'Fortitude Smashed' was a delight to read. It was a classic grumpy detective with a twist of sci-fi. I loved the idea of having a Camellia Clock. The idea of having a countdown until you meet your someone special is intriguing to think about all the possibilities. From their first meeting the chemistry between Aiden and Shannon is palpable (even though they aren't exactly friendly at first). An exciting story with lots of action and romance,
