Another win by Gabby Bernstein. She's always so good at providing deep insight and practical application in her books. Most of all, the journey to a judgment detox of your SELF judgment is so necessary today and for all future women.

I am really sad to say it, but I just don’t get on with Gabby’s writing style and this book took me so long to read.
The subject matter is pretty universal, we all make critical judgments of others at times , so I know there was a good gap for this book to fill, but it didn’t do it completely successfully for me. I felt the content was padded out with repetition too much. Having said this, I was challenged to look at some of my thought patterns and recommit to changing them and for that I am very grateful.
I have read quite extensively from teachers of A Course in Miracles in the past and this book maybe better suited to more of a novice on the subject.
Thank you to Net Galley, the author and the publisher for the opportunity to read this and the fact it was gifted in no way alters my opinion.

This six-step practice offers many promises. Petty resentments will disappear, compassion will replace attack, the energy of resistance will transform into freedom and you’ll feel more peace and happiness than you’ve ever known... Gabby makes it relatable & easy to understand giving a toolbox full of actionable directions to guide us back to a joyful & serene existence.

I love everything Gabby does! This is a great book to get people who may be skeptical about A Course in Miracles to come from a different perspective. Great read!

I was interested to read this, as I've heard good things about Bernstein, but it ended up not being my cup of tea. I don't disagree that I often judge others, and I hoped to find help with stopping that, but being told I shouldn't judge a Trump supporter is where I draw the line.

I heard tremendously positive buzz about Gabrielle Bernstein's previous books such as "Spirit Junkie" which I did not read. I was looking forward to reading this book, but her writing style didn't grab me. I can't explain exactly why that was, and I wish it hadn't been the case as the title was awesome and I really wanted to like the book, but I lost interest after the first few pages. I'm hesitant to post this review because it's not a review - it's about how sometimes reader and author do not fit.

I've read other Gabrielle Bernstein books and this was just like the rest. I really liked the first couple of books I read, but now they just seem to be the same thing. I was a little disappointed in this book.

I've read some other books by Gabrielle Bernstein and also follow her on Facebook. I was a little disappointed as this book doesn't resonate with me for some reason. I agree we need to stop judging ourselves and others but this book is not one I'd rave about.

Wise, timely, honest, thought provoking, and another much needed work from Ms. Bernstein. The voice of a generation for all generations.

What I loved: always a fan of Gabby Bernstein's wisdom & approach. So many great practices...especially around compassion & forgiveness. This: "Or you can choose to see this person with compassion, accepting that a happy person wouldn't treat someone so poorly." Such a valuable lens.
What I left: I've read all of Gabby's books, so parts of this felt repetitive for me. Not really a negative, because the teachings meet you where you are.
**I rec'd a digital copy of this book from NetGalley. I was not compensated for this review.**

Loved this book and found it to be very helpful in coping with feelings of shame. Would recommend.
Thank you to the author, the publisher and Netgalley for allowing me to read this.

I am judgmental, a grudge-holder. I strive to be more compassionate with myself and others. This book gives six steps that, when practiced, lead one away from judgment and towards live.
While I’ve not begun my own judgment detox, having read this book over the past week, I plan to go back and follow the steps. Journaling and meditation are two practices I’ve long wanted to do successfully, and tapping has interested me after hearing about it over the past year or two. Bernstein’s approach - giving real life examples, then easy to follow instructions - makes this an accessible guide to the reader.
Thank you to NetGalley for a review copy of this book.

Inspiring book and gives you a real insight as to why we act and think as we do. Practical tips on how to change your life. I voluntarily read this book via NetGalley in exchange for my honest opinion.

What a concept...living your life free of judgement! I was interested when I saw the title, I am a huge judger of myself...I feel that I can be better at being me. And I must admit I do secretly judge people who don't do things the way I think is the right way....no saying that my judgement for others in only done in my head. There is a fine line of judgement turning into bullying and that is a line I would never cross.
This is the first book I have read by Gabrielle and I was not disappointed. She filled the pages of this book with step by step instructions of how to stop this horrible cycle of judgement. I must admit after reading I feel a little less hard on myself. I would totally tell everyone to give this book a shot!

Thank you to NetGalley, Gabrielle Bernstein, and North Star Way for providing me with an ARC for review. Unfortunately, I did not enjoy this book at all. It did not resonate with me and I would not recommend it to others.

I love Gabrielle Bernstein. She did not disappoint in her new book, "Judgement Detox". She guides us to detox from not only judging ourselves, but others as well. The steps in this book take you from living in judgement to living a life free from it, or at least to the best of our ability. I highly recommend this book. If you want to stop judging, this book is for you.
Thank you to the publisher and Netgalley for providing me with a review copy in exchange fir my honest and unbiased opinion.

Gabrielle Bernstein is a fantastic writer, I’ve read many of her books and get some wisdom from each. Her newest book is called Judgment Detox, I knew right away that its something I need to read. How many times do we judge others as well as ourselves? Not a very enlightening, positive way to live. But is it possible to live without judgment?
Judgment—both being judged and judging others—is the core of our discomfort. While it’s powerful, judgment isn’t complicated. It’s simply the separation from oneness. The moment we see ourselves as separate we detour into a false belief system that is out of alignment with our true nature. That separation, often a reflection of our own insecurities projected onto others, keeps us feeling alienated and alone.
The Judgment Detox is an interactive process that calls on spiritual principles from the text A Course in Miracles, Kundalini yoga, meditation, EFT, and metaphysical teachings, allowing us to release the beliefs that hold us back from living a better life. Gabby has demystified these principles to make them easy to apply and commit to.
The six steps include:
-Witness your judgment without judgment
-Honor the wound
-Put love on the alter
-See for the first time
-Cut the cords
-Bring your shadows to light
This step-by-step process offers a path to true healing, oneness, and a deeper connection to the universe and those around us.
I am so excited to read this book and learn the six steps she describes!

The subject is a good one to tackle but I found the suggested process a little bit uninspiring. I think the book is well written and the authors honesty and vulnerability in places is good. I did find some of the case studies a little bit limited. It was a good read and all books in this genre are warmly welcomed as they help make the world a better place. I read very widely in this genre and for me this book did not strike a huge chord. However I am sure it will be warmly welcomed by many people and will inspire them to improve their lives. Good luck with it and many thanks.
