Easy and engaging read but also serious and absorbing. Jeff is very practical in his approach and this is wonderfully refreshing. Perfect for someone who may carry some skepticism about some of these concepts.

Good, in depth look into Shamanism. Author's voice wasn't quite for me...it was a little dry/long-winded in places. Would be great to have as a print book for reference.

This is a rich and extensive book on real shamanism from a very experienced author. It covers a huge amount of ground but the level of information is pitched just right. If you want authentic shamanism then this is the book to read. The focus is on practical use and the exercises included are excellent. Easy to follow and easy to do. You immediately feel confident in the author, his wealth of knowledge and experience allow you to put complete trust in what he is saying. You can feel his total passion but it is not overbearing. I really enjoyed the book and it has the huge benefit of excellent mp3 journeying downloads, Which for me was the icing on the cake. I loved it. It has definitely ignited a passion for journeying in me. and I fell as though a huge extension to me world is right in front of me. Excellent book - thank you
