Numbers is a wonderful Bible study will speak to every woman’s heart. Inside each of us is something that longs for more. No matter how blessed we are – no matter how much we have – we all struggle with feelings of insufficiency, lack, and discontentment. It’s part of our human nature.
This Bible study takes us on a six-week journey through Numbers where we'll learn about the Israelites and why they wandered in the desert for 40 years, unable to enter the Promised Land because of their complaining, grumbling, and lack of faith, in spite of God's provision.
Most importantly, this Bible study will help us to understand that we are more like the Israelites in our attitudes and mindsets than we card to admit! 1 Corinthians 10:11 says their story was written to warn us not to make the same mistakes they did lest we suffer the same consequences. Through this study, we’ll take a look at why we have a tendency to complain – what the relationship is between complaining and worry – how we can realign with God’s character and promises – and how we can learn to rise above our circumstances and be content with whatever we have, just like Paul (Philippians 4:11).
Melissa Spoelestra is a wonderful Bible teacher. I highly recommend this book to you!
Contentment, Paul speaks of it in Philippians 4 and here this author walks us through what we can learn through the book of Numbers regarding it. In a world of more and more it’s important to learn to be content with what God has allotted you. This Bible Study is set up where you’re studying it 5 days a week for 6 weeks. I like how the author leads us to see contentment in different areas in our lives. There is Scripture Memory and loads of Scripture reading involved in this which is great! May He wash us by the water of His Word. May you turn your attention to what God Almighty wants to teach through this study! Enjoy.
I received a copy of this book in exchange for my honest review.

Wonderful book. Although I did not have the accompanying book, I still took a lot away from this bible study. Numbers was always difficult for me but this bible study really helped me understand some things better. I would recommend this book to any one that wants a good study piece on the Book of Number. Thanks to NetGalley, the author and the publisher for the ARC of this book in return for my honest review.
Numbers=Women's Bible Study Participant Workbook - wow - how awesome this workbook is - I cannot tell you how good this book accompanies the book - you know what hooked me? When she wrote, "all around us people are dancing to the steps of bigger, better, faster, and more. We can easily join in the dance without even realizing it." Well, tell me more, and how does this relate to Numbers. Does it even relate to Numbers? Well my friends - it does, but I won't ruin it and tell you how, but this workbook helps you work things through, and through Numbers.
This workbook give me an excellent insight into the book of numbers.
I enjoyed the daily reads and it explained and made me question some personal attitudes I hold.
I would recommend this work book to anyone who wants to explore and understand the bible more. It promoted me to read my bible more with added meaning
