You cannot go wrong with Danielle Steel, she draws you in and you become part of the story. I have been reading her books for over 35 yrs.. I look forward to every one of them. Personally I don’t think you can find a better story teller., I find it hard to put her books down and am thinking of the characters when I’m not reading. A great story from a master storyteller.

The slow start was corrected once the families met. The story was a comfortable, cozy read. My mother-in-law thought it one of the best Steel has written.. I thought it lacked depth, but found the history involved to be intriguing..

Danielle Steel keeps on writing winning books. You don't have to hesitate when you want to buy a romance. There may be some pain involved, but the stories always result in a happy ending!

I enjoyed this book- my first Danielle Steele book in years! It was a nice story and had a good premise but just felt like it was missing something... more of a climax, perhaps, Or some conflict or crisis. Not sure what but did like the characters.
