Another Beautiful book Dee. An inside look at several chapters showing beauty

I must say that there are few preachers that have the courage to speak about the Song of Songs. If someone ever says anything from it, it is a wedding or a family sunday. I love this book for its metaphors. God has bring a new light on this book for me. I just felt like i was renewing my wedding vows.

I have been so excited about reading this book since I came across a blurb about it a few months ago. It certainly didn't disappoint. Brestin takes you through each verse of the Song of Songs and breaks it down for you, showing not only the meaning behind it, but Jesus within the passages. It's breathtaking! Such a wonderful new way to see the Song of Songs for so much more than simply human love and longing.
