There is nothing groundbreaking in this book, but it does exactly what it promises. If you are new to mindfulness practices or meditation and want to teach these practices to your children this book is a great place to start!
The publisher provided an ARC through Netgalley. I have voluntarily decided to read and review, giving my personal opinions and thoughts
This book has been a blessing for me as I've tried countless times to teach my daughter how to meditate. I've quite enjoyed it and the exercises provided.
This book has great foundational information about meditation and its benefits. It details how to guide students in basic meditation techniques. The exercises are easy to implement and the book is very readable and teacher/parent friendly. Highly recommended!
I have two children with autism and this book is a great resource for them. Thank you to Netgalley and the publisher for the advanced copy.
ways on how to teach meditation to the childrens.......
One of our children suffers from anxiety at times although she does seem to be growing out of it a bit, so I found some of the tips in this book to be very helpful. Mindfulness for adults differs so much from mindfulness for children. I can see myself turning back to this as our girls enter their tween/teenage years and begin to experiment a bit more with social situations.
