sister from being murdered. Henry, who was held captive by the French and tortured by them, believes he does not believe he knows how to love. Irina insinuates her self in his life every way she can think of to get him to love her. The story includes kidnapping and danger which adds to the book. I would highly recommend this book.

Lord Henry is plagued by the visions of his past and so to try and cope he becomes what we would now call a play boy, in and out of ladies beds.

Princess Irina is quite the scandal, she knows better than to kiss the Earl, but she doesn't care, the only thing she wants is the love of the only man she's ever wanted.

Can Henry protect Irina when a threat emerges or will all be lost.

Another great story in the Lord's of Essex series, this being book 3, great read.
