I loved this book! When I read the synopsis, I thought it was just going to be a rebound story with not a lot of substance, boy was I wrong. The story began with Sara a late twenty something, thinking about how stagnant her life had become. She received a call from, Laura her ex's ex. The two began hanging out and one thing led to another and they were friends with benefits. Sara had always thought she was straight, but being with Laura changed everything. Laura made her push her limits both physically and mentally. Sara developed strong feelings for Laura, who kept thanking her for being her rebound. Both main characters were likable and believable and I loved watching Sara's character development throughout the book. George, Nathan, Abby, Tony, Noelle were great additions to the plot. This book made me smile a lot. I am so thrilled I was given permission to read and review this novel. This was my first Elyse Springer novel and I look forward to reading more!!

A fun read about young New Yorkers and their lives. Such hot chemistry between the Sara and Laura and fun secondary characters. I liked how hard Sara works at opening herself up and passionately working for what they wants. Great read.

Erotic without being overly erotic (not sure how to really explain that one, sorry). Dialog was nice. I often find books like this portray one of the women as being overly butch or tough and the dialog (especially during sex scenes) is nearly unreadable. This book was not like that. In fact, I read through this in two days.
